Creaking, rattling bones of a skeletal creature slowly wandered over to Fort Staalgrav, home to House Weiss. It would lower something at the front gate: a letter, and a bloodied, mutilated arm with two-rings upon its finger; red and green jewels. Undead crows flocked over a few churches, dropping off letters that read the following. “To the Canonist Church & House Weiss. Your worship of GOD, an evil upon the Fifthists, has left a sour taste in our mouth. In the dead of night, we captured one of your priests - to set an example for your people. We have begun torturing this priest; for now, we have only removed an arm. However, take this as a declaration of war against your kindred. If you would like to see the survival of your ‘righteous’ priest, Stanislaw, then come meet us on the battlefield. If you do not, we will brutally execute the priest and sacrifice him to achieve a higher form of being. The priest shall be fed, and kept alive, but tortured everyday - we will send a limb for each moment that is lost. It will do us no burden to rid of a heretical follower of GOD, he who which our Lord shall devour. To commemorate the priest’s virtue, he will be pinned to a crucifix. Upon arriving to the keep of Staalgrav, her eyes went wide in fear as she say her child's severed arm. She prayed it has a prank.. Only to find that it wasn't.
