The United Soviet States of Russia

 

With winter passing and the beginning of spring, workers poor into the newly constructed regional farms. Miles upon miles of farm land and hydroponic facilities. No comrade would starve, not anymore. This years input of food would be the largest since the re-formation of the USSR.

 

Civilians and foreign soldiers look on as Russian Troops march through the streets in their newly constructed Shock Trooper Assault Suits, As Stage 1 of the Legacy Project was completed a new medical discovery was made. All Russian Powersuits have an integrated Bio-foam injector capable of temporarily repairing an injured soldier to fight on or retreat for proper medical treatment.

 

A small strike force is put together consisting of 1 team of KGB Agents and a Russian Spec Ops Ranger team. An old C-130 model aircraft will fly them over the old Reclaimer city of Meldives where they will scavange and secure any documents or files they can find, while the missions priority is for information on the World Drive and the Exodus to Ceres. A clear secondary priority is to secure any and all technology or data that can be of use to the USSR, this mission is classified as 'Above Top Secret'. ((MOD POK PLZ))

 

The Soviet Council sends delegates to other nations in hopes to gain support from the worlds Superpowers to be recognized as Russia's NEW government.

Each nation has 1 use of a tactical nuclear weapon per every 30 pages. This does not carry over (ie. you don't use it in 30, you don't get 2). This is to counter the Indian Gandhi. However, if a nuclear capable nation is Gandhi'd, they may use nuclear retaliation for FREE.

If you are not on this list, you do not currently have access to a nuclear weapon. You may either develop your own nuclear weapon, or a super weapon on a similar scale. It will follow the same rule.

Response Post

 

The CSA was outraged at the temper tantrum the USAC was throwing. They had been kicked out for reasons just like now. They were ready to declare war on them? Ready to wreck their economy? The CSA would not stand for it. The CPNA that have long been mustered in North America in preparation for troubles is activated. Three million men move to face the USAC armies, comfortably out of shelling range. Alongside them, one million North American state militia are called forth. They would hang even further back, kept as a reserve force. Rail-gun tanks are in abundance on the line, helping keep it tied down. Their tech was superior, the numbers greater. Spread out along a long defensive line, it would be hard to beat the CPNA in one stroke. The navy remains in Panama/Caribbean. Any USAC navy getting to close to the CSA would find nasty surprises from the coastal defenses.

 

The economy was set to be repaired. Even with the USAC ripping out, the CSA still had s huge market. One of the only large producers of lumber and oil left, they also help the bread basket of America. If anything the USAC would be hurt more food wise. They had poor northern/Canadian soil, as the CSA held the heart. Never fully converting to the CAN currency, the CSA still had their reliable money source. They traded with all of TRAC, and had resources from Africa to supplement them. Recently entering closer relations and alliances with British and Germans, the trade would step up there as well. The CSA hoped to take loans from Australia and Britain, until their economy could recover. They also ask members of TRAC and CAN to embargo the USAC.

 

War was not declared by the CSA, they would see it the USAC would ride this tantrum out. The CSA's tactical nuke is kept under strict watch and not activated, they would not nuke their brothers.

M2/M5 Jaguar on Mars complete. The first military Jaguard, clad with shining armor and armed with a deadly Plasma Mobile Anti-Ship Platform - P-MASP. The construction of a second, M1/M5 begins, due to be finished in a bit over two years. ((9 pages))

THE IMPERIUM BRITANNIA

The Royal Navy had once been the greatest fighting force on the high seas the world had ever seen, allowing the British to conquer almost a fourth of the world.

Now, of course, the CSA and the Far Eastern Empire were above the Imperium Britannia, but they too were once again a prominent naval power.

As St. George ships attack the Indian fleet in the Red Sea, and as naval control around Corsica and Sardinia is established, Britannia musters troops in southern France, approximately 50,000 well-trained British troops being escorted by British ships in an attempt to wrestle Corsica away from what few Caliphate soldiers are left on the island, and claim the island in the name of the Imperium Britannia and in the name of Normandy. The British government calls on the Italians to invade Sardinia.

