    Curious about ban appeals. I've seen ban appeals denied due to them not owning up to something, despite serving the time. If they have served the time, then their reasoning and such should not matter. I remember on another server i used to go on, someone was banned for a week using xray. Appealed and denied the fact he did use xray, and the ban appeal itself was denied. Discuss: If given a timeframe on a ban, should their excuses even matter?

      I've had this situation. I repeatedly wrote a appeal for a rule I did not break and they pocket denied it by not reading it until one day a admin just picked it up.

      I think it's important for the person to acknowledge what they did so they don't do it again. Obviously with some offences like x-ray you have people being banned for mining 'suspiciously'. With situations like this I think it needs to be looked into again if the person is adamant they did nothing wrong.

    I am yet to play the Battlefront Beta myself, but this is my biggest issue with what I've seen. The health regen! Like, wot? Original battlefronts you had to pick up medpacs or go to cleric droids to heal health. But now it's a run of the mill fps system with quick as hell health regen :C.

      I don't think this game is better than the Battlefronts, and I agree that it is basically a Battlefield Clone with Star Wars paint. However, were the game to be exactly the same as it is now, except your health didn't regenerate, it would be a much worse game.

      I feel that it has a lot more to offer than a Battlefield game. Sure, health may regenerate throughout the course of the battle; but remember how much of a hassle it was to run off during a really nice battle just to grab some health at a droid which took nearly 15 seconds. Also, I really enjoy dying in this game. Unlike Battlefield or many other FPS games, it doesn't penalize you severely for losing a life (aka. Long wait times, reduced perks, etc.). I'm perfectly fine being cannon fodder in this game because it makes the battlefield - yes, I know the irony - feel better. Much more alive than previous titles, though they all hold special places in mah heart.
