South American Federation

 

The government looks at the war in Africa and all agree that they place full confidence in the other T.R.A.C and C.A.N members that help the war effort in the Sub-sahara, The troops previously sent over there are kept stationed there for protection while also being put under the command of the African nation. Supplies and relief aid are also sent to both the small outpost stationed in Russia and to cities that were battle grounds for battles, ammunition's and food items are sent to the soldiers at the front line with large cargo boats; both being defended by the navy stationed around Africa. At home, the Government decides it is time to gather some more forces, stationing the army mainly in Chile in outposts that are set up along the border while small defenses are set up consisting of Anti Air guns and naval defenses just in case a nation decides to surprise attack the small Federation.

 

Russia wasteland

 

Meanwhile, a few ships are sent over to the Russian wastes to retrieve the troops stationed there who have by now already packed up everything that was brought there, mainly science equipment and specimens(Plants, anything that seemed to have been effected by the radiation) In order to further study it in the more major labs in the homelands.(Mod please on how well research goes on the mutant research stuff)

 

Research

 

'Project Delta' has been going quite well(7 Pages till completion). Now, once the nanites have been field checked and the armor becomes begins production, quickly sweeping across the army to replace all the troops armor with Nanite infused armor(Either infused or made entirely of). The Nanite armor goes quite well as most of the concepts are finished and ready for processing and construction, tests are ran to make sure they work at top capability, further builds are made to work with the environment. The suits are made to increase the wearer's abilities in multiple fields, strength, agility, sense and everything else as the suit also works to minimize the damage dealt from bullets and any bullet that did get through the armor would quickly be worked on as nanites stop the bleeding in a reasonable time.

 

Production

 

A new design for rail gun tanks have gone under construction in the factories of the Federation, A more smooth and better look tank and transportation vehicle is designed and put into Construction. The machines are planned to be massed produced for the future. (8 pages till these two are able to be made)

The call for more troops are requested around the Federation for defense of the small nation, a total of 62,900 men are called up for the Army and stationed along the coastal area's.

THE IMPERIUM BRITANNIA

The Imperium Britannia had sat on the sidelines way, way too long.

All was quiet at the demilitarized zone in Muslim Iberia. And then it wasn't.

500,000 soldiers, spearheaded by the fearsome British Foreign Legion filled with revenge-hungry Israelies, and the elite Imperial Knights Regiment, from the British Royal Army and the Iberian Army, armed with enhanced King Charles Body Armor Mk. II and LIONCUB rifles, along with elements of the 3rd Norman Army from France, supported by about 5,000 EMUs, 7,000 Challenger Tanks equipped with LIONs, 12,000 SPGs equipped with LIONs, and 8,000 artillery pieces, charge over the demilitarized zone and into Iberia.

Supply lines follow the invasion force as they proceed through the peninsula, guarded in the air above by German Anti-Aircraft weaponry, Mk. I and II alike.

The EMUs are enhanced with American anti-missile microwave systems received from the Union years ago in an attempt to counter anti-EMU hardware.

Churchill fighters soar overhead, armed with conventional missiles, attached EMP launchers, LION energy weapons, and a chain-gun each, all guided by the famous Australian VI, which was programmed to be deleted upon crash or fatal impact with an enemy weapon.

They launch a series of pinpoint German EMPs into the Caliphate front lines, attempting to disrupt their anti-air grid long enough for the Churchills to destroy their defensive grid.

The Churchills clash with the new TAI-fighters of the Caliphate, about equally matched as they engage in a battle for air superiority over the skies of Iberia. However, the British, in most likelihood, would have the advantage; for most of the Caliphate fighters were engaged in combat in Africa. There would, in most likelihood, be little in the way of Caliphate airpower over the Iberian skies.

The British would press onwards through Iberia, attempting to seize as much land as possible from the Caliphate in an attempt to liberate the Iberian people once and for all as they take advantage of the situation in the south.

Their initial main targets would include Toledo and several other major border towns, though they would obviously proceed further if they encountered little resistance.

They call for all Iberians to rise up against their Muslim Opressors, and support the Imperial Grand Army in their liberation! ((Mod Please))

Britannia calls on Germany to move to attack Iberia with their own troops stationed along the border.

The Royal Navy, for what it's worth, has also been fully retrofitted and super modernized with the help of the CSA, as they move to secure British possessions in the Atlantic and guard them and various cargo transports from foreign naval attacks.

