If it is something you really want to do then I suggest you strongly consider the avenue of low key and probably private RP. If you tried to spark a large rush of Snelve RP it will backfire on you instantly. Find a nice secluded spot and only bring people who are serious about playing a Snow Elf. Just lay low and have fun, steer away from global involvement for as long as you can.
