no it’s an insult because you accused me of being a white knight for disagreeing with something you said. my point remains that telling people they should have given you a heads up is not a necessary response to a well written post. i only say this as i was inundated with such after making an amendment for siliti which led to me hiding the post due to such a response. if you have criticism, give it, don’t assert that you should have been told about it beforehand.

while i think the amendment is cool, and i'm definitely a fan. I wanna bring a quick notice to this comment. mentality like this is kinda unneeded, i've seen it in various communities including ones i was a part of when i made an amendment for it. nobody owes you a heads up on potential changes to your magic, when the amendment is submitted you have your chance to read over it and make judgement. just because you have the magic, you don't have to see it before it's posted. just seems unnecessary to make such a comment on someone else's work ANYHOW cool amendment on a magic a find interesting +1

I think the AH would be better if regional as has been suggested. Merchant rp did exist prior to the AH being removed and was quite prevelant through things like the Orcish caravans which were very interesting and through those who wished to conduct these matters through rp (people like kamikaze_reaper or even now caelaerin). This rp hasn't really died down nor increased since the AH was removed, i think it's more a matter of who prefers what. Rather than outright removing it, some sort of middleground should be made as the AH aids people who aren't able to be on at peak hours and will struggle to meet merchants as such. I still believe some sort of noticeboard that allows you to post request for items or materials which is placed in every nation, where another player can fulfill the request and receive however much mina ther player offered for their request. If not this, regional AH would also work, just something rather than nothing.