The Hong Kong Defense Force is always vigilant, and the British government states that they have no wish to combat the Japanese nor the Chinese, who had been friends with them for a while. They state that they shall maintain their agreement, and will not combat Chinese nor Japanese troops under any circumstances during this war. For it was a war, for them, to free the oppressed Iberians under Muslim rule; nothing more, nothing less.

The British also agree to make a request of the Slavic Union and Germany, on behalf of the Russian Remnants:

They wish to relieve them of many of the Russian refugees in Kalingrad, and arrange for British transportation to send them on their way to New Stalingrad.

The colony on Europa has been completed, the first civilian stronghold of the Imperium Britannia in space!

It is armed to the teeth, filled with missile launchers and LION energy cannons, as well as microwave lasers, operated by the Australian VI. Major electronics are protected within faraday cages.

The colony, roughly, numbers about 1000 people, mostly refugees from British Europe wishing to escape the radiation clouds. Their primary purpose is to mine the various resources on the moon, which were helping to find the other endeavours of the British government.

The Last Three Clans

 

 

The Japanese Samurai clans had been ended two centuries ago, in title. The Shogunate defeated, the clans were forced to live off of their actual lands and intelligence. Slowly but surely, over a course of those two centuries, the clans died out - whether to circumstances or each other. Those that survived even took over the Yakuza to keep their strength up, forming large, pseudo-Sengoku bases.

 

Now there are only three left, and with their numbers now that of small countries, bring themselves forward towards the modern world. They possessed possibly the most elite force of completely human soldiers in the world - 400,000 men and 100,000 women taken from their mothers at the age of a toddler and trained in the ancient valleys and mountains of Japan and Taiwan.

 

Its bases are twin in Sapporo and Chiayi, the Uesugi and Minamoto in the former and the Asakura in the latter. They had been taught from birth their rights, their worth in the world. The eight million people officially aligned with the Sengoku Blades, just, or perhaps almost, 4 percent of the population of mainland Japan wearing the linear badge of the three clans.

 

For all their tradition, they knew their limits without technology. It had been their downfall in the past; it wouldn't any longer. The Japanese government had noticed their strength and funded their return - and for that boon, bought the loyalty of the Banners. They wore the nanotech suits and boasted the high-grade DREAD assault rifles of the Far Eastern Empire - but they emblazoned their chests with masks in cruel shapes and their masks with the clan they were aligned under.

 

Minamoto-aligned Blade

 

Their military competence wasn't just for show. They had taken part in the Japanese conquest of the Southeastern Islands of Asia, and had in nearly every Japanese war since been used as powerful, separate units. They were not pledged to the Emperor, though. They were pledged to Minamoto Yoshinaka, he who was hailed as the second Minamoto Yoshitsune, the Shogun of old.

 

 

They didn't represent their nation in conflict, though. They represented, to the Japanese, warfare at its height - living for battle and honor. They lived for the thrill of battle, the cries of their enemies.

 

And in Antarctica, bases aligned with American Successor States get attacked in huge numbers, power being cut in the bases just after distress calls are sent out. Video feeds show what appear to be samurai moving quickly through the halls of the compounds, and the flag of the nation replaced with that of the Asakura Clan - Three black flowers on white.

 

 

All that the screens pick up are hazy pictures of men in what appeared to be samurai armor.

 

Without an accent, the man in the middle begins to speak.

"Oil is precious in this modern world. Every nation wants it. Every nation needs it."

He stops for a moment to twirl his sword. It buzzes with incredible speed - a modified nanotech blade?

"For 1 billion USD, you will be allowed to keep it. For every railgun shot, every single person you send within five thousand kilometers of Antarctica, every attempt to get close, you will lose a field."

They nod, and his shadow reveals a bow.

"You have 24 hours to decide."

Then the feed goes black.

 

At the first sign of trouble the oil fields would be burned, oil rig crews gunned down, and the soldiers, numbering in low, low numbers of as few as 20 or each field, would get onto their aircraft and fly away. If their demands are met, they would instantly board the aircraft and leave.

 

If somehow they are approached, they fight to the last man.

If they are captured, they commit suicide by explosion.

The Order of Saint George

The Holy Order charges with their Ethiopian allies in a lightling attack, equipped with LIONCUBs and fast tanks equipped with lighter versions of the LION plasma weapons. They know fully well that they can not just outright match the Caliphate yet, but they had won the Iberian war doing exactly what they are doing now, fast lightling attacks. But this time, they have the full might of British tech behind them and are well equipped and maned. They attack with God's wrath at heart and charge at the Caliphate's troops with only one thing in mind, destroy the infidel scum out of this world.

