Day by day the people of the New USSR work diligently and hard to stabilize there situation. And Now with recent discoveries and events, The Soviet Council has ordered all work go into an overhaul.

 

Meanwhile at the USSR Radio Tower...

Radio Operator "Sir I'm getting a signal from the east...Our translator are running it through-..." the man drops his headset turning to his commanding officer with a face of shock and awe "Sir.."

The entire room goes silent before long news travels quickly to the High Command as all channels are shut down and reroute to communicate with the Americans "This is the United Soviet States..Please continue communications, we will send a few delegates to meet with you."

 

Within the next few days 3 Mi-28 Soviet Gunships take off with heavy escort, the front and rear choppers are fully armed to the teeth while the center chopper was modified to transport 3 members of the Soviet Council. Once within range they would attempt to call on the American base for flight instructions.

 

 

Stalingrad News

THE IMPERIUM BRITANNIA

Britain was utterly infuriated with Reclaimer Corps. It was almost as though they wished to piss off the British government...

The defeat at Ceres was a disgrace.

The British government doesn't go so far as to block the video in their realms, but many citizens, due to their extreme nationalism, refuse to watch the video or even agnoledge it's existence. Morale plummets in the Imperium Britannia; the British people really needed a victory in space to take their minds off of what was happening on Earth, and now they had none.

Although the finest British film directors were making hit films based off of the Great Iberian War and World War III, as well as autobiographies of King Charles and Emperor William, it would take a lot for the morale of the British people to bounce back from this.

The Empress would not let "The Ceres Incident" go unnoticed.

All Reclaimer Corps products are boycotted in the Imperium Britannia, and a lawsuit is prepared to sue what's left of Reclaimer Corps on Earth in an international court for the destruction of government property and the murder of British military personnel.

Britannia also requests compensation for their loss, if they can at all afford it, from the UEDI and Greece, which had pushed them to dispatch a ship to Ceres to destroy Dimitri.

Meanwhile, in space, the British government begins to doubt it's power, and the BSA begins to doubt in itself.

Orion Avionics is taken notice of by the BSA, and is offered several contracts by them that would provide large sums of money from the Commonwealth of Nations Pot for the BSA to them, if they accept. They would also be offered a moderately-sized starting commission to retain their services for the future.

Specifically, the BSA wishes to extend two contracts to them in particular. The first involves creating specialized modules for the British Motherships under construction near Victoria Station, to be installed whilst they work on the main frame and the basic ships. Such modules would include defensive, scientific, carrier, and offensive capabilities, with various pieces of enhanced equipment installed, including the LION lasers, the Union Microwave missile defense system that they had employed in their navy, guided missiles, and anything else they can possibly think of.

They are also asked to design a space frigate/destroyer, and present it to the British government. If they are interested in it's capabilities, the BSA might commission them to build such a warship to supplement their carrier/assault cruiser under construction, if the price is right.

To fill the void made by so many St. George troops leaving Iberia, 175,000 British troops, including the British Foreign Legion, along with the proper armor and air support from new superior Churchill fighters, are sent to Iberia to help shore up the demilitarized zone between Islamic and British Iberia. German anti-air defenses, now operated with the Australian VIs, are put on high alert at defensive fortifications all over the country, just in case the Caliphate decides to make a move against British Iberia.

The Empress sets off for her tour of America, carefully flying over Greenland to get there and escorted by two Churchill fighters during the journey.

She intends to first fly to Washington DC and New York City to greet the President of the United States, as well as the Prime Minister of Canada or the equivalent to his current position. She might give a speech to the American people whilst she's there.

She then intends to fly to New Orleans, so that she might attend the festivities in the CSA and greet their President, as well as give a speech there as well.

Finally, she would wish to visit Sacramento, California, to greet the leader of the Californian Dominion. However, the British monarch would only do so if she were given permission to visit California by their government.

