This policy update is so long overdue, and I at least appreciate the effort to put it out there. My question is that to what extent is someone considered a leader of a nation/realm? I could see the argument of a council of people falling under that thought, but at what point is the line drawn? There's always the argument that there could be a staff member that offers legit and authentic non-biased advise to a nation leader-- is that considered against the rules, and by proxy is that NL guilty by association? I think these policies should be fleshed out more than just a sentence or two, so players are not wondering what is against the rules and what's not.
