  1. Tatiana Aleksandra Vanir cheers in the middle of breaking her fast as she gets the news that her nephew is happily married. She startles a few of her younger children, while the older ones groan at their mother's giddiness.
  2. Almas Yar nods at the beautiful crest 'pon the document, wishing to praise the artist responsible. Also, she would certainly live in this settlement as a God-fearing woman of good virtue.
  3. Tatiana restrains the Colborn who is in his late thirties at most, and drags him off to calm down.
  4. I like how this is deja vu from a few years ago when basically this same exact thing happened to Sky. Man, you should stop angering the staff clique and getting removed with little to no explanation, Sky. What is wrong with you? =P
  5. When the news reached her, the woman who had been cast from the former Imperial Court years ago wasn't sure what to feel. Then, tears gathered at the corner of Tatiana's eyes and spilled down her cheeks, and soon enough, they simply wouldn't cease. Indeed, the last shred of her childhood had not only been killed, but obliterated. Erased from the maps of Axios. That day, she sequestered herself away, refusing even her offspring's entry. Perhaps decisions shouldn’t be made over a glass of wine.
  6. remember this piece of shitpost I made once? yeah it's like the best coloring job I've ever done please help I hate the colorwheel and everything it stands for
( @Malgonious's smug orenball is still my most favorite orenball tho)
(I'm not really sure why I posted this at 1:40am I was just agonizing over why I don't color my art and then stumbled over this work of color genius in my terms, like look at that raspberry red gradient into lavender and royal purple with shiny gold in the middle wtf)

  7. I use Pixel Perfection which is a nice pack that is reminiscent of default but cuter in a way. It also has a beautiful sky box, but I don't often see it because I use Sildur's Vibrant Shaders in medium! Both are highly recommended. Hope you have a pretty game!!
  8. Out of Character Information: Ign: Starryy Timezone: CST, or one hour before EST. How often are you on? Too much, honestly. It's unhealthy. Will you be creating a new char, or adopting her from a played one? A played one whom I love very dearly. In Character Information: Name: Tatiana Aleksandra Barbanov. Age: 18. Race (I would prefer Human): Half Human, half crow. kakaw.* *(that was a joke) Spouse? (If so please list their name and Ign) Brynden Britannus Vanir, Assassinofawsome. Do you have a house? (If so please list where) Serpentstone, which is on the coast of the Kingdom of Haense on the border of Urguan. Or essentially you can see it from the Dwarven boat. Will you be able to provide basic needs? (Food, clothes, bedroom..etc) Absolutely. We have the best cook this side of Axios, so anyone who lives there is basically made. Other Children? Soon™. Very soon. Finaces? (Scale 1-10) 8-9 at least. They are nobles of decent standing, with Tatiana being a Princess of Haense.
  9. A scream echoes out into the halls of Haense's snow-blanketed castle during the early morning, the usually undisturbed peace a deafening nightmare for the youngest daughter to the late King Barbanov. Woken by the commotion and a banging on her door from one of her numerous siblings, Tatiana stood there still in her sleeping gown. Her head swam, and she tried to recall if she had said goodnight to him- Had she? What if she'd forgotten? There was no way for the girl to focus, her face felt hot and her throat tightened, a deep, choking dread. It was all she could do to wail, on her own at first, until she felt arms around her. Was it her sister? She couldn't quite remember, and the words of consolation failed to reach her. As soon as she could talk Tatiana Barbanov had fussed and worried over her father, sticking by his side when he was on his feet, and bidding him greetings and partings all the days when he wasn't. Perhaps a part of her knew it was inevitable that he wouldn't be fit to last like this forever, though she denied it so. Now it had finally come to pass, her world shattered, and she was an orphan.
  10. Mine includes a lot of Orenian bling and even some explanations. =D AKA I edited it a while ago if no one noticed.
  11. this is why I keep all of mine in my enderchest cus I'm a COWARD ;)))))))))))))))))))))) Edit: My stash
  12. A lowly maid points out this wine is known as Richard's Red, and that the Duchy was known as the Duchy of Savoy. It is very potent for wine.
  13. I got the impression/idea there might be some kind of bulletin board type thing placed around, maybe at spawn? It'd be best anyway, since noobs are far less likely to browse the forums to solve their problems. I certainly didn't, and relied on what I had in-game unless I just wanted to read lore.
  14. Tatiana Barbanov couldn't believe her ears, neither her eyes once she laid them upon the fresh grave. At only eleven, she'd never experienced a death of someone she knew. Perhaps that was what hit her so hard that day, and the girl mourned alongside her family for Osgod, and for Cedrik.
  15. +1 for 'hitting things for money'
  16. "..Where is Chambery?" A Qalasheen woman asks those gathered around the posting.
  17. Like I said in my opinion the only places really needing more fast travel right now (or green pillars) are Haense and Lorraine, as Haense takes eight minutes to get to and Lorraine roughly the same. I'm not too miffed about the rest of my walking times. But then, those are the only two places I travel to often, so someone feel free to post their own experiences. The other issue presented is truthful enough, people only voted for less fast travels because a.) there were far too many in Vailor and b.) very few to no people had actually walked the distances we're now presented with, and were unable to discern how content they'd be after going a whole month with them.
  18. This means it isn't applicable. There are no roadside businesses to destroy the traffic of, and land being difficult to get for them is irrelevant and another issue entirely. Though I'd say getting in contact with a nation is the theoretical roadside business owners' best bet. As for the rest, I mostly meant the chunks next to fast travels (read: boats) which will never be populated unless next to a city. I'm lucky enough to be busy most of the time I'm online and see groups that are always open to new guys, I guess.
  19. Tell me where a roadside tavern exists that isn't in a city. Not being salty, I've went to all of the capitals (except Druids if they can be called a 'capital' since they got a plot at the start of the map) and they're all inside cities so.. This argument isn't valid anymore. -- For Oren? We just need fast travels to Lorraine and to Haense. For others I'm not sure, maybe a few nations might like boats to Sutica for trading or something like that. In general I can handle a short stroll(we used to have a fast travel in Felsen to a place that was a minute away..), but to get to Haense requires going to the other end of the largest island and Lorraine demands a similarly lengthy walk unless you're bound to the Wood Elven pillar. I'm very much in favor of nations paying for these none the less, to have some kind of effort required for them. While horses are certainly a viable option and goodness was owning a horse glorious for the last month I've had one, sometimes stuff happens, or you're allergic to making money like I am. My horse died so I have to save up for a new one. Also, sometimes you can't TP your horse cross-shard to the other islands if there's no people in sight. So it isn't always 100% foolproof.
  20. So I assume you're having region problems? You're sure you've asked people to add you to the one you live in(the Halfling one)? Have you let them know it doesn't work so they can help you? Regardless of the answer to either question, you can make a /modreq saying you're having region troubles (that is, you can't build/break in the region you're supposed to be added to, that's what the 'magical spell' is) and a GM will surely be able to help. But do let me know about the questions I asked so I can understand the situation better! Edit: This should be in https://www.lordofthecraft.net/forums/forum/12-support/ and if an FM could move it that'd be great.
  21. Honestly I liked fishing with you that one time even if we didn't really roleplay. I almost tend to get too serious lately, so, I dunno.. If you feel like a chat sometime, I try to treat people like people and I'm always willing to roleplay.
