    Lord Chancellor Vasili Vanir reads over the letter several times, a frown fixed upon his brow. Noble Lords, attempting to assassinate a young girl? These were dark times, indeed. The hulking Vanir folded the letter several times over and made his way into the inner council room of Mount Letholdus, to bring this troubling news to King Vydra and the rest of the Privy. He also orders for a copy of the letter to be penned and sent to High Pontiff Daniel, in the hopes that he might be able to investigate this situation himself and save Akovian man-power for the battle against Aesterwald.