From there, she would then intend to fly to Australia to give a speech in Sydney, and to meet with the Australian King, her honorary vassal, and the Prime Minister of the Federation. Then she would fly to Argentina, where she would meet with the Queen of the South American Federation, and then island hop to Ascension Island, where her plane would refuel and return to her palace in the Azores.

South Africa is assured that they have no malicious intentions on their continent; the age of colonialism is, indeed, over, and although Britannia does require colonies and overseas possessions to maintain it's power, it most certainly would never target a Commonwealth Realm. The South Africans had also done much for the British, and it would be foolish to throw away such a grand friendship. All they wanted was for their children to be kept away from the harmful radiation in Europe.

The British have also accepted the request from the Argentines to build their space station with them. A wing of the station is to be dedicated to the Imperium Britannia upon completion, where it will act as a backup station away from Victoria. The British engineers in space would begin to install defensive LION cannons onto the station, though they would consult with the Australians about whether or not they would be allowed to use the VI for the targeting systems.

The HMS Jovian Clipper is also recalled to Victoria Station, to be outfitted with heavy weaponry and prepare for possible attacks upon British space positions, all of which were heavily armed, but would need to be defended in the case that an aggressor attempts to attack them.

Immediately, a Scottish female voice returns a very faint transmission in United Kingdom English.

"This is... British... Station Victoria," The operator would hear through a great deal of static.

"...require assistance... request aid? What is... situation? Send location... forward... London... possible. Relay... British gov..."

The operator probably has time to patch through a message in morse code, should he so wish, before the station drifts out of range.

Mod Post

Not since the Battle of Istanbul had the Reclaimer airship deployed anywhere on the planet, but now it hovered loftly over Russian airspace. Under the cover of intense radiation and advanced cloaking technology, the Reclaimer airship sat ominously over the former East Ukrainian-Russian border. Hours of hovering turned into days as smaller dropships moved in and out of the ship. Then, as suddenly as it had appeared, the Reclaimer ship flew off to wherever it was currently stationed.

As survivors continued to stream toward Stalingrad, reports came in about a massive structure hovering over the wasteland, eye witnesses spotting it on their way toward the radio signals. What the government would do this information would be about to them.

Not long after the sightings of the ship, more radio reports came in about attacks on the survivors by mutant assailants. Then, reports come in about attacks on German soldiers in the Russian wastes, several deaths coming out as a result. Survivors talk of a massive mutant population in the areas around Leningrad and Moscow which were not located in any of the initial blast zones, but have since been infested by these 'mutants.'

The people of Italia were swept with a sense of pride. The declining nation had been saved with the swift hand of democracy, now it was time to extend this hand to help their southern brothers and sisters. Although not supported (publicly) by the Senate, the Italian youth take to public media, fanning the flames for action. 

Twitter was certainly not the forefront of a new action group. The Pro - Italia For Italians group known as Sons of the Eagle start a massive recruitment campaign in the Italian controlled Peninsula. (Mod decides suces of recruitment and numbers on Italian Soil). Those with access to twitter and radio in the Islamic controlled soil receive the messages (mods can show how they react) and the Sons of the Eagle send a black-market shipment across the water in an attempt to arm those under Islamic control. (Mod decides success). A government trained spy is sent into the Caliphate Lands of Italy to try and help plan revolts as well as discover the key Islamic Governor in the Sicilian Province.

"The Italian Republic will not be supporting these movements as to accord with the treaty signed some years ago, however we will not be interupting any movements as a respect for our people's freedoms." The underlying message was clear, keep doing what you are doing, Italy is for Italians. The National Italian party controls majority of Senate seats, swaying the state policy towards strong defense and nationalism of the Peninsula.

Within the streets of Stalingrad, a celebration is held to boost moral of the men and citizens as they Celebrate the 365th day of the cities existence.

The USSR has gone through a radical change in how things are run, now that the military has been modernized the Government has officially converted to a Stratocracy, All people who wish to run for office must have atleast 4 years experience within the military. ALL civilians from this time forth at the age of 17 are conscripted into the military to serve for 2 years before either staying within the military or returning to civilian work. This is to ensure a stable retinue of capable soldiers and workers during wartime.

