FIFTH EDICT OF THE BARBANOV MAERSHIP SIEGZYR EDYKT I VE BARBANOV MAERSTAT Issued on 6th of Jula and Piov, 358 ES KRUSAE ZWY KONGZEM MEDICAL COMMISSIONS INITIATIVE After the Medical Commissions Pay Bill of 352 ES was vetoed by the Crown, for reasons that such a contract should not be put into the Haurul Caezk, the topic of paying our medics has died out. However, the desire to offer payment for our medics still exists, and the Grand Maer took it upon himself to negotiate the beginning of medical commissions. After a long night of negotiations with the Lord Treasurer, the two came to an agreement for paying the city medics per commission. As such, the Grand Maer is proud to announce the following initiative. Medics who answer medical calls shall receive the following amounts based on the type of treatment: Emergency Treatments: 20 mina Combat Treatments: 15 mina Minor Treatments: 10 mina For medics working directly under the Surgeon-General, the Surgeon-General shall be in charge of receiving and distributing the proper payment. For combat medics working under the HRA, the Lord Marshal shall be in charge of receiving and distributing proper payment. However, it is the opinion of the Grand Maer and his advisors that the rest of the planned expansion encroaches too far into the territory of the Barony of Mondstadt, and is therefore returning to the drawing board to find somewhere else for the rest of the expansion. Nevertheless, it is the pleasure of the Grand Maer to announce that the House of Kortrevich has pledged to use the farms pertaining to the Viscounty of Krusev to operate a free food chest within Karosgrad, to ensure that food is readily available for all. CONCLUSION OF THE 356 SNAILULA ONE HAESENI CHAMPIONSHIP Issued on 9th of Msitza and Dargund, 357 ES KRUSAE ZWY KONGZEM The 356 Snailula One Haeseni Championship has been a roaring success, garnering the attention of many within the Kingdom. The inaugural Championship featured three different races: The Karosgrad Square Grand Prix, the Lorena’s Wharf Grand Prix, and the Royal Gardens Grand Prix. Over the course of these three races, seventeen different snail racers and their snails participated, and saw three different race winning snails. These racers and their snails are: Ingrid Barclay and Snailus Maximus, who won the Karosgrad Square Grand Prix. Heinrik Barbanov and Mickaelz Schumachev, who won the Lorena’s Wharf Grand Prix. Konstantin Wick and Slicky Wicky, who won the Royal Gardens Grand Prix. Additionally, five other racers and their snails finished on the podium during the championship. Otto Baruch and Usnail Bolt, Amicia de Astrea and Pickles, Brandt Barclay and Cedric Barclay, Valerie d’Airelle and Francis, and Rha’kir and Tacky. However, there was one racer and their snail that stood above others, the inaugural Snailula One Haeseni Champion, and that is Otto Baruch and Usnail Bolt, who finished first in the overall Championship standings with a total of 42 points, after finishing second twice and seventh once.