A naval blockade is set up around the city of Tunis, and around the Balearic Islands and Corsica. The marine invaders of the Balearics Islands demand the surrender of Caliphate forces occupying them.

The Royal Navy, receiving heavy reinforcements from the CSA and the Italians, gathers near Corsica attempts to launch a final assault against the Caliphate Navy, taking advantage of the Saint George attack near the Red Sea that was attempting to distract the Indian fleet. The Admiralty intends to crush the Caliphate in the Mediterranean, and to show them exactly who the true master of the Mediterranean Sea was. They also call upon the Greek Navy to attack with their new Hera system and support their allies by bursting forth from the Black and Agean Seas.

If all allies answered their call and attacked as requested by the First Lord of the Admiralty, the advances might look something like this, although results of the battle will most likely vary.

Meanwhile, the British training programs for newer recruits continue in Iberia, spread out across the major defensive fortifications along the coast and in middle Iberia.

Approximately 500,000 well-trained returning veterans, rookie recruits, and standard Imperium soldiers, spearheaded by the 2nd Knights Division of Clones, move into Morocco through Gibraltair, armed with the latest H.ARM suits, EMUs, Churchill fighters, Dalton Gunships, Wellington Dropships, Cobra Attack Helicopters, and now superpowered LIONCUB rifles and supported by Hera Greek tanks as well as their own armor, equipped with LIONs, Microwave Lasers, and the likes, in addition to artillery, support vehicles, and everything else that an Army might need to support itself.

The well prepared, well supplied, and well armored army attempts to move further southwards, through Algeria, in order to assist the CSA soldiers who had been so terribly broken. At the moment, they only wish to organize a successful retreat for their ally back to Morocco, but the British government would soon attempt to make a series of small attacks on the Caliphate forces, more to buy the Coalition, Commonwealth, and the South Africans time to regroup and reorganize themselves than to directly engage the huge Caliphate military. They call for the German reserves in Morocco to back them up and assist them in their regrouping organization task.

They intend to pull back to Morocco into Greater Imperium territory as soon as they deem that the Africans and the CSA can continue to handle the fight without them.

The two British armored motherships, HMS Trafalgar and HMS King Charles II, redesigned as Jovian Clipper Class Frigates, have been completed in Earth's Orbit. They are much more modernized than the previous version of the motherships, armored or unarmored, and are equipped with armor plating, scientific research labs, a hangar bay for fighters, weaponry of all sorts (Microwave lasers, LIONs, missiles, etc), a VI system, cargo bays and a medical/cryogenics bay, thanks to the ingenuity of Orion.

They begin to go on patrol along with the HMS Jovian Clipper to ensure the protection of British interplanetary resource shuttles ferrying resources from Europa and the new asteroid possession as well as the British colonies and bases across the solar system

The HMS Trafalgar, in particular, is dispatched with a full crew of soldiers and scientists to the asteroid belt to aid the Argentinians and secure the mining site, as well as set up further equipment there.

Britain is also given the technology to produce Lancelot Manned Mechs ((5 Pages till Mass Production))

The Invasion of West Canada 

 

With the Military of the Federation having been mobilized and on alert since the Caliphate Jihad in Africa had started, what was a build up for defense had turned for a new purpose, the invasion and war against the USAC. With National Service having been introduced many many years ago, the Federation had finally reached a point where they had an army of 1,000,000 on active duty with so much funding being put into the entire nations Military. An invasion force of 500,000 had been assembled of TENGU Armoured Soldiers with them they were supplied with handheld rail gun weaponry of all assortments since they had attained the technology from California some years ago. Along with them an armoured corp had been sent with them consisting of 4000 Rail Gun Tanks, 2000 IFV Light and Medium Tanks, 1000 REX Units, 1500 EMU Units, 10,000 IMV, 4000 Artillery Pieces. The REX Units had been outfitted with Anti-Gravity Technology to allow it to be dropped from extreme altitudes and land safely and quickly, with Microwave Laser Point Defense to protect the units from Missile Attacks. The Air Support for this invasion would consist of 1,500 Tali Fighters as they had been produced since they became available in the Federation, 300 Bomber Aircraft, 500 Normandy Drop Ships, 5 Air Command Control Aircraft. The Invasion Fleet of the Federation consists of 40 Bowral Class Rail Gun Destroyers, 20 Cairns Class Guided Missile Destroyers, 60 Perth II Class Frigates, 30 Submarines, 20 Mine Countermeasure ships. They would be sent on a course to Alaska, seemingly to once again play the move to take Anchorage however....many of the ships Flags are re-painted, baring the mark of both the Australasian Federation but that of Canada....

