THE BRONZE KNIGHTS ASSAULT
ON REZA...
The Bronze Knight moments before battle...
It was a retinue of men from AIS that had rode up to the gates of Haense, as they were so accustomed to doing. It was here they met a large bulky dwarf, naming himself as “The Bronze Knight”, regardless - they attacked him with little mercy or remorse. He put up a good fight at first, and in his defence sallied out a large host of Haensemen ready to defend a man ‘pon their bridge.
However, Cassim, a man hosting a silver tongue had whispered many sweet delicacies in to the Bronze Knight’s ear, eventually convincing him to fight for the AIS as a mercenary; supplied with mina he sided with the men of the AIS. In hindsight, this was a great deal.
The fighting commenced and the Haensemen had swiftly retreated within their cities, and what Cassim and his merry band were unaware of was the true prowess possessed by the Bronze Knight in combat and infiltration, for he had managed to slip in to the city via a crack in the wall. It was here he snuck behind enemy lines and began to take the men within down one by one.
His tally of kills racked up, managing to defeat a majority of the Haense force on his own, when the initial numbers were a meagre 3 versus ten, perhaps difficult odds for some - even for the AIS, yet with the Bronze Knight on their side it became an easy fight.
In an impressive display he even managed to bring the Lord Marshal of Haense to his knees with a swift blow.
Even after this, the fighting was not yet over. Later on in the day there were additional outnumbered fights, one versus three taken on by Daniel Danielson who excelled in combat, besting three haenseman on the ice with ease, while alone.
And then, to end the day - the Bronze Knight once more set out ‘pon the roads and got in to a similar numbered fight to Daniels and came out victorious.
There are whispers of Orenian resistance, yet any resistance they proposition is met with blades that allow the red ichor to seap from their lifeless corpses. Do not be fooled, their resistance is pitiful, they are losing. They do not win on the field, behind their walls or in the ratings of their documents; there is no victory for them. As each day passes, their casualties & losses stack up higher and higher.
Ave AIS.
