The Islamic Caliphate

 

 

 

The besiegers of Gibraltar accept the British terms and allow all non-Muslims who wish to leave to freely go. However, the ships docked there are not allowed to exit the harbor, as the enemy's navy is essential to their overall military force.

 

Saeed smiles as he hears the news of the Iberian's decision to join the British in a desperate move to save themselves. He was not one to hold back, but he had been restraining himself on the Caliph's orders. Now the infidels had chosen their fate. There would be no mercy from Saeed abu Mohammed until victory was attained.

 

He was now in Toledo, preparing his next moves as his forces surround Madrid. The campaign had recently become noticeably more difficult with the arrival of British reinforcements. Most of them were fresh recruits, nothing impossible to beat. Those damn laser tanks though...

 

Now though, there would be no further resistance. He would wipe it out. Several squadrons of TAI TFX fighters had arrived, and they would ensure air superiority as his bombers started to cluster bomb the other side of the lines. Saeed was a fan of cluster bombing: among methods of conventional warfare, it was surely the most destructive. Everything in a wide area below the aircraft stood a near-zero chance of survival. Vehicles were torn to shreds, buildings collapsed, infantry were wiped out. It had long been used in less civilized countries, but never in Europe, until now. The Caliph had so far forbid Saeed from using such methods as the risk of civilian casualties was extremely high. Unexploded bombs often littered an area for years afterwards, and civilians could often stumble upon them.

 

But now the infidels had been given their chance, and the new Caliph would no longer go to the effort of restraining his more zealous men, of which Saeed was one. He gives the order.

 

The real campaign begins as bombers decimate approaching reinforcements, protected by Turkish jets which shoot enemy drones and fighters alike out of the sky. Islamic troops in Iberia no longer exhibit the traits of a civilized military: each entrenched force of enemies is given a single chance to surrender, but if this is refused, there are no prisoners. Saeed as always is not afraid to take losses, but finds himself not taking as many as expected: his soldiers are improving, hardening. Madrid falls under ruthless artillery and air strikes which leave much of the city in ruins, while advances on Lisbon are slowed by a higher concentration of troops.

 

The second force in Turkey, numbering approximately equal to the Iberian invasion force, now marches across Georgia, declaring the state to be Caliphate territory in the process. Resistance may arise but would be overwhelmed and finally dealt with by last few divisions of the army. The real target is Russia, and the Caliph has no intention of getting embroiled in a war over a tiny insignificant country such as this. It isn't too long before 600,000 Caliphate troops infest the Caucasus, and are moving north along the Black Sea. At this point, a majority of the combined combat-ready forces of the Arab Federation and personal lands of the Caliph are deployed. The remainder of these deployed forces are in the Arabian peninsula, where Yemen ​finally surrenders after a long and drawn out conflict.

 

As part of Project 72 V, the Caliphate has now begun improving existing methods of manufacturing carbon fiber in an attempt to make something with far greater tensile strength than any material currently known. The exact nature of the project remains unknown, but it is a great feat of engineering and has so far required a great deal of unprecedented design innovation.

 

The NCR's attempt to build a spy network within the Caliphate is met with a fair amount of success due to the lax controls on Muslim immigrants and the administrations need for manpower with such a rapidly growing infrastructure. They soon discover a climate in which extremist elements still hold a great deal of sway. The Caliph's power is absolute, however, and those who act in defiance of his more tolerant policies are kept well under control. It is, in general, a far more stable state than it had been several years ago, but not without the faint threat of another change in leadership should the Caliph lose control over the delicate balance of power.

 

The water crisis continues, and grows more urgent by the week now rather than the month. Solutions to it have become a priority since Ahmed took power, and great effort is exerted to determine whether there is excess fresh water near the Nile Delta. For the time being Iran has been sharing its supply from Urmia lake, but desalination techniques are what the Caliphate really is interested in from the country. ((Damn it pok stop playing eu4))

Republica Socialistă România

 

Surrounded by the warring states of today, Romania stood as a bastion of stability among the Balkans. For over 10 years Romania had been dark, nothing new came from them, nothing was heard. But a lot had happened for Romania during her diplomatic absence. During an era of turmoil, the Romanian market grew bigger with her population. However, the western hemisphere understood what happened in Romania too late.