 

 

 

The armies of the Ethiopian-Georgian coalition attack in a fast lightling maner the cities of Rabak, Sinja, Wad Madari, Halfa al Gadida and Gadamai, their attacks are fast but brutal, they seeks revenge for all the trouble the Caliphate as caused while attacking the christian realms of Europe. They are instructed to kill anyone that might try to stop the rightful punishment of God.

Princely State of Porto

 

Porto was triving, the prince had married the youngest daughter of the british monarch (he is 24 she is 20), even though he is a warrior he is still a kind man and he now courts her in an attempt to get her affection. The harbour has been finished, one of the biggest harbours in the penisula. They now start manufacturing a fleet, although they need more space to continue, thus they ask the British Empire for them to be able to use british ports to build their navy ((Pages depends on Andrew's answer)).

 

With the new tax haven set up Porto starts taxing the corporations, although at a very low level, enough for the state to be considered rich, but not enough to drive the big companies away. This creates the biggest part of the City's revenue.

 

With the new nuclear dissaster striking Europe, the princely state contracted Europe's most well known scientists to research a way to get the radiation out of the air in Europe. Their basic idea is to make filters of water mixed with zeolite, with a nano net (like nanotubes but in net form), small enough not to let the water escape but big enough to let the isotopes in. They then place it on some sort of high powered vacum that sucks in the air and cleans it. ((5 Pages))

With a war beginning in the east, domestic affairs required tending to so as to ensure the stability of the state in matter of foreign affairs. A recent growth of industry, fuelled by the speculation of the possible collapse of the Caliphate as it is accosted on all sides and shrewd investments by the government, had led to an increase in the manufacturing power of the country. While the majority of these factories that are opening up are geared up to produce either AG-1 tanks or Herculean DU's upon their completion several are turned over to the production of space-craft and are placed under the guidance of the HSA. 

 

The Aegean Youth experiences a huge growth spurt following the onset of war, their numbers swelling by thousands as bright-eyed youths join. The best of these recruits are fuelled into elite military academies, the Hellenes now finally beginning to embrace a state where warfare is encouraged. This move is accompanied by a huge propaganda campaign, painting the Latin-Hellene's as righteous, akin to the Romans of old, and fighting against barbarians. Expected to be met with a swell in the ranks of soldiers, it is a well received move.

 

The Odysseus-1 is finally launched from Athens, their first space station - albeit not as impressive as some it serves the intended purpose. This will be accompanied in the following months by an invigorated space campaign, as permission is requested from Britain to establish a lunar base. The astronauts launched into the base report back safely, and are a mix of 'Hellenic' nationalities.

 

Two hundred AG-1 tanks are shipped to the British for their advance into Iberia, however remained manned by Hellenic crewmen. Although they are few, the officers commanding them advise the Brits to use them as shock weapons and for exploiting weaknesses or encircling enemies, as their primary strength is in mobility. Their forces are promised a shipment of Herculean DU's when they finish production to aid in their upcoming advance, however no more troops are deployed than that due to the Greeks having to face their own enemies.

Ethiopia

Ethiopia was strong. For many years now, they had the Caliphate at their doorstep, and with the aid of the South Africans, they would work together to remove the Caliphate from Africa. Men, women and children all across the land had cheered as they heard news of the victory at Nyala. The recruitment offices in the country were filled with men and women, all signing up to do their part in the war against the Caliphate. The numbers within the army swelled, with more instructors and drill sergeants needed to help train all the new recruits.

The secretary would hand Dawit the letter, and watch as he reads through the message. A smile would come to Dawit’s face as he prepares a response.

“To our friends in South Africa,

Ethiopia will be with you in this fight. However, we will need help arming and training our new recruits. There are simply too many men to handle, and not enough drill sergeants available. I hope you will be able to help us. We would also like to request that we be part of your Pan-African nation, not as allies, but as one.”

Dawit would finalize the message, and hand it to the secretary to be sealed and delivered.

“People of Ethiopia! For long have we been weary of the Caliphate’s presence in Africa, and for too long have we done nothing about it! Our allies in South Africa have made the move, and now it is our turn! We must answer this call to arms! Even as we speak, South African men and women move towards Somalia, in attempts to weaken the Caliphate’s presence in an African state! “We owe much to South Africa. They have sent aid, arms and soldiers in this time of war and need. Already, they have began pushing into Sudan in attempts to liberate them!”