Contact was made with the remnants of Russia. It was a long time ago that an American saw a Soviet Dropship, but their safe landing in the encampment was surely joyful. The delegates are given a warm meal and are then escorted to an empty conference room with a Polycom conference phone and American bottled water.  The escorts nod to the delegates as they close the door behind them. Shortly after the phone is enabled as Underwood's voice breaks the silence in the room

 

"This is the president speaking?"

 

 

 

The C.A.N was a glorious achievement of the American people. The booming economy and access to various technologies caused for an increase of corporate activity. Many investors trusted the Underwood administration in taking the right choices, its militarism being very beneficial to the weapon industry as well.

 

The visit of the queen was a surprise but Underwood was ready to show her some true American spirit, the moment she arrived in Washington D.C she was greeted warmly by the staff of the Underwood administration. There was a remarkable lack of royal presentation, but the moment the queen walked in she would understand why.

The Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs decide to formally invite the leaders of the Far Eastern Empire and India to go to Sydney to speak with the representatives of the Australasian Federation to discuss a more closely tied economic relationship with the Far Eastern Empire and India, with possible associate membership at least on an economic scale with the Eastern Bloc, provided the Alliance change their name to be more fitting with the nations inside of it.

The Coastal Defenses of New Guinea, Northern and Western Australia, and the best landing points in New Zealand had been prepared, with the Islands also preparing their own defenses in case they are attacked, as the national threat level is raised. An invasion now would be repelled, with the Federal Navy being on full alert and active, with early warning radar/sonar activated so no Surprise Attacks would occur against naval formations in the Federation. Having learnt from their own example with the second battle of Pearl Harbour.

 

The Federations Ambassador is sent to request a meeting with the President of the USAC concerning the Federations territory the Special Zone of Alaska which is administrated completely by the Military of the Federation. The Federations Ambassador is sent to negotiate the territories status and perhaps ceding it back to USAC. The Union Strikers in the Federation are met with REX Knight Squadrons to persuade them to go back to work. The Hostile takeovers are noted in Alaska, however due to the Military Administration many assets are seized from these companies, the Federation in the Special Zones of its territories isn't exactly known for universal freedom. The State Owned Mining Firms and PMC's are instructed to use funds to start the hostile takeovers of Banks and Financial Firms in the USAC.

 

The Federation continues to uphold Neutrality in the Commonwealth-Caliphate War in Afrika, weary of the fact they may be invaded if they take action. All nations are reminded that the Federation will not enter the war. Not giving an excuse for it to be drawn into a costly war.

 

The Empress of Britannia is greeted when met in Sydney, a parade is set up for the people of the Federation to see the Empress, although she is now commonly called the Empress in Australia, rather than of Australia. She is met by the Prime Minister of the Federation and King of Australia, REX Knights are deployed around the streets closing them off to ensure no attempt on the Empress succeeds.

The council requests Kaiser to not be rash with his actions to call Slavic Confederation "inhuman", their reponse was recorded by the media to hopefully come across to Kaiser of Germany. As he sits down, following the slightly generic speech, the athletes begin to parade around the track, signalling a beginning to the Olympics.

 

THESSALONICA:

 

The industry of the large city, having grown into the home of the HNPF, had been churning out the latest innovations for over a year now. The new AGM 1 tank had finally finished production, and after the blueprints were sent to South Africa along with those for body armour, and engineers to help with their space project, it was shifted into mass production. Replacing the outdated models, the Hellenic tanks were now a top of the range, capable of ousting almost all on the field.

 

With this project done, a second began. Working on the back of Heracles, and Hera, which had yet to be finished - the project involves the incorporation of an A.I. capable of aiding the tanks, almost identical to the one that would soon be commanding Hellenic drones. Based in a second Hera compound to be developed in Thessalonica, the project is expected to be complete by the same time as Heracles,  many factories already setup to begin mass production of Hera and the Heraclian Drones when they are to be finished.