 

In a USAC base in North America a communications officer hears something "Sir we have something! An invasion force is attacking Vancouver!" his Superior walks to him, lowering himself to look at the Officers screen "Who is it? The Chinese? The Australians?" the Comms Officer shakes his head "I don't know Sir, those in the fighting state the Ships there bare the Flag of Canada..." 

 

 

The Battle Plan for the Federations Invasion would be having the fleet set a course looking as if it was heading to Alaska, instead it would turn off suddenly changing course to hit Vancouver Island and then move around to take the City. The Navy would first use superior Rail Gun range and VI Targetting to hit any coastal defenses and visible AA. Bombers escorted by Tali Fighters would then go at high altitude and bomb any visible military targets. 10,000 troops and the 4,000 Artilery Pieces would land on Vancouver Island to secure it, if met with significant resistance (Unlikely as there has been no build up there) REX Units will drop from Normandy Dropships early to deal with Infantry and Armour on the Island. REX Units and Infantry would secure Victoria then move up to take positions to target Vancouver with the Artilery Pieces. The Fleet would move around the Island past Victoria to land the main invasion force in Vancouver to take the city with other REX and EMU Units supported by Rail Gun Tanks, IFV's and Close Naval and Air Support.Essentially a quick shock attack to catch the enemy unawares and quickly take Vancouver to strike a blow against the USAC. During when the attack commences a Declaration of War is issued to the USAC at the very last minute before the fighting happens to ensure that the USAC cannot use that against the Federation in propaganda. When the fighting starts the Federation would make a broadcast with a former Canadian Official heading it stating 

 

"People of Canada, it was so long ago when we were a free and sovereign nation, when the Union States General Patterson invaded our Country out of greed and to increase his own nations prestige. Well finally our call for freedom has been answered, it took a while but our cousins in Australia have agreed to liberate our nation, the fly our flag with their fleet and weapons, they intend to fully restore our sovereignty, our parliament, our democracy the way it use to be! Even promising to give Alaska back to the newly refounded Commonwealth of Canada! I will myself be close on hand with the Invasion Fleet and we will retake Vancouver! While the fighting goes on I urge the people of Canada to find shelter and after the battle make yourself known to the Australasian Troops!"

The other is set up readying itself for its mission to Mars to finally establish the Australasian Federations Colony in Mars already pre-planned and will be named New Canberra.

ALL Brightsword personnel and assets are extracted for a re-evaluation, previously deployed with the CSA they would have left earlier but still have taken heavy casualties, the survivors numbering at about 70% of all deployed assets, 7000 soldiers and 14000 drones.

On African soil

 

The first fifty Brightsword Cataphract mechs are shipped to a South African base, and loaded each with about fifteen drones to service from each one. Although manned, and less mobile than an EMU the Cataphract can deploy drones of varying types, normally a mix of sniper and rocket-launching drones, which can dock with the mech and reload themselves, something which is much more difficult to do by hand mid-combat.

 

The mech itself is fit with a forward-mounted heavy caliber anti-infantry machine gun, and a self-defensive flamethrower to clear saboteurs from the feet of the mech. The mech is built with an ejection system as well, to save the pilot from destruction, and is also being made to integrate with the Caber system of plasma weaponry. And finally, of course, the mech is integrated with a self-destruct system which destroys the device upon a pilot leaving the suit before deactivating the failsafe system, whether by death or ejection.

 

The fifty mechs are kept on standby, as more are constructed and more pilots are trained (Mod)

The front was holding. The thousands of men sent forth were doing incredibly well. They were killing almost 20 men for every one they lost.

 

General Jemal was extremely happy. The men from the draft had just arrived, and they would be sent to training almost immediately. The 50,000 men that stayed back to train Ethiopian forces would move on to join their brothers, taking with them another 100,000 Ethiopian troops to support them.