 

The people begin to cheer as they hear of the deeds of the South Africans. Dawit waves his hand, motioning for the crowd to quiet down.

 

“The Caliphate has intimidated the nations of this world into inaction for too long! They threatened to show the mortality of our men, and we responded by showing them the mortality of theirs! Africa is a continent that is worthy of greatness. We must lead the way to expelling the Caliphate from these lands! By doing so, we serve not ourselves, but the entirety of Africa!”

 

The Prime Minister’s last statement escalates the happiness of the people, their cheering being too loud for anyone to hear what the Prime Minister is saying. After a few minutes of continuous celebration, the Prime Minister waves his hand, and proceeds walking towards his car.

 

In the car, the Secretary of Defense would talk to Dawit,

“Sir, we just received news that the Order of St. George, along with our 250 thousand men sent to Sudan were able to win victories in Rabak, Sinja, Wad Madari, Halfa al Gadida and Gadamai.”

“Very good, keep those men with the Order of Saint George. They’ll put them to good use. As for our remaining troops, keep them in Ethiopia. They’re poorly trained, and will require training before I send them out to fight.”

“Yes sir.”

Dawit reclined in his car, and stretched. The next few years would be fun.

The Australasian Federation 

 

In the Antarctic 

 

The Federal Military Command had not lost contact with its operations in the Antarctic, having had a Naval Group defend its Oil Fields and contracted a State owned PMC to guard it with 15,000 Soldiers which use TENGU Armour, not to mention the area being monitored by the VI Defense Grid making it impossible to penetrate without being detected and responded against. However in response to seemingly someone losing their Antarctic bases the Federation shores up the defense in that area. Rail Gun Turrets, AA Guns, Missiles are all prepared to attack those who encroach on Federation Territory in the Antarctic.

 

In the Federation

 

With the Federation being a member of both the TRAC Economic Zone and that of the Central Pacific Alliance it would be odd that the gateway to the two economic zones but one in which both alliances could properly trade in. The Australasian Federation declare absolute Neutrality in wars of offense that are co-current, inviting the financial institutions of ALL NATIONS to come to Sydney and enjoy a zone of stability and renewed economic growth by setting up their HQ's in Australia. (( Mod approval, essentially trying to get the worlds largest banking groups and those who delve into finance, stock exchanges etc to come to Sydney for economic security due to the lack of war and absolute stability. ))

Trade with China and Japan booms, in general the Far Eastern Empire is proving to be very profitable trade for the Federation, coupled with the exports to the Americas the Federation on the whole could not be in a better position economically. With assurances from the Central Pacific Alliance that it is no longer under threat there is calm within the Federation. Although cautionary moves are taken, such as keeping the Coastal Defenses manned in the mean time and conducting regular military exercises with the troops. California is asked to move its troops back to California as they are no longer required. 

 

With the withdrawal from Alaska, the notorious Special Zone in which was a message from the Federation to the Union States that a new age had begun, in which the Union States was not the big hulking monster it saw itself as. The Prime Minister of the Federation gives a speech regarding the ceding of Alaska back

 

"G'day my fellow Australians and those among the Federation, I have heard that there was some talk about how we should not have ceded Alaska back to the Americans. The House of Lords was very divided among  this, with many peers including the King of Australia himself disagreeing with those actions I've taken. The King of Australia the former and first Prime Minister of this Federation is a great man, bringing Oceania together among other achievements, the Special Zone of New Guinea being a proud achievement."

 

"But I say yes, we gave back Alaska to the Americans, yes it was a lot of territory and yes it would have been prestigious to keep such a lovely looking land. However in the brief Federation-Union War we already took much of the Unions Pacific Territory, we had to be the polite ones and not make them look so embarrassed that the Eagle of Freedom was knocked out of the sky by the Kangaroo of Progress. So what I'm saying is that we had to make sure the Americans in the Union didn't lose too much sleep over the fact that the little old Australasian Federation beat them in a war and already took the Pacific territory that they had held for a century. The Foreign Ministry of the Federation politely reminds that the USAC are not allowed to have any presence in the Pacific Ocean, as per agreements made in the past with the Union States all the Pacific Island territory had been divided up between The Australasian Federation and at the time the Japanese Empire (Now the Far Eastern Empire). Any encroachments on these territories of either nations will be met with force by both the Australasian Federation and that of the Far Eastern Empire.