 

ATHENS:

 

The seat of the Hellenic government, the time had come to unveil the developments of Ulysses, the project dedicated to ensuring that the Hellenes would be able to join this space race. The project had culminated in the building of a large network of space bases, engineers and scientists working on multiple projects to produce an advanced Hellene Space Agency: HSA. Their work had not gone to waste however following the official end of the agency's production, and had culminated in the Odysseus.

 

The Odysseus was the first Hellenic space station, of a large enough size to support a small spaceship, refuel it, and hold a semi-permanent team of astronauts. Known simply as O-1, it is scheduled to be launched as soon as the final planning is finished. With this finished, work changes to production on new Hellenic rockets so they would not have to use the ones the Brits had lent them - not expected to take overly long given the previous work that had been done. With the finish of that extensive project, attention was switched to upping the average armament of the Hellenic soldier. Due to the rigorous training regimes imposed upon them, they were gradually becoming a largely capable fighting force. Armoured in body armour capable to protect from average weapons, equipped with reconnaissance and advanced Aegean Drones developed in the Turkish wars, accompanied by advanced AGM 1 tanks, the only thing they lacked was good-grade weaponry. With that in mind, research begun to create weaponry able to outmatch by a long way traditional weaponry, and come even with the latest developments. ((6 PAGES))

Californian Dominion

 

 

With the finalization of project Infinity, production begins on a large scale. However, little is known about it and it seems as if the Dominion is waiting for something…

 

With the recent aggression of the Caliphate in Africa, the Dominion reacts. As states before, a large contingent of troops and two fleets move into Australian waters and disembark or take defensive positions in their northern waters. Patrolling in coordination with Australian ships. Meanwhile, about 150.000 well drilled men along with squads of Death Korps and DART teams take up position in bases and help Australians in their fortifications. Some Terminator teams also make they way there, however few REX’s and EMU’s do. 350 Tali superiority fighters also land in Australia along with Dropships.

On the other side, the Dominion begins to send troops to Africa. Protected in part by Dominion navy, and in part by CSA ships, about 400.000 of the best men in the Dominion along with hundreds of Tali fighters, Dropships, REX’s and EMU’s ship towards the southern ports of the Commonwealth, where they disembark and immediately move up towards the front.

 

Approximately 700 Tali fighters, 300 Dropships, 300 REX’s and 300 EMU’s move into the Commonwealth alongside all logistical vehicles, artillery etc…

 

75 of these REX’s, the ATHENA defense variant would be deployed alongside squads of EMU’s and soldiers to protect their flanks while they operate and would be sent to the highest pressure areas to bring down enemy progress to a crawl using their highly capable defensive abilities. Many mine-fields would be lain by them. Mostly anti-personal.

 

As the Caliphate moves through Western Sahara, the Dominion sends in Death Korps and DART squads into Mauritania and the other various nations in the region, offering to train their men in guerrilla warfare as well as supply them with equipment to put a stop to the Arabic incursion into their land. Should they accept, they would quickly be supplied with Non-railgun infantry weapons as well up-to date anti-air missile launchers, anti-armor equipment and other essentials to slow down the Caliphate.

 

Meanwhile, the Dominion would install most of its forces in the line of contention in Chad and would decide to hold a line in the savannah, trying to force the enemy to stay in the desert for the most part and make moving their mechs hell. CSA AA would install itself in the defense lines. It is highly expected for the Dominion forces to have devastating effect with their Railgun weapons tearing apart infantry and light armor easily.

 

Meanwhile, the showdown betwixt EMU’s and Tandon’s might prove to be nearly one-sided as laser weaponry hardly affected Starlite coated EMU’s while their thirty mm cannons could punch through armor and their chainguns worked wonders on infantry. Their extremely high mobility also worked in their favor in these fights.

