By decree of Lachlan Mor I, King of Adunia, Mormaer of Anáil habhann, Earl of Baile Mor, Overlord of Gallmore Isle, Ebonflow Isle, Duchy of HighOak, Mormaerdom of Dal'Cais and Savior of the Auld Faith.

 

The area known as the Westerlands is hereby ceded to the Grand Kingdom of Urguan and Grand King Thorin Grandaxe in exchange for land which better suits the Adunian People. The City of Ildon is hereby to be deconstructed, effective immediately. All Adunian citizens are to be granted housing of equal worth in the new lands.