 

In Space

 

The Construction of the two Flagships of what will become the Federations Space Navy continue to go underway quite well, with the superstructures being built in Space with parts and materials being shipped to Sydney Station every week. (( 9 Pages for Completion of the two vessels )) 

 

Titan Base continues to ship back its mining bounty always stopping off at Sydney Station for the resources to be sent down, soon enough the Titan Operations will be going a lot more smoothly with travel there being eased once the Fleet begins to grow in its operational capacity.

 

The Federation reminds those who hold Mars Bases that it has marked out territory to claim in the event the Flagships are ready to be sent to Mars to establish a Colony, it also reminds all nations that it is acting within the treaties agreed upon internationally and will not deviate from Space Claim Law.

 

Research and Development 

 

The Ray Project is finally half way done, with construction of the first Prototype finally well under way, it is estimated it'll take another few years before the Prototype to be finished for testing, then the mass production phase to be introduced. (( 14 Pages for Project Completion ))

 

The Spacefighter Project goes remarkably well, many of the issues of such a small vessel operating in space are solved and its propulsion system and general interface are worked out (( 7 Pages until Project Completion ))

As the forces advance into Turkey, men are quickly conscripted into serving in large AA batteries within Greece, anticipating the large and incredibly effective air power the Turks have deployed before. Thousands of the Aegean Youth are conscripted for this task, while factories move to make rounds to supply it, older adults that are not fighting are also called up to man them.

Starlite is being debuffed. I don't like it. It's an end all be all to lasers/heat based weapons and in all honesty is basically OP. If you've coated your armor/missiles/tanks/everything with Starlite, they will only be defended by basic laser-based systems. Starlite will be penetrated by microwaves, LION lasers, Qahar lasers, and any other laser developed after page 50.

The United States of America & Canada

T.R.A.C - Confederation with CSA & SAF

 

The American nation had changed with Underwood as president. A real down-to-earth man of the people, that was all that was needed to revive the American spirit. Though America was a strange country as it stood today, it was theirs. With Canada, Quebec and the CSA forming the feathers of the eagle's wing it was no surprise that America progressed so rapidly.

 

 

The booming population of the USAC was achieved through a formula of patriotism and welfare. The average middle-class that reigned strong in the American population could easily afford children and loan for luxury goods, Underwood's propaganda that one more child is one more future hooked the people as well.

 

Education was the catalyst for an innovative society, as tolerance and real economic knowledge was given to the young from their first years in high school. Newer generations were educated to be responsible, patriotic and idealistic. In countries like Canada, a strong sentiment towards unity was present. Although Stephen Harper was respected and the people identified themselves as Canadian, it was really the "United American" identity that appealed to them. Brotherhood and Unity were the key notes of the many social programs within America.  In a world that was no longer theirs, they had to take the necessary steps.

 

 

But Underwood had not forgotten the diverse people that resided within his borders. Quebec was always an exceptional case for Canada. They once were an autonomous province under a sovereign nation and now that nation became an autonomous province itself. That is why the Underwood administration elevated Quebec's position from an autonomous province of a state to an actual state itself. The State of Quebec would compensate one more meaningless star on the American flag.  After the State Department of Quebec gained elevated power, the represented people of Quebec had no more reasoning to protest.

 

In Canada, the representation by population is scrapped from their constitution. No longer had provinces with an unequal population yet an equal contribution the issue that their policy was dictated by the biggest provinces like Ontario.  True and equal representation in an American fashion, this pleased the Canadians very well. There was no competition between the states of Canada now, but unity.

 

 

The American Industry was ever expanding under the C.A.N Dollar. Compared to many other nations, USAC had scales and economic freedom most nations simply did not have. A consumerist society had its benefits, the fact that everyone had full confidence in the economy brought the American machine of progress to life. Many of the 1% would reside in America, many industries would locate themselves in the USAC corporate haven.

 

The military industry was heavily invested in along with infrastructure. C.A.N, Commonwealth and T.R.A.C nations had brought a great contribution in the rebuilding of the USAC navy and balancing the technological scales between the warring powers. The USAC wasn't very behind as many claimed, but it couldn't exactly rely on technology only. There was money and willpower enough to develop more conventional and practical methods of warfare.

