Literally 2, Sanctuary for the impures and the new one for Haelun'or, the citadel is a ruin and fi'ceru is being deconstructed. But I see your point, re-creating cities over and over isn't going to save the playerbase. RP creates RP and retains players, @Kowaman

using creative to build doesnt save your playerbase either bb

it was going good until oren pushed all their dudes forward, it got so laggy there was 5 minute latency so they poured in through holes in the keep and jump-critted dwarves who werent moving

They are, I've seen them used in rp its just not common because most people don't need to use a soulstone to walk away from rp or in the situation it would be super cheap(While in a cage etc)
