I can't speak for the others but dark elf has pretty much been the only other race I've ever considered so that's why I did it. I honestly didn't know how many others were dark elves and didn't care its just what I wanted to do.

I for one feel for Hiebe. From what i have seen, it's not just dwarves though. Seems like half the server is planning to "kill their character" and start fresh in the new map.

I know everyone wants new RP, but what is newer then "OMG the world ended now what do I do" This map change is a chance for everyone to choose a new direction for their character. The RP from this event will be awesome.

I just never saw the point in changing characters anyway. If you don't like the way RP is going, then change your life path IC. I guess people change due to boredom... and that's their own fault. There is plenty to do in Aegis now to prevent boredom. Just gotta look. And the new map will increase the Awesomtasticalfandamoniusness exponentially.

Just so you guys know, Goldrim and I were offered this before any of us even knew of people wanting to go Dark Elf and it was purely because we wanted to try a different sort of character. I personally don't want Valen to become a villain so why is it that people are getting annoyed when it is a decision that we have made that will most likely, end up having little effect on everyone else?

Thorik is not leaving, also i myself will be staying an so will Broski. The government will be run very strictly and Old and experienced Dwarves will get a place not people who have just started to help and do things as soon as a space is opened. I also feel abandoned by the ammount of people who have changed to Dark elf and other races however this is a RP server and people like to change their RP, as far as the government and the nation itself goes, this is just a mere setback nothing us Dwarves can't handle. ;)

I was always thinking about doing it, I had never really decided. But to be on the safe side if I did decide I wanted to have atleast 2 weeks of planning so that I would not leave the dwarves in chaos. And I really dont wanna go and talk about the build server as we both has been a bit to inactive. Lately you have been working yes, But for 2 weeks your project stood still.

Ya, ya did. Why do you think Charles, Battleme, and Broski were making all these plans? And then when battleme got on the server and did what charles said for him to do, you flipped out in TS, unwhitlisted him and decided to stay king. Alls I am saying is, seems like you chose to stay just to make them mad. And also, you aren't even contributing to the nation anymore. You havn't even left a notice. All you do is play star wars: old republic. You chose to be king knowing that you would have to be dedicated to it! Where's that dedication now? At the end of days...