 

Currently at the front, there were 5,478,400  troops, Ethiopian, South African, and Somalian.  50,000 foreign Catholics had arrived in Ethiopia from all over the world. The sight of foreign men and women coming to help their cause boosted the morale of the Ethiopians.

 

Jemal ordered for the entire defensive line to move forward. The clashes between the Caliphate and the Order of St. George had occurred near the Sudanese border, if reports coming in were true. The line would move forward, and stretch from the small town of Gambela to the town of Mek’ele. Local villagers and townspeople would be advised to either stay inside, or join the ranks of the army.

Once the line moved up, builders would immediately start work on defenses. These would include bunkers, and trenches, along with proximity mines to blow up the front line that the Caliphate would send. Turrents would be set up in hidden locations above the main line, to easily shoot down onto charging Caliphate forces. These would be manned by 4-5 men each, to assist in reloading the weapons.

 

The South African Air Force, which was stationed in Ethiopia, would be instructed to conduct bombing runs into the enemy forces. Locations would be given as to where the men of St. George were hidden, to minimize friendly casualties.

 

Meanwhile, back at Addis Ababa, Dawit would be hand writing letters to nation leaders. Each letter would include gratitude from the Ethiopian people for their help in the war, and reaffirm the friendships created by this war. The letter to the CSA would contain condolences for the men lost during the battle. The letter to the Dominion would contain wishes of luck in their war at home against the Chinese.

The Empire of Asia

 

 

The Far Eastern Empire had just grown exponentially on the world scale, as India agrees to join the Empire as an autonomous state. With this, Emperor Jin Jau formally declares that the Far Eastern Empire shall become the First Empire of Asia. The only completely independent countries in the entirety of Asia are the Central Asian Union and the Indochinese Confederacy, as well as the unrecognized North Korea. The Empire of Asia truly is now the most powerful country in the world, no matter what some British TV station said, and it was time they acted like it.

 

The Pacific Front

 

The Chinese navy stood strong, not nearing the coastline as soon as a few older frigates got quite heavily damaged, but not sunk. The Californian boarding managed to catch a few ships by surprise, but they seemed to neglect the fact of weapons lockers aboard the vessels. The Californians that landed on the ships were soon hunted and killed in the tight confines of the destroyers, although they secure the decks rather easily, and the ones sent to plant charges on the side of the boats are shot down in the Normandy's before they could leave it. Despite minimal losses, the navy began to slowly retreat to Hawaii, perhaps prompting a sigh of relief in the Dominion.

 

Right up until a tungsten rod was dropped from orbit into the heart of Los Angeles, leveling the city for miles around, killing millions.

 

 

 

The world has finally seen the Ghandi - work of Indian genius - in action, only hours after impact. Death toll is expected to be up to 3 million, although it is not known for sure, as all that's left of Los Angeles is rubble and twisted metal. Immediately, the Empire of Asia owns up for the attack.

 

"The Californian Dominion is an evil, maniacal stain on America. It's people live under a strict dictatorship, and no word has come out of the country for years. Think of all the people in there that have wanted to be free? All the people in there that have been forced to worship an image of a long dead actor. This is the grand price of the beginning of freedom. Will it really have to be the Asians that bring freedom to America, the land of the free?"

 

The fleet in Hawaii prepares for an attack from the CSA and Californian Dominion fleets, although the CSA is secretly prompted to take advantage of the situation, and attack the Dominion, as is the USAC. The Empire of Asia announces it's support for the invasion, should it come to play out, and will fight with the CSA in order to secure freedom in the NCR.

 

Project Epsilon, Rose and ((whatever the other one was called)) continues.

 

A fleet moves to the Red Sea to trap the Saint-George navy, with 3 aircraft carriers carrying J-Fighters in order to combat the Christian air force there. Sangers that fly off from Madagascar and the Imperial Space Stasian begin to bomb Africa from Orbit, most notably defensive lines across the continent. The space station is probably the biggest in space, flying round at Geostationary orbit.

