I had counter argument but the forums deleted them, so I'm just going to paraphrase them. Also, you can't just ask why and have that as a counter argument. This is a debate, not a philosophical quest. Everything organic and safe to eat is meant to be eaten. Animals, plants, even humans fall into this category. Animals are inferior because they are not the same species as me. My species will always be more important than another species, therefore all other species are inferior. -
Well I hope this brings about more necromancers. I've had absolutely nothing to do on my Morghuul lately other than just go about and mindlessly kill. (I miss you daddy @Parkins) This doesn't make necromancers weak to holy and aurum **** as long as they remain a descendant, does it? Or, perhaps a better worded version of this question, does the leak added to their soul count as a taint or corruption to the soul? Was it formally possible for a morghuul to reach litchdom? I knew it was possible to become a wraith, so I doubt it wasn't. Once this is accepted, what is the difference between a morghuul being made into a Graveborn versus a descendant being made into a Graveborn? How does it affect the wild chaos of a morghuul's mind? This question isn't too important, just a tiny gripe I have; will these new necromancer players be told as to what Al'tahrn-Durngo is? I've met too many dark arts players who have no idea what it is and have no idea what my morghuul is trying to say. It's somewhat annoying especially when you know that "all things tainted, evil, corrupt or dark" are supposed to inherently understand it. Back on the topic at hand, and my final question, does the creation of a morghuul count towards the number of lesser ghouls or zombies a necromancer can create? All in all, this is a wonderful rewrite that I do truly hope brings on more necromancers, hopefully at least half of them competent. I believe that animals are inferior to humans. Animals are meant to be eaten, be it in the wild or by humans. It is not abuse to kill an animal humanely and consume its parts. Odds are, that would have happened to the animal anyways. Another thing, what would keep population levels of animals down if we didn't eat them? And, in some parts of the world, humans hunt down pests that devestate the environment, such as lion fish, and they get profit from it. It would be a waste to just kill the animals and not eat them. (Unless you know what you know what you are doing, don't eat a lionfish. Those are poisonous as **** and must be cooked by a professional.) -

Moo. Anyways, I feel like "lose all of the time" should be replaced with "don't kill if you don't have to." If you're an assassin, just maime the guy and say "this is a message from ......." Killing the guy does nothing for anybody. The victim doesn't learn a lesson, doesn't remember anything, and it doesn't grow his character. Villainy should be about growing characters and providing Rp. If you just take the guy's hand, thumb, toe, or just beat the guy to near death, then his character grows, remembers the experience, and gets the fun of hunting down the guy who hired a hitman on him. Now that's fun. Of course, if you play a villain, yes, you will die. You will lose. Don't ***** about it, don't whine, it's just how things will go. Losing doesn't have to suck. It can be fun too. I think that needs to be stressed to everybody.

A halfling would be wandering about through the path to Sutica, a battle axe in hand as he searches for the man that had tried to kidnap him just a month earlier. At the corner of his eye he spots a note stuck to an old tree. Curious, he wanders over to it and gives it a read. "Hmm.. Marcy did say I needed to make some friends.." He gives a shrug and, after picking up a piece of chalk, writes out: "Snatcher" He then goes about his way once more, lightly tossing his axe from one hand to another.

Farseer is changing, Lutauman is being tweaked slightly, Elementalist is getting more lore, dark shamanism completely different, and Spirit Smithing, and Witchdoctor is changing as well. However, due to the complexity of the magic, and around 50 or so spirits which each need to be explained it takes some time. Expect it to be finished in 1-2 weeks.

Banning someone based on suspicion with a lack of evidence is an abuse of power and is honestly absolutely unprofessional. **** like that is illegal in real world court cases for a reason.

Reports have it that Thomas, the alt left conservative admin of the pvp server, LOTC, has been taking bribes from a group of Satan worshipping alt right African American haters. Our informant has told us that they are the very reason the map sizes just aren't right, why there still isn't a magic plugin, and why, despite community outcry, the forum team still has a tight censorship against "trap memes". However, the community still managed to convince the puppet of Thomas to switch back to 1.8 pvp. Rumors have it that the group of Satan worshipping alt right African American haters may have cut Thomas' funding due to this, and that is the very reason we have yet to see overall improvement for the server. Up next: the simpsons!

Someone with talent needs to create an empire with a culture similar to the ancient Finnish before their fall after the great Finno-Koran Hyper War. Now that would lead to some great roleplay.

@James2k Smh James. The Finnish empire was once one of the most culturally advanced in the entire world. It wasn't until after they went to war with the Hwan Empire (who were wiped from existence because of their loss) that the Finnish lost their amazing culture. That's what made this war so terrible. It wasn't just the loss of life, but the loss of learning and culture and civilization. Learn your history man.

You only think that because the vast majority of historical documents of the Finnish empire and the Hwan empire was destroyed. You won't find anything concerning them in any normal history textbook you get in school. In fact, after the Finnish won the war (barely), they proceed their conquest by destroying every piece of evidence that the Hwan empire even existed, similar to the Spanish and the Aztecs. However, the blood-thirst of Hernando Cortes pales miserably in the face of the destruction campaign wrought by the Finnish.

Very nice! It was a very entertaining read, and I most definitely loved all of the diagrams and artwork. If only all lore could be made this way..
