Scrunching up the flyer, he tosses it behind him, aiming for a bin. With an annoyed expression, he walks over to the object and solemnly places it in the bin it landed close to. Remarking under his breath about the flyer as he rests his hand on his blade's hilt.

 

"Seems fool hardy going against Oren. Like a Lamb to the slaughter".

 

Vincent then strolls off toward the Shield's Fort inside the city, wondering if he can get some target practice in before heading out on duty again.
