Poppy silently agrees. She also outwardly laughs, and prepares to make fun of Enrico when she next sees him.

While Elianos wasn't going to attend for mourning reasons, he was ready to send well-wishing letters to the duo regardless.

"What do you mean?" The young prince paced back and forth along the palace courtyard, letter from his father's will in hand. Some words he still struggled to read-but the message was clear enough. "Nen, nen.." He shook his head - his pacing finally coming to a halt as he regarded the courier who offered the missive, who stood with their head hung low. "Graza," the 'Little Tiger' muttered in dismissal to the courier, who promptly left the boy to mourn. Once sure that he was alone, Elianos sat himself besides the garden pond and dangled his feet within. That letter he read over and over, and he allowed the tears to fall. "Pater. I am sorry for being such a baby. I will do better- for you- I promise."

Poppy decides here and now that it ain't worth rallying for this time.

"Remember, mea love, we are no one when compared to nobility. It is one rule for some, and another from the rest," the Baroness-consort replied with an irritated tone to her words.

Admittedly, seeking to vanish from the life I had both been given and had created was something born of desperation and an inability to commit, and accept. There are no books that write of a mothers love being natural or easy, or of how being a wife is problem free and straightforward. For that alone, I can not forgive myself. The young prince sought his sister, for he- whilst not close to the Vuiller girl, felt her absence already. He made his way into his sisters room unannounced, and sat with her on the bed. "She was a nice girl," Elianos offered in comfort, "I gave her a flower- she was very polite. I hope she keeps the flower with her in the skies."

Young Elianos echoed his uncle in gesture, as the boy stood by the Princes' side. A Lorraine cross signed over his chest, though for what, Elianos wasn't entirely sure.

Aurum testing feels like a cheap way to expose someone, imo. While I do think there should be a method to do so, it should be limited to a sense that players who play these types of characters can play them to a fuller extent. It should be just as fun to play an inquisitor who goes around, idk, vampire hunting as a vampire who sneaks into cities who avoids detection, because these inquisitors aren't around to do the test. (within their redlines idk the rules of vamps). Making it something a little more difficult to get ahold of than just aurum testing could also potentially limit this whole "I got tested because of OOC suspicions" stuff. Something limited to a 'group' or 'class' or 'profession' (you know what i mean, like Alchemy for instance) could create a whole new type of RP where people are literally ghost/vamp/darkspawn hunters because being that type of character gives you access to a darkspawn test. ((I'll footnote this but I don't actually know if any MA's/FA's have this already. I don't play any.))
