By the will of God the Anathema have been bested at the Eastfleet, where their Legion now lies still beneath the shallows. The Tripartite, and by extension Hanseti-Ruska, have emerged victorious and the tides of war turned. The cost of this, though, has admittedly been great. As the war enters its next and final stage, their Majesties are set to celebrate the coming of their shared fiftieth years, the golden anniversary. Thus do they, our sovereigns, see fit to extend an invitation not only to their subjects, but as well to the esteemed allies of the Dual-Kingdom, that all might find respite from this horrid conflict in joyous merriment. 

 

A grand feast is to be held within the Nikirala Prikaz, with food and drink abound. The dishes served on this day shall be prepared by the Queen-Consort herself, as a show of gratitude, however minor, to those who have bled and suffered on behalf of the Alliance. The Crown asks that those who attend adorn themselves in their best clothes, in colours of the coming Spring relevant to the theme An Enchanted Garden, for the winter that had gripped our nations for so long has finally come to pass. 

 

The evening’s itinerary will be as follows: 

 

A Grand Feast

The Nikirala’s tables will be laden with all manner of dishes, flowers overspilling and hung in garlands across the room - fittingly decorated to the theme of An Enchanted Garden. The Koenas Emma shall craft by hand, along with a team of Nikirala staff, the food and plenty of drink. 

 

Speeches for Their Royal Majesties

The children of the King and Queen, and whoever else who wishes, may rise to the dais and speak to the guests on this milestone occasion. A toast shall be held, for their continued good health and happiness.

 

Magic Spectacles & Dancing 

Once the room has dissolved back into chatter and mirth, the Lady Theodosya will perform some of her magic spectacles, and the royal quartet shall strike up once more to allow for any dancing, should any guests wish to get on their feet. 

 

The Wishing Well 

A final feature of the evening will be that of a stone wishing well, constructed within the throne room. Guests may approach, with whatever dreams or hopes they harbour, whatever secrets they dare not utter aloud, and toss a coin into its waters as an offering. This instalment is to commemorate and remind ourselves of all we must be grateful for, and all we can look forward to for the prosperous future.

Ser Reinhardt Barclay smiles at the Haeseni Golden Age, he signed the Lorraine and prayed to Gott for His blessing of his homeland, for his könig @Xarklyand Koenas @livrose for his brothers and sisters in the Brotherhood and for his charges in the knightly orders of Haense. As the knight paramount concluded his prayer, he uttered an old Waldenian phrase as he walked away from the Cathedral “Gott ist mit uns ( God is with us)”.