The USAC Defense

 

A mobilization of such a large scale was easily seen by the Pentagon, the USAC was prepared and ready to defend the homeland. As the naval convoy begins to sail towards Alaska, the Ship's networks are infiltrated by USAC cyber systems as the defense grids are overloaded. Then, the 'inferior' railguns would launch volleys at the aircraft carriers and cargo ships as they make a turn towards Vancouver.

 

Once there, the dropships would be met with one of the two defense systems the USAC had in place depending on height. If it was near or in orbit, the USAC's space interceptors would launch a missile from above. In a rather large range from the ground, LION and PATRIOT systems would fire at the ships and the dropped cargo.

 

The USAC airpower would then start bombing the navy before it could reach the shores. The mobilized troops are moved from the CSA border to Vancouver, most people told to arm up and prepare for an invasion. In Canada, the message was quite confusing. The last nationalistic movement was decades ago...

It was truly glorious; Hera had done its work. The move to shut down their operations in foreign areas had worried the Hellenes for a moment; and then they had seen what it had done. The massive gains being made under its command reassured any doubts as to its efficiency.  More human troops are phased out of the army, and each one that leaves is replaced by two HDU's that do their work upon the battlefield. Although most control of the area is left to Hera, more tanks are moved up and the High Command advises it to utilise shock potential to create holes.

 

The directive 'Orthodoxy' is given to Hera, detailing a single thing. The systematic extermination of all Muslims within Greek-held areas. Beginning in Istanbul the fields outside run red with blood beginning the day after the coronation of the Ecumenical Patriarch in the city now renamed to Constantinople. With the Kommens Line now retaken, work once more begins on bringing that up to scratch for an active defence {{4 pages}} 

 

Areas that were occupied by the Hellenic forces are brought into an administrative level akin to Grecian areas as new officials and bureaucrat sweep in to help with the development. Huge swathes of this industry is nationalised and used to speed up the production of HDU's and AG-1's exponentially; each one that made directly deployed in Turkey. Following the taking of Ankara the city is razed, but only following the movement of all capital outside of it along with industry.

The Invasion of the USAC

The initial attempt at a landing near Vancouver Island fails, horribly. Before the forces of Australia can coordinate a proper landing, their communication systems are knocked down, making organization almost non-existant. As a result, a group of 15 Destroyers and 18 Frigates moved well within the range of the USAC coastal defenses, leaving themselves vulnerable to annihilation. And they were annihilated. No man makes it off of the boats, the coastal rail-guns shredding the ships that were lured into their range. The Australian Navy would have to reevaluate their strategy, as the remainder of the invasion force would skirt out of range before being met with a similar fate.

The USAC Defense

 

With the successful defense at the coast of Vancouver, the remaining Australian navy would not be left alone to prepare for strike two. As they sail out of range from the railguns, the communicationless naval assets are bombed by various USAC bombers and interceptors before they would make attempts to restore it and regain their air supremacy.

 

The Western Navy of the USAC is mobilized to make an offensive against the remaining navy after the bombing, the Railgun mounted ships continueing the coastal practices from before.

American Reaction

The Australians possess air superiority, and as they escape the range of the rail-guns, their aerial communications are in-tact. They manage to knock the deployed bombers out of the sky, rather quickly and make the American attack on the Australian naval fleet a total failure, losing at least a dozen high-tech bombers to superior Australian aircraft.

Should the Americans wish to continue to move in on their navy with their own... (next mod post, should Draeris continue to push after losing the aerial fight).

War Post

 

With the Australians bravely invading the USAC to liberate Canada, the CSA made their choice. Across the entire border, the three million CPNA troops are roused. Heavy shelling and bombing softens the USAC garrison forces. Since they moved most of their men to face the Australians, the CPNA could roll in. Three million men are called to advance, and they slowly move in, weary of the USAC. The one million state militia are kept back as reserve, and another five hundred thousand CPNA move up to the reserve as well.

 

Offensive Plan;

 

Five hundred thousand men spearhead up central America. Trying to invade all the way up to the great lakes, they would snap the USAC in to two. One million and five hundred thousand men head up the north west, planning to fight all the way to Maine. One million CPNA and half a million State militia  advance cautiously and keep on the defensive in the west.
