It seriously isn't that hard and Yes, I have used world edit before and that is how you fix it.

//undo doesn't work after you shut down the server, and may not work after you disconnect, however the latter could be untrue. Although, I'm pretty sure it's not just glass everywhere, the glass has replaced some blocks that would be near impossible to fix without doing all this.

obv staff cant even //undo
