Finally, the people of Khalestine truly had peace within their grasps. No more war, nor strife, nor poverty or fear. Now all that lies ahead is true prosperity for the Caliphate and her people. As the day was still new, with citizens and visitors roaming about enjoying the city, the Caliph Faiz Kharadeen finishes reading all the applications of those wishing to serve as his advisor. He nods to himself occasionally as he separates the applications in two piles, finally being able to announce to the public who he believes are truly suited for the spot.

The caliph wanders around the palace to think, ensuring in his mind that the choice he will make is the right choice, and before he knows it he finds himself standing infront of the podium balcony overlooking the oasis. He would stare at the podium for a few moments before shaking his head "I am not above my people, and nor will I ever be..." he mumbles to himself. He descends down the stairs and begins to walk through the busy streets before finding himself in the bazaar, unknowing that the Mubarizuns had been following him closely to ensure his protection. Faiz smiles to all those that he passes by as each one of them gives a greeting to the Caliph. As the Caliph finally reaches the fountain, he carefully hops atop the ledge so that others can see and hear him within the dense crowd.

"As-salam Alaikum, brothers and sisters! It is time to announce those that are to be my advisors, those that will help run your great nation!"

The crowd looks up upon Faiz and soon gets quiet, more people huddling into the bazaar to hear his words.

"Let me tell you that the decisions I have made were hard, for all who applied were all worthy of the position, but yet those that have been selected were ones that truly stood out from the rest, those that I believe will help bring our humble nation into a true golden age! It was not so long ago, my people, that you all were just mere tribes, fighting amongst one another while also being held as slaves against those that wish to see you suffer. But now, we stand united and in peace under the Creator, Allah. Those that I name will not only serve me, but will also be serving the people and the Creator's will. Now let us begin!"

Faiz lifts his arm over his mouth to clear his throat, speaking aloud once more.

"As the tribunal council of Amir's have failed, it has been decided that there shall only be one Amir, and he is Rilkor Niwarsay. May he and all those who serve within the Mubarizun protect us in the times of need!

*pause*

The head of the Munavin has been given to Abdul Jharar. May he and his other appointed Munavin's take great care of our humble city!

*pause*

The one who will protect us from Magic and teach us of its ways and dangers will be Arhadir Roke. May he and his appointed others protect us from what we do not know!

*pause*

Knowledge is nothing without one who wields the quill. Mesakha has been appointed to Mehmed Bayezid Shahzada. May he ensure our knowledge is bright and forever kept intact!

*pause*

The time to interact with other great nations and settlements is now, and to that we need kind and wise Safeers and Safeeras to ensure peace is kept between our nation and theirs. All that I name will not begin diplomacy until I have assigned you the nation you will conduct relations with. Those that have been appointed are ... Hassan Jharar, Isra Jharar, Mustafa Shahzada,Youssef Jharar and my son Arlen Kharadeen. A spot is also open to Jemila Shahzada if she wishes to take on the responsibilities. May those that I name bring not only peace and prosperity to our humble nation, but perhaps in time to all nations!

When the city gets cloudy with boredom, there must be one to swipe away the clouds and bring enjoyment to all. The Mudeer al-Ema will bring enjoyment to all, and that position has been given to Irsia Tehrani. May she bring a smile upon all our faces!

*pause*

Our nation is nothing without an economy, trade is what keeps our bellies full for the day! Our newly appointed Tajooru has been given to Finian Goldhand. May he ensure our city is wealthy and hearty!

*pause*

And what is our nation without entertainment in the arts of music and dance? I know one who is defined well in the arts of music, but not in dance.. And I know another who is defined well in dance, but not in music.. So, two bard's have been elected and shall work closely with one another, and they are Beltran and Siri! May they bring great excitement upon all!

*pause*

And lastly, our vassals and protected allies should be allowed a say in what goes on within their humble nation.. So a Ziem is needed! The Ziem that will represent the holdings of the Qasr al-Qurlaa will be Richard. And the Ziem who has been elected to represent the Kharajyr will be Rameethar. May they bring enlightenment when none is found!"

Faiz finally finishes, taking in a breather as he smiles to the crowd

"I have put my full trust into those that I have appointed as my advisors. I know you will not let me down, and will make the Caliphate of Khalestine live long and prosperous within the golden age that is soon to come. Our water shall continue to pour plenty, our lives to carry out happily. Subhan allah, may peace be with you all!"

Faiz slowly descends off the ledge of the fountain, smiling as the crowd cheers and congratulates those within the crowd that have been appointed advisory positions. He then finds himself roaming the streets just to converse with the citizens.

If Nafis wasn't in a coma, he would cheer for those appointed.

Nafis would also offer a shoulder to cry on for Ahmad. But alas, he couldn't. He was dreaming.
