The following are the terms for such a land charter. The Order of the Radiant Star will have a fifty by fifty metre sized parcel of land within the bounds of the Kingdom of Balian. This land shall be used as a monastery and a base of operations for the order. The Order will pay a tax of forty mina per annum for the land they use, and should they miss two years of taxes they shall be evicted like any other land owner within the nation. The Order will form a localised division of their forces headed by a Crown appointed official that shall recruit from the populace of Balian and function within Balianese lands. These recruits must pass the trials of the Order and are subject to the rejection and acceptance of the Order’s leadership at their own discretion.
