--peerless42 58 Share Posted November 4, 2011 It has come to my attention that there maybe some misunderstandings among the ranks. I want to make it clear to everyone in the FoA, I am in Command. I am not here to play favorites, or make enemies of all of you. It is my duty to make quick decisions to save you from harm. When I make an order I do not do so lightly, I do it to establish protocol and order within the ranks. I realize a lot of you think I rose too fast, but I do not relish power, I do not relish having to be in command of everyone. My decisions may very well kill you. However in light of all this I fight for all of you, and I would die for all of you. I am the law, and I will not be going away anytime soon. When I came to the FoA it was dying -literally dying. This made me a humble person, made me know that man should not inherit these type of things he should earn them. So I tried to be a merchant from a time figuring that it was an easy way of making money but, to get started i borrowed money from some bad people and the interest was much too high to pay. So I changed my last name to Adverus since it was my fathers even though i didn't know him and did certain other... things to change my appearance. Now i seek to start my life anew and to help those who have fallen on hard times. Character Name (I.C.): Olaf Adverus Character name (O.C.): Uleftthedooropen How much time do you spend on the server?: I only recently arrived in these lands two days ago (but i have experience on other rp servers.) Race: pure human IC Age:21 Will you be a FOA soldier, or a preacher?(Preachers are allowed to fight, but not their main focus): Soldier is what i hope for so i might improve my skill with the blade and slay many undead to protect the weak but if needed i could try my hand at preaching. Goals in the FOA?: To vanquish the undead and spread the love of Aeriel. Good deeds you have done?: I have given to the poor and defended those i see attacked by monsters. Have you done any bad deeds?: No i have not harmed another person directly or indirectly. How did you hear of us?: I was following a drow once because i believed he needed help but he told me that he would do fine on his own so i left and then i met Quity who lead me most of the way to the base. Are you against the Undead? Please explain why.: Yes i am against the undead because they have an unnatural hate for the living probably formed from jealousy and because they seem rather cruel. Also they are an insult to life. What is your primary weapon in battle? (Sword, Axe, or Bow. Please state which one and your skill level please. Please refer to the rank list for appropriate weapon skill level.): Sword is my primary weapon. (I do not see a rank list for sword skill.) Are you a capable builder?: In all honesty my builds often lack personality and are often less detailed than others. They are a bit bland. Can you wield any other weapons?: I do moderate with a bow since it is a much more efficient hunting weapon. Any special skills?: Nothing supernatural if that is what you mean but i do have good luck when it comes to finding things at times and i am quick to befriend people. Do you have faith in the Aeriel and will you tell of this to others? Please explain why.: I have faith in the ascended since they have strength to rival the undead, love living beings, and help guide us. Explain how you will help to serve the FOA, and through us, the Ascended and Aeriel: I will defend my fellow followers with all that i have, I will do work even if it is not glorious or satisfying, and i hope to destroy many undead. From the age I could walk I was adopted by a gang and lived the life of a street criminal. When i was 16 i was found guilty of thievery and sent to prison for 20 years. In prison I found my faith in Aeriel. I knew that when I got out of prison i had to honor her name by killing every undead i can find. Are you against the Undead? Please explain why.: Yes, because of their objective. To take over everyone. I made a commitment when one of friends died in the Snowy Fields battle. ((I took a break from LOTC before stats then came back after stats were broken)) Are you a capable builder?: I can build very quick but I am no artist. Can you wield any other weapons?: I have used water once to drown a zombie who was attacking an elderly man. Any special skills?: I am an excellent farmer and can cook too. I spend my free tine traveling and exploring Ageis, so I can be a useful guide. Do you have faith in the Aeriel and will you tell of this to others? Please explain why.: Yes because she is the source of all good. She protects Ageis from Iblees and his army of vain and evil. We are her children, she is our guardian angel. Explain how you will help to serve the FOA, and through us, the Ascended and Aeriel: I will stand beside the strong willed fighters of Aeriel and die 3 times over for all of Ageis.
