Formatting a computer doesn't actually delete any data, it just makes it invisible and allows it to be written over. If the OS or stuff you've installed hasn't written over it yet, you can probably get it recovered, although I'd recommend seeing a professional for it.

^ Also stop touching your pc right now as it will gradually override the data indiscriminately.