 

 

Talking about money. Francis worked closely with those of potential and wealth , creating warm and friendly relations with those in Wallstreet and beyond. Investors, entrepreneurs and visionaries all knew that this was the time to go for USAC instead of shady foreign deals. Underwood made the regulations so lax that accounts didn't need to be overseas anymore, taxes so low that people could spend and invest. It was capitalism after all.

 

Many economics would argue that lax regulations would mean that the people were just pawns, fired and hired just like that. But that was the glory of it in the eyes of Underwood. If one would get fired, programs like AmericaWorks could easily put them in another job of their stature. There was always a demand and always an offer, many citizens in their fifties would have done different jobs and obtained different certificates. With most citizens owning guns as well, the population of the USAC was well educated, practical and contributive. Something every capitalist society would dream of. With a properly educated and wealthy people, monopolies come and go as consumers rapidly change in their trends and demands from corporations. If you managed to maintain your monopoly long enough for it to remain, you were simply the best company.

 

 

The glory days of the military were not forgotten either. With the population of the CSA, USAC and Canada combined a military of 6.5 million stood proudly as many had the incentive to serve and protect their country. However, a controversial program was established for the military that seemed to pay off.

 

The military knew how to fight of course, but they were also used as a cheaper alternative teams for charity events or constructions. Cleaning the rivers, repairing the roads, helping construction workers with lifting or simply patrolling criminal neighborhoods like Detroit were all made like mini exercises. It kept the soldiers on edge and contributed to the general security and economy inland. Prisoners that were labeled as safe were also tasked to perform labor in the Monsanto-ran agricultural districts as free helpers of the industrial farmers. This would fill the entire gap of unemployment, wherever someone lacked, someone was placed. This also contributes to the necessary measures to have the ability to maintain a large army. Three carriers were commissioned with the order to fully restore the original American naval numbers. With the rest C.A.N's navy forming an united naval force, the USAC navy would be tripled in size with the other ships held in account. 

 

 

The Republican Leadership worked hard on maintaining their dominance inland. Although President Underwood had massive support from the American people, there was always congress that could easily be swayed. The corporate top would obviously bribe these congressmen, but this time in the benefit of Underwood. Both the people and the corporations knew that Underwood's policy was the best middle way, although slightly biased towards the corporations. If congress would turn to foreign interests or form their own liberal opinions in conservative America, progress could be put in jeopardy. Propaganda and bribes came in excess, but not in the same manner like the NCR.  Instead of lies, they presented facts. Instead of oppression, they used persuasion. It was not as firm and solid, but it was working in a free country as good.

 

 

In celebration of the union between the CSA and USAC, Underwood hosts a massive recreation of the American civil war. Over a thousand volunteers would be fighting the Battle of Chancellorsville and Gettysburg. The battle would last a day each with various activities and PR campaigns of President Underwood. The completion of "Project Cure" was ring to President Hamski's ears. He invited his fellow party from the seats of Slavic Confederation to show their audience through the internet and watch within the factility the Project is held. Hamski is the only one making it in person with his fellow female representive.

 

Pass the experimentation lab with alive tubed female dogs kept alive for the purpose of breeding, Hamski was leaded to a huge room with a pit. Mutated dogs with small picks of fungus on their muscle skin which are exposed but thick and stronger than standard dog tissues. These dogs fighting one another spilling blood yet not seem to be giving up and not dying.

THE IMPERIUM BRITANNIA

The British government also wishes to work with the Order of St. George in developing a radiation neutralizer for Europe. Although they frown upon the Order taking tax money from them, the British government figures that the Order is providing so much for them in the way of military assistance and aid that they could afford to overlook the tax haven. This, and the fact that they were already paying large sums of money to the British government, satisfied the British.

Orion is offered land to construct a space bridge in the open countryside of Ireland, near Britannia Space Command.

The Empress of Britannia, although exhausted from recently returning to London, agrees to watch the battle reenactment in America alongside the President, leaving affairs once again completely in the hands of Prime Minister Lord George Lancaster.

In Antarctica, the situation is largely irrelevant to the British as they are not in TRAC, and there is little that they can do to defuse the situation. However, they would most likely accept refugees from the neighboring territories if things went awry.

Meanwhile, in German Guiana, a secret project researched by both British and German scientists finally comes to light. The project had been strenuous, and had been underway for many years now, but finally, it had been completed.

