      But they have a chance to do the style they enjoy already. Just because a given combat system is the 'default' does not mean that all combat will use that system. The default only comes into play when people disagree.

      Yeah, but not consistently. Plus if you call PvP default to a RPer they typically call you out and get salty, and vice versa. If you just choose by either a vote or roll it's a majority thing so less people are salty or  a neutral party(The roll is true neutral) so you can't be salty because despite it being random it's entirely fair rather than having an admin say "If 1 person says they want to PvP/RP(Depending on the default of the server) you have to listen because default."

      Because pvp factions are too stronk. People will defend their laggy speedclick contests like it's the holy grail.

      I can't build anywhere is what pisses me off. I'd say that mechanic is much more integral to minecraft, and it really limits what you can do

      I agree. Though I feel this will not work out... But we shall see, hopefully im wrong. My only concern however is how the servers quality will be affected by the populous this youtuber will bring.

    I think its funny that the server says its fun for the players but, when it comes to what the players wan't to do. the ave so many restrictions on them. No wonder they are droping so low in people online. i remember a time when it was fun to play on LOTC because it had so many people on it, and with that brought diffrant styles of RP. Now its just gone to crap and isnt as fun. Maybe when this is fixed ill come back, but for now its just no longer fun.

    well guys, i come back about 3 months after i left, just read the fourms and stuff, then i go look on some comments and feed on the server, but as i would have guested, people say its gotten even worse, not with the restrictions but with roleplay, and peoples attatude when playing. ill give it another 3 months and i hope, just maybe it'll get back to the way things were in the very first year of lotc, and the very first map, for who ever reads this you most likely agree if your a member a...

      Go through the gates, and head directly to your left. There should be a couple loops/caveish things of stone along the mountain to guide you. Look for pointed turrets.

    I'm going to start making status-updates every day until this is noticed, as it's become such a large issue for me and all my peeps. Updates on nation rules?

      The protections mostly. Raid's, protections over our space, tiles for that matter. We've had to deal with several free builds close to our own that don't look good and even if they did, don't go with our culture. Acquisition of new tiles as well, as we've had several problems there too. Having the authority as nations leaders too, since we currently aren't officially recognized as one. The RP in dealing with these problems is minimal, and hence having access to at least some of these would be nice. I'm not asking for what we had last map, but at least something would be nice.

    So, the rules on magic tier limits have changed? I'm seeing there is still a 5 magic limit, but you could have 5 T5 magics now?

      Apparently, not all of my post went through. So, here goes again. - I just got done looking back at my old posts. There're two things I hate about myself from back them. I couldn't spell for the life of me, and dear god was my RP ever so bad. I know it sounds lovey dovey, but I've been on this server for almost 5 years now. I hope I'll continue another 5, bringing me more friends, and making much better stories than I even have now.
