Hello friends,

 

There hasn’t been a formal post about this yet, so I thought I’d write a little something up quickly as an introduction and a mini announcement.

 

 

 

Hi there, nice to meet you. I am currently the GM Team Director, the most recent one after Beast, Cablam and Thomas’ departure from the team and/or Administration. My goals and ideas that I have will be included in a bigger update post at the end of the month, along with trials, quota and all that regular stuff.

 

Right now, myself and the managers are looking inwards to the team and working on our activity, communication and participation in chats, inefficient and outdated systems and providing the resources the GM team needs to operate better (training manuals, command sheets etc).

 

As a final note (and the main part of this post) the GM team are going to be looking for trials coming to the end of the month. If you fancy getting on the team as we try and make the GM team a bit more of a friendlier and welcome face for the server, then get your apps in.

make @Gob a gm already, he is literally the most down to earth, intelligent and logical thinking person on all of Lotc, not only is he hard working, but is also respected server wide, even by those that have historically been at odds with him.

 

He will definitely bring transparency and communication to the staff team, and he has a head for what the entire playerbase wants and needs, as opposed to much of the current and past staff which only seems to know a select group or portion of the server