 

REX’s, the assault variant would also be in the front lines, mostly in the less-populated regions where they would apply pressure in an effort to break the enemy lines. In the air, Tali fighters would duel with the TAI-TFX fighters. Once again, laser weaponry would prove to be less than stellar against starlite coated armor and many human pilots would simply be outclassed because of their physiology stopping them from pulling some of the moves the Tali’s are capable of.

 

 

While the fight in the air turned in the favor of the Tali pilots and their ever increasing number with the Commonwealth now producing them too, Death Korps units would infiltrate the enemy lines in cloaked dropships, under the radar to strike at critical ammo camps, important officials and other things. Should there be any airfields, hits would be carrier out on them too, however it is highly doubtful that any will be in existence in proximity of the fighting, since most of the Caliphate territory in the region is sand desert. One of their greatest focus' will be oasis' and water supplies for the troops now in the Sahara. Should they reach them they would infuse them with poison or simply destroy them.

 

The Normandy gunships also show themselves for the first time on the frontlines, dropping troops in lightning fast for devastating flanks and also simply strafing through the battlefield with their turrets and rockets.

 

As of now, Terminators would hold back, but there were still there, hidden and waiting.

 

In South sudan, 40.000 men along with regional military would set up the defensive and prepare for war. They would be accompanied by a handful of EMU divisions and light air-support.

 

Much of what the Dominion throws at the Caliphate could potentially be a great destabilizing factor as most of it has never truly been seen in action in the modern world and the military capabilities of the Dominion had always been a bit of a mystery.

 

The soldiers themselves would typically outclass opposing soldiers in one against one, simply because of their control chips reducing, fear, empathy, worry and hesitation as well as their augments increasing speed, reaction time and strength.

 

Jetpack divisions would also see the light in these fights, mostly in rocky terrain of villages where they could use their hypermobility easily.

 

With the addition of Microwave laser point defense into their arsenal, the Commonwealth would slowly be able to grapple back some control in the armored field, simply because their railgun cannons can outrange and outpower conventional ones and are capable of wreaking havoc on armor at a maximum range of 20km’s. At the same time, Dominion tanks, REX’s and EMU’s would also strike at armored enemies.

 

All in all, the Dominion would prepare to hold off the Caliphate forces and make them pay as dearly as possible using their superior technology to give them an edge, while depending on the Commonwealth for numbers. However, the Commonwealth does profit from many pieces of TRAC tech as well.

 

If all went well, the Caliphate’s advance would grind to a standstill.

 

REX pilots are ordered to auto-destruct rather than be captured, and EMU's would simply be detonated. While troops on the field are on strict orders to not leave weapons or tech behind if possible.

 

At night, cloaked Normandies would try to hit transport ships crossing the red sea with lightning fast missile and railgun strikes and at day, the Tali's that could be spared and do it safely would hit them as well.

South Africa

 

The Dominion urges South Africa to aid the Commonwealth in stopping the advance of the islamic extremists into Africa. It reminds them that in unity, they have enough manpower and resources to hold off any enemy on the globe and ask their leaders if they would rather ally with the peaceful democratic nations of the Commonwealth, or the extremist imperialist Caliphate?

 

While they do not push, they simply ask them to consider this, and promise that should they aid their northern brothers in the war, it could be greatly rewarding for them.

When the Dominion special forces meet the Brightsword mercenaries, they simply send an offer of cooperation in the op and wish to postpone further debate about the target till after it. However, they specify that they wish to subdue and take the target in and are willing to offer the Brightsword mercs a trip out of here if they work together.

Eastern Russia

The search crew would fly back to the Dominion successful, holding within the dropship two of the larger types of mutants as well as two radiation immune people. All would be brought back to Dominion laboratories for advanced analysis, however an offer is sent to Argentina, asking if they wish to have one of each for their own research. On the condition that any discoveries or tech pulled from their analysis be sent to the Dominion.

Los Angeles

 

The Empress of Britania’s shuttle, a modified Normandy Dropship would land in the great plaza of Los Angeles. The first true official from another country to land within the Dominion for over a decade she would be welcomed by a statue of Arnold Schwarzenegger of monolithically proportions, looming over the gathered crowds with a dangerous, yet benevolent expression on his face.

