Please ignore my kings comment on that, I left some crayons on the counter earlier and he got to them. Cultures and races should have specific magics regarding themselves because it gives a flair of the chess board analogy I like to give for LOTC. My only criticism as it stands is not on the magic, but that objectively creeper you need to work on snow elven culture and not just develop magics to make yourselves different. As it stands I know that in snow elven culture there is no difference between it and a human culture but using the elven language. You also had ww2buff99 playing multiple of his own children at once so he did not lose the throne and could hold on permanently to his own heir. You may want to change your government style to reflect the cultural changes you make. All around though, +1, this magic can't hurt.

As a dwarf, don't ask dwarves to perform feats of science. Its usually a certain engineer or group of idiots and said engineer screaming industry making a stupid contraption that is inpractile via 0 roleplay because what he believes he can build in MC he can do in RP. High elves have greater science in that sense. However, I would also raise the point that high elves have with identical designs to (more reasonable) dwarves been allowed to do more for ??? reason. Regardless, if people take IRL principles and apply them ingame then someone will just use the science excuse to make stupidly advanced things. We should consciously try to be medieval/Renaissance era in tech. We have magics, they are easier to moderate. While I do enjoy scientific RP, people make vast assumptions on what is common knowledge in RP in terms of physics and the likes. Indeed, people even mentioning the different gasses by name or being able to say that they identified white phosphorus and the likes is painful when I think of realism in science RP. Steam power is also considered a dwarven thing, they get real defensive over their exclusivity of the knowledge. This mainly stems from the fact that otherwise everyone says they can use all our engineering on the spot and instantly replicate it because they understand the forces at work. Truth of the matter is, metagaming makes technology non-viable on the server. Magics can be moderated, and redstone can explain contraptions.

Last step on the mountain thing.. Its a short haired animal why the hell does it have short hair if it lives in freaking mountain ranges? I understand inquisition just came out and you miss fluffy from origins but plz m9...

Think of it like this. I am British and Scandinavians in Sweden and Norway are both white. We are both Germanic peoples who as populations may have similar traints developed that are 'characteristic' to our distinct populations, however we are all just Germanic Caucasians. Similarly, High Elves and Snow Elves are nothing but two different cultures and populations but of the same race. The wiki was edited by Jax, a snow elf, and he has changed things that may not be accurate or allowed. The wiki is open to edit and may be changed by anyone who requests wiki access. I could right now, considering I have wiki access, go say that Snow Elves are prone to epilepsy, or just declare them a subrace without permission from the lore team, does not make it lore correct or allowed. PS. Them being slightly able to live in cold environments is more something you would adopt over time as a persona as your body finds it more prudent to produce low temperature enzymes for its actions. I would doubt they are anything lower than 1 or 2 degrees Celsius cooler in core temperature, but they may be less likely to blush and turn red, exposing their blood to cool close to the surface. However, this would presumably make them quite lethargic.

Dwarves currently have massive crystals in the roof of their city, can you think of a good sound for us to have them make in roleplay thats dwarfy when this passes? xD

Suggestion/cool idea: You should start to find your apatite gets ruined if you can shape shift into both a herbivore and a carnivore, continuously conflicted on if it tastes good or bad. You eventually settle that everything you eat must be covered in salt or you feel sick and disgusting.

This is basically enables rape mate, and while it may have been allowed to exist if you didn't add ''love potion'' to it and the whole attraction thing. It just sounds like a date rape drug as of now.

Apart from the fact that this comes awfully close to what the evocations do, and shamanism but just saying you have a bunch of aengudaemons do it instead, I see a couple issues with this lore. What roleplay does this provide but to just crush pre-existing IC religions? Why do we need the addition of these aengudaemons? Why should we stuff out a bunch of elements with dieties that can potentially just squash stuff like the OTF? To my view on this there is no need for this lore, it would be a sweeping addition to the lore that would almost minipulate and change the entire setting we reside with. It changes our knowledge of how the elements work for the most part and I feel this has nothing to benefit for the server except further dividing the community's player base and turn everything into a pantheon race. The scale of ET action to actually introduce it to the server is just too much. While its a nice piece of writing I am sure, its not fitting on this server. -1

Dwarven Runesmithing aint related to the faith, from a OOC perspective, its all a big lie. There is a chance, as far as a OOC perspective goes, that the dwarven religion was correct in one of its evolutions a long time ago, but with the time going on it slowly morphed away from what a Anguldaemon would consider in any manner slightly accurate. Tbh, I am just against Catholicism-omancy. The Creator used to power dwarven runesmithing in the old writeup, but we changed that because its kinda stupid to confirm from a OOC perspective any religion is worshiping the legit shiz. Now we say its Ograhad (Who was probably a freaking dragon, and probably stole or collected a index of how the universe works, and we got gifted/greedy and thus got a hold of the knowledge). Speculation on the higher end means it creates a level playing field. Druidism does nature, clerics to light balls already, druidism is open to any race as well as clerics and shamanism and cat magic. You just have to live by their principles. Heck, currently there are dwarven druids running about worshiping Annabella instead of the aspects. There are Elven druids worshiping Brathmordakin instead of the aspects.