In secret, the British government, in tight cooperation and with assistance from the German government, had been working together to experiment with cloning technology. From the armies of the Imperium Britannia, two of the best soldiers were selected to be cloned.

One was Major Edward Oswald of the newly renamed British Royal Army, the now British Imperial Legion. Major Oswald was a veteran of the Great Iberian War, and had distinguished himself in both British Normandy and later Iberia as one of the greatest strategic combat minds and fighters in the Royal Army. He had also participated in operations on board Victoria Station, and in the British Antarctic Territory.

Another was Colonel Filipa Maria dos Santos Sousa of the Iberian Royal Army. One of the Kingdom's finest, she had proved herself as a Private in the Great Iberian War, and had participated in almost every major military and special forces operation that Iberia and the United Kingdom had requested of her. She had also been lent to the British MI-6 agency for a time to help root out some particularly nasty Confederate firebrands behind the scenes of the political world.

Both had, willingly, consented to a series of tests by the British and German scientists in Guiana in the name of patriotism and of the defense of Greater Europa, although more specifically of the United Kingdom and Iberia.

Of course, there was some tampering in both soldiers' genetic sequences before the actual cloning process had begun. Genetic defects and diseases that Edward and Filipa possessed were removed and replaced with positive gene sequences to ensure the dormancy of these traits.

Roughly 15,000 enhanced copies of Edward and 5,000 enhanced copies of Filipa were all created, educated, and raised in exactly the same fashions in secret facilities within German Guiana with an emphasis on combat and strategic skills in their studies. Of course, they were also brainwashed with undying loyalty to the United Kingdom and to the Imperium Britannia, as well as to Parliament and the Empress. They would die before they betrayed the Imperium; it was branded into their skulls that to betray the Imperium was to betray democracy and humanity.

However, they were allowed to develop their own personalities, their own beliefs and thoughts. For the clones had to be able to think for themselves during combat, or else they could not function without the help of conventional officers.

If they exhibited a specific interest towards something, they would be given the opportunity to apply to be, say, a medic or a combat engineer if that was what interested them. Clones were also allowed to choose their own names, although they would be addressed by their assigned number during combat as they might otherwise become confusing to their comrades due to the fact that they share the exact same physical appearances.

After their educational courses, the clones would be physically trained by some of the best officers in the Imperium. Targeting practice, survival training, thinking skills, interrogation resistance, track, and weight lifting would all be major activities that they would partake in.

They would be able to prove themselves during combat, earn promotions and medals such. They would be able to take off-duty shifts, just as any regular soldier would be able to do. They would even, if approved individually by the government, be allowed to retire from military service and live a civilian life after 15 years of combat. However, most clones are sterile, and are unable to biologically produce children. There are a few exceptions to this rule, as cloning isn't always 100% accurate, but this is true for the most part, a side effect of the cloning process.

More clones would be trained in Guiana, but only enough to replace their fallen or retired comrades. The British government wishes to keep the amount of clones on the battlefield confined to a small number.

And now, a small army of clones was finally ready to be deployed in Iberia. All 20,000 of these soldiers, literally bred for the purpose of combat, begin to make their appearance on the battlefield as a unit; they would be organized into the 2nd Knights Division, meant to serve as an elite force alongside the non-clone 1st Knights Division and the skilled British Foreign Legion.

As their division advances in Iberia, they would prove devastatingly effective on the battlefield. They had much more discipline, much more tolerance, and much less fear than the average soldier, and were sure to soon prove themselves in combat against the Muslims.

The British colony on the moon, Nova Sol, has finally been completed, boasting a population of about a thousand men, women, and children who, like the Atlantian colonists, had fled Earth to escape the radiation clouds of Europe.

It is primarily intended to be a scientific colony and a tourist attraction. The British government creates several new interplanetary shuttles with life support purely for the purpose of transporting tourists to and from the moon, which they can board at Victoria Station after docking with it via commercial space plane.

The British charge about 250 Pounds a ticket, roughly about as much as a transatlantic flight would cost. The British appeal to their own citizens, as well as to richer citizens from Germany, the UEDI, Australia, South Africa, the USAC, and several other closely allied/aligned countries. Defensive microwave lasers, missile launchers, and LION cannons are installed in a defense-grid setting around the colony in the same manner that was done in Atlantis on Europa.

Tourist activities on at Nova Sol include moon golf in it's low gravity, EVA walking on the moon's surface, and of course, lying under a terraformed greenhouse dome, looking up at the beautiful gem that is Earth.
