Who isn't a hero? But a better question for the staff in general. A lot of new players do seem lost atm, is there any plans for a guide role of any form considering, or is this the job of the AT?

Yeah, loss of efficiency due to steam from being allowed to be operationally for any period of time would create significant issues. Additionally, the cost of maintenance may be easier in terms.. well, I don't know how milling hundreds of mechanized parts its easier than golematic runeing of stone tbh. Both seem equal in time to make but one would cost more.

That being said, such fine control of steam would come at the cost of this thing surely being slower and weaker than that of a normal golem? I mean, it requires on mechanical parts where as golems use non-connected limbs and have the runes move them, the strain must be terrible.

I hate to bring up maps here, but this is a issue. We have so little land to play war with because every damn inch given values on a nexus plot and your natural expansion territory is magically locked. The idea of nexus plots was fundamentally flawed from the beginning in the war environment. Wars became grittier in a bad way the less land we had, they became messier when every inch left people 100 blocks from one another capitals and it felt like everyone was breathing down one another's necks. Conquest could be fun back in Anthos because you had massive stretches of land to play with in every nation state that was then divided out. Gaps of land [usually the size of now current capital plots] could be lost and the nation would still function, now people are talking about losing 20/50% of the surface area of their nation. I speak as someone who stopped participating in this war a long while ago because people took it too seriously, and I feel this is a major factor to why it became so hostile and tense for the playerbase. Its the reason we can't handle conquest now, too. ---- Goldrim you did a brilliant job as GK tbh, I don't think there were other kings capable of the hard line approach you took.

Strange how the bow in question is changed and the speed at which he fires also does. Additionally, it doesn't look like the chain links are being compromised. It wouldn't be deadly at all, heck it would leave a small cut and thats it.

I absolutely agree with this. I understand people will complain that they cannot be a master of 2 magics at once or that their going to have to retro-RP some parts but in reality these arts each and of their own are a lifetime skill. To spend your life perfecting your illusions would mean you had little time to perfect your enchanting. Variety will come from co-operation, instead of every mage being a cure all it encourages co-operative RP to occur for creations and I believe this will help diversify and assist the roleplay environment for arcane magics.