 

 

Beside her stood a well dressed man who had introduced himself as Slavinask when she had landed in the Los Angeles airport. He had politely informed her that she would be able to have no more than ten members of her retinue with her for security reasons and that most of her protection would be assured by Dominion special forces. At which point he had pointed towards a small contingent of large, masked men. Perhaps she would recognize them as the Death Korps that had done much damage to guerrilla’s in Brazil.

 

Of course, she along with her team would undergo intense screening before being allowed into their shuttle and to the Plaza.

 

In the plaza, thousands upon thousands of civilians with huge smiles on their faces would wave and smile at the queen while perfectly dressed Schwarz Polizei members and soldiers lined up front of them in a display of military discipline.

 

“Our glorious leader, Arnold always watches upon us, even as illness befalls him,” he says, motioning to the statue with a rapturous look in his eyes.

 

She would be lead to an beautifully designed yet well armored car where Johnny Depp the Second would be waiting for her. He would bow, kiss her hand and lead her into the car where they would take off down lightly glowing streets. Upon her curious look he would gesture with a hand. “Solar roads, quite good for energy efficiency.”

 

Throughout their path across the city, never once would she see an unhappy citizen, a trashcan or a speck of dirt. Obviously, the path had been cleared out of any undesirables along the way. They would trade idle talk as they speed down the streets at breakneck speed, escorted by two armored trucks.

 

They reached the towering shape of the Presidium, a magnificent tower of glass and steel with an immense symbol of the Dominion on its side and legions of men and armor around it. However, a few streets away a sudden shout would erupt from outside the vehicle and a molotov cocktail trailing flames would shoots out of an alley and smash into the foremost truck, erupting into a shower of flames.

 

 

 

The turret on the top of the vehicle would swivel in the direction and with an eruption of noise, spraying slugs into the small group of rebels, tearing many into bloody chunks as the Death Korps broke out of the flaming vehicle, ignoring flames and rushing into the stunned insurgeants.

Very quickly they would be subdued and brought beside the Empress’ vehicle and forced onto their knees with Death Korps members behind them. “This is how we deal with insurgeants in our country, Empress. Perhaps you might be able to learn something. It is quite effective.”

 

With a bang, the soldiers blow open the enemies heads and as the last one falls down, the cars speed up once again.

 

Finally, she is lead into an imposing and ornate room where she is offered a seat and refreshments. “So, my lady, what did you wish to come here for? I’m afraid that if you wished to do a speech to our people, that will not be possible. We find it better to not disturb them with problems from the exterior world. If you wish to speak to our great leader, you shall have to wait for perhaps a few days as he is quite unwell.”

T.R.A.C - Confederation with CSA

 

 

Francis couldn't help himself but to giggle at the results of the last T.R.A.C summit. The respective delegates ceded Alaska back to the USAC with the term that Australia would be in charge of the mineral mining facilities. Question was, what minerals were not depleted? Meanwhile the president was negotiating discreetly with several world leaders over a conference call outside the T.R.A.C, discreet plans were made for Underwood's agenda. 

 

From Alaska, several cargo ships were send to Camp Hope in eastern Russia. Containing 12 USAC dropships, greenhouse building materials and GMO altered seeds. Blueprints and construction resources were also send for basic housing and minor nuclear generators for potential lighting and defenses. Alongside various charity-obtained bottled water donations and military meals. The USAC dropships would fly to the designated zone by the USSR with the cargo, armed and ready.

