I like the idea where dwarves are unable to replant trees, so after a while we downed a forest or two and probably piss off some elves. This is also a way to improve trading and finally have some wars that does NOT involve the undead.

Really like this idea! Would give some really good conflicts with our pointy eared friends. Somewhat of an Industrial vs. Eco-nuts sort of deal.

Though everyone should live underground as decreed, I still feel like the trading town should be above ground, but buried in the mountains, preserving the cautious dwarven attitude towards outsiders.

Already mentioned and it won't be a large town, but a small area for outsiders

I still wish for something like "Old Ironforge" sort of a sacred ground that even dwarves can't casually enter.

Decorated with diamonds and gold etcetera.

Maybe some kind of Tomb for Kings

What if the dwarven town in the new map, was built inside one of those large revines that 1.8 brought to us? This won't take too much area to dig out and if needed it can remain since it is technically underground. (once the server goes to just one map)

I had a idea that relates to the abandoned caverns/mines. How about a dangerous section of caverns that is fairly dark that leads to a abandoned district? This area would be pvp enabled, and have mob spawning. I was thinking something like metro 2033 when your going between subwaystations (aka towns) where it can be dangerous to get there. This district could act as a bit of a slum or some sort of rp element of a old section of town that exsisted during the creation period but then fell into disrepair. This area would act as a great "dungeon" sort of thing where people could possibly test their skills.

The forest dwarves should really have a forest they can't live under ground.

The city will have a cavern like feel to it and I have a deep roads idea for the dwarves under ground roads they will be mob enabled and i think ill put some random spider caves for people to explore

I would love to help out with the capital in anyway possible whether it be donating resources, mining out areas or placing blocks where need be.

Using a ravine would be interesting for a town, and it would look pretty cool as well with bridges going across the raving to new parts of the town for trade and maybe an inn for safekeeping. That could be connected to the deep road and have an entrance all the way at the end of the ravine. The only problem would be finding a large enough ravine to do this in.

All this stuff about forest dwarfs is getting annoying, forest and dwarf do not go together anyway, mountain and dwarf do because you can live inside of the mountain, but living in a forest is just strange anyway, and it should be changed to something else.
