TO THE MEN IN GREEN

Issued at Year 136 of the Second Age

Earlier on this day two men, one in green and golden robes entered Lurin as our gates are always open during times of peace, however, this trust has been abused by these two individuals who witnesses have claimed to have set our tree on fire sprinting far into the city and probably through the canals before aid could be called for.

As Lurin is a forgiving State, these two individuals shall be only punished for the crimes they have commited according to the Codex of Lurin within our territories, willing or not.

- Attempted Murder, a Class B Crime -> Putting Lurin citizens in danger

- Grand Vandalism, a Class A Crime -> Burning the Tree

Leading up to a fine of 1500 mina per person present or the alternatives:
- Execution of All

- 2150 mina worth of labor or goods per person

- Banishment and loss of both eyes, two limbs or the tongue

May this be done peacefully and swiftly without escalation, you have one Eshtael Week to respond or we'll send the Brotherhood after you.
Eternal We Stand, Eshtael Keeps Balance.

Signed,

Zelphar wipes the sweat from off his face after putting out of many flames and says "Our poor city tree who would do such a thing to a tree inside of a city?" He'd take a moment processing and says "since it was the one or many donning green robes I am upset at you for doing such actions I will not forget this." He leaves from the board with a hefty sigh as he ran off.

Morgana would read over the missive her father wrote. She was still cleaning away some ash from her clothes, stating "Luckily Zel any myself were around to act so quickly and put the fire out with everyone else...".

Josif's brow furrows, letting out a huff as he stuffs the missive into his back pocket "Seems someone beat meh to et.."  The epiphyte shrugs as he goes on with his day.

A rotting mass of flesh, gore, and bone twitched; the brimstone and magma flowing around it spluttered as it took a ragged breath, staring at the missive a skeleton had brought it. With a decaying hand, it lunged for the minion, supping what lifeforce it could as its body slowly,

 slowly

slowly

regenerated itself. An ISA beret tumbled down from its skull as it crawled toward the massive maw splitting that hellscape in two.

"H . . . uuuunt ..."

“Who do I know of that wears green and gold robes often?” The tall Ker pondered “perhaps Josif and his lover thrall..they are already wanted dead it would make sense for them to retaliate.”

Prometheus "The Violet Drake" would read the post in dissapointment.

"Seems they have forgotten who is prey, and who is hunter. Soon, we will remind them.

One hulking mass of rock would have read the missive, too. Though, no sound came from him, it was evident he weren't happy with the news. "The moment you are found, you will know what stone does to bone."  His voice of earthy and rough nature rumbles.