 

 

Francis afterwards meets with the head of the CIA and former KGB director. The CIA under the lead of Ashley Woods, would work with Aleksandr Vasilevsky on a new advanced cyber system. The fact that the Australians even reached American corporations, although unsuccessfully, was worrying enough. The USAC had to be up to date on everything, even foreign corporations.  This cyber system would be an arsenal of various viruses, trackers and servers that would weaken and infiltrate networks discreetly. {{5 pages}}

 

 

The USAC continues its former secret research with the C.A.N on planting railguns on naval vessels and turrets. Although the CSA already had this technology they were not allow to share it with C.A.N, their scientists would deliver a great contribution to the research of the railguns. Underwood offers a generous bribe to the CSA to leak valuable information about the rail gun, as it would speed up the research. {{7 pages.}}

 

 

Corporate America was booming in growth as a new generation of America spends and invests like there is no tomorrow. Companies embark upon new shores as the war torn markets are goldmines for strong and stable corporations with enough capital and a labor force. The British are asked to surrender the pound and adopt the C.A.N dollar like the South American Federation did, USAC also requests other nations to loosen their restrictions on foreign banking and taxation.

This year's Athens Olympics were one of a highly competitive nature. With war beginning, tension was clearly in the air as nations assembled to celebrate friendly competition. Or, not so friendly. Fights were common in the Olympic Village, often breaking out between rival nations over the state of each nation. Athletes from the Caliphate were so widely hated by the rest of the field that they had to be housed off of the Olympic Village in order to protect them from the others.

In the actual sports, the results were incredibly tight. The tone was set when the Indians shocked the world by advancing all the way to the finals where they defeated a juggernaut British team in the Gold Medal Game. Nations that had once been athletically inferior rose above the competition and earned a place of prestige among the other formerly strong states.

...had never been greeted like this before. It made her feel as though she was 18 again, before her marriage to then Prince João of Iberia, when she was highly praised for her voice by her family. In fact, in her final years, her great grandmother, Queen Elizabeth the II, had told her as a young child that she could sense that she had talent. Great talents... and not just music talents.

 

And she had been right.

 

It is now Laura's turn to respond to the President, as she smiles pleasantly, the world watching how she would react to the unconventional royal greeting.

 

The woman, 37 years of age, sings something that any other British monarch besides herself would never have dared to:

"The World Turned Upside Down", the same song that had been played almost 300 years by a British marching band during the Revolutionary War at a town called "Yorktown".

 

The band at the reception recognizes it immediately, and begins to play along as she sings. The world televises the event.

After finishing the song, the media would be ecstatic as the social Empress now attempts to get President Underwood to sing "The Battle Hymn of the Republic" with her.   This is possibly the only thing on television that could pry the British television viewers from the Olympic Games. A good thing too, because once again, the British soccer team had embarrassed themselves...

 

But that was something to worry about later. For now, it was time to enjoy the majestic tour of the Empress around the Americas.   She prepares to give a speech before Congress the next morning.

Prime Minister Lord George Lancaster flails about in outrage as much of the rest of the British public does the same at the Olympic Games.  

Britain had just lost a SHOOTOUT to the INDIANS!   This was intolerable. Completely. Intolerable. The Indians MUST have cheated! It was no secret that they hated the British!   No matter.

The Olympics committee would sort things out, the British were sure. And if they didn't, there was always next year in which the British would most likely play against the Indians once again.

 

Save for this terribly disgraceful blunder, the British people are pleased to have come in 3rd place in the Olympic Games. Britannia was strong, Britannia was powerful, and the Sun would Never Set Upon It.

After the visit to the Union, the Empress would continue her travel plans, proceeding onwards to the CSA ((Will post a response to them after they post their response)) and then to the Californian Dominion.  

 

Of course, the Empress allows for herself and her MI-6 protection to be screened before they're lead to the tower. As they pass through the streets, the Empress cringes upon seeing the rebel fights. But she remains silent until they finally enter the building.

 

She waves dismissively at Johny Depp II's question.

 

"I am the first British Monarch in two generations to visit the Americas, due to the instability on the continent. Now that things are stable, I have decided to take a Western Hemisphere tour to personally meet with the leaders of the Americas on the continent  From here, it's on to Australia, then to Argentina and back to one of my palaces in the Azores.  

 

I would absolutely wish to see your Great Leader... Mister Schwartzneggar must be getting very, very old indeed. If he is not willing to see me within the next few days, however, I am afraid that I will have to move on.   Your rebel suppression systems are quite effective... tell me, what do you know about fighting terrorists? The Frenchmen in Normandy are rather troubling."

