I heard not. But taking screenshots of important items will allow GM's and such recreate them next map. 

I saw it as a quote from a GM, but regardless, I don't know if this is the final decision;

Blood and Wine had more content, and was better overall. I did however find Hearts of Stone main storyline to be absolutely amazing.

Blood and Wine is supposed to be the final piece of content for The Witcher 3. The game was intended to be the end of Geralt's saga. Blood and Wine serves as Geralt's curtain call where we see him enter retirement from his adventures