 

The rest of the meeting would likely take place in private, as they talk amongst themselves. The Empress would also have several other issues to discuss with Johnny Depp the Second, which would not be made known to the public. ((Will Skype PM))

After landing with authorization, the doors of the C-130s swing open.

"LET'S MOVE!"

 

An entire company of British soldiers, armed with LIONCUB high-powered energy rifles and King Charles Body Armor, numbering about 100 men, disembark, forming a line before their Major.

 

 

The Major in charge of the expedition salutes whoever's in charge at the runway, and offers a letter to them, detailing their orders from the British government to help defend Stalingrad and it's civilian populace from harm from the environment and the mutants roaming the wastes.

 

Notably, the second dropship is packed to the brim with humanitarian aid in the form of food and medical supplies. It also carries several crates of LIONCUB rechargeable clips, by now modified to fire about 16 rounds before having to be reloaded, and T-84s. The latter are to be distributed to the soldiers in Stalingrad to replace their archaic firearms, and help shore up their defenses.

 

The British Major awaits orders from the leader of Stalingrad. The company sent to them will do anything that DOESN'T go against either the Imperium Britannia or the Imperium Germania, nor the UEDI. They will also not commit warcrimes or crimes against the populace of Stalingrad.

 

The Major is authorized to talk to the government of Stalingrad on behalf of the Empress, and requests a meeting with their Chairman.

 

He also suggests that his soldiers be deployed to the perimeter immediately; their weaponry could probably be used very efficiently and destructively against the mutant humans and animals beyond the walls of Stalingrad. At the same time, he states that the British force is also there to explore the wastes, and see what Russia has become, documenting it for all eternity and for science

 

Who knows, he says, what lies beyond those walls...

Sicily - Caliphate/Italy

As the Italians continue to encourage insurgency, thousands of Italian nationalists on the island answer the call. Large scale riots and attacks on Islamic patrols in the area occur, the city of Messina is laid to waste as enter Islamic patrols are slaughtered in lightning fast guerilla movements. Similar attacks take place all over Islamic occupied Italy, and those bold enough to speak out demand for reintegration into the Italian states. They would not stop.

Italy

The Sons of the Eagle recruit incredibly well. A Second Risorgimento begins in the Italian Republic creating a huge wave of Italian nationalism. The Senate passes the motion for universal military service almost unanimously, the few liberals there would have voted against the bill. The spy sent into Sicily would infiltrate the province, find their way into the retinue of the provincial governor.

The former Italian king has since become a priest in the Tuscan province, and through his excellent work and perhaps a bit of simony, the man has become the bishop of the province. Nobody there really cares. 

British Space Adventures

The British team sent out to explore the ruins would find nothing of interest, initially. But as they begin to excavate the site they would find something interesting. Imprinted against the sides of the ancient metallic structures were shadows, shadows of people. Humanoid... people? Was this even possible? British teams would report back to home base. 

On Europa, the investigation on the energy source bears no fruit. Nothing appears on the surface. Even drones down below the ice can find nothing, and the very faint energy pulses have disappeared. Strange.

On the Moon, the British only find what could be expected. Large amounts of water as well as decent deposits of Helium-3, however there are no significant uses to take advantage of the energy that it has the potential to have.

Order of St. George

Several thousand young Ethiopians (almost 20,000 men between the ages of 16-20) join the Order, eager to join the fight on to protect their nation. The recruitment process goes well, and another 5,000 Jewish men from Cyprus move to join the Order as well. Although they are not Christian, they see the order as an opportunity to extract revenge on the Caliph.

The efforts of the Prince to turn Porto into a tax haven go relatively well, the banks become widely popular with corporations in the USAC, Britain, and Germany who seek to avoid paying the large taxes put on them by the government. This could upset those nations though, as they begin to lose small but significant streams of revenue to the corporations.