 

 

A majority of the people would have deposed the democratic president of Romania, Gheorghe Gheorghiu-Dej.  A civil war erupted as communists stood face to face with pro-western Romanians. After 4 weeks of fighting, both sides decided to re-establish the Politburo of Romania. Looking at the international scene, the Romanians realized that many governments did not care for their citizens at all. Years of poverty and corruption marked Romania since it abolished her socialism and care, reviving the era of the past was the only way of bringing back a strong Romania.  The Ceaușescu family, once ruling Romania as delusional dictators, was the most preferable option to be the ruler again. There was a lack of better after all. Thus, the nation witnessed the following broadcast.

 

 

"Comrades of Romania, inhabitants of our world. Today shall be a milestone for Romania as the red flag of socialism waves proudly over our nation. We have long lived under communist rule, abused and manipulated by the Kremlin which gave our people nothing but poverty and unrest. But I, Jacques Ceaușescu, will ensure that the Romanian people will experience the true form of communism in their lifetime. In an era of instability and decay, Romania will stand proudly with her prosperity and defy all who seek the exploitation of the hardworking laborer. From /this/ day, Romania will wave the red flag!"

 

 

The S.R.I, Romania's secret service, arrests over 1200 opposition members in the course of two days violently in plain sight. The people of Romania understood that government authority was to be felt once again. State-television soon became the new government propaganda centers as other parties in Romania simply became banned. The S.R.I was given authority above the constitution in secret.

 

 

The Romanian surplus is spend on primarily infrastructure with projects making the country connected through roads and railways. Education gains an increased budget and higher standard, healthcare became free and the military is deployed to do civil renovations of housing and streets. Plans are made to employ, reconstruct and use everything with full efficiency, {{3 pages}}.

 

 

- Romanian Delegates meanwhile meet with Greek representatives of the Hellenic Republic, asking for an individual alliance and trading pact.

 

- Romania meanwhile offers Moldavia aid and economic stimulation, using the negotiations as leverage to support the Moldavian Communist Party. Moldavia is with the Southern Russia regions poor, which makes communism an appealing ideology.  Public support goes to the PCRM as elections approach in Moldavia. 2 million in aid is send to the PCRM to campaign as Jacques held their already 24% of the votes in account.

 

 

Research begins on the Parhon-1 tank, which would be a perfect vehicle against protests and offensives. It would be quicker and more fortified, but not that advanced in computer like the competition {{5 pages}}.

Commonwealth Of Africa

King T'challa declares a closed border policy during his latest speech saying "Let the rest of the world burn," From this point on the Commonwealth would stop all non essential trade offers and current research deals with the rest of the world. It would continue its expansion into central and southern africa though.((Thats it guys Im out, have fun!))

Confederate States of America

 

It is announced to the world that Cuba is joining the confederation as a state peacefully, and celebration ensued. A key military island, the Confederacy now dominated the Atlantic. Railgun emplacements are planned to be built on the east and west tips of the island, to keep it safe. Honduras and El Salvador are admitted as states as well, but were taken forcefully. CPNA troops remain to keep the place safe, as they mop up the surviving cartels of all the conquered middle american states. The land in the CSA was now vast and diverse, and it truly was "of america' not just the north. People felt unified, but respected each other's state rights, leading to the perfect balance. CAMEL remote control supply conveyors are finished, and already implemented into the army. They were returned from a useless campaign, and ready for more. The CSA would stay out of world politics, but had worries of their own on the home front. Peace talks with Brazil and Venezuela are cut.

 

Long having dominated Columbia's coast, the CSA navy starts up again. The cease fire was cancelled, and the beach lit up with shelling. Advanced naval drones picked out coastal defenses, and rail gun fitted heavy frigates smashed them to pieces form afar. The navy had long since been building up and retrofitted with the newest updates. This would pay off in any naval war with Brazil, as the large fleet is mobilized. Thanks to conserving and rationing, oil would hold out long enough to supply the military. Making reserves had payed off, as they were opened up to fuel the navy. Not technically at war with Brazil, the CSA does not declare it. Nevertheless they dispatch a navy to keep operations in the Atlantic safe. Four carriers, five heavy frigates with rail guns, twelve regular frigates, thirty destroyers, and ten submarines would halt any Brazilian naval actions. 

On land, troops were being ferried into Venezuela from multiple fields.  They continued their ground war into Columbia, attacking through Venezuela from the east. Jungle fighting outfits would try to keep control there, as regulars marched in. Using artillery to shell ahead, CSA troops slowly ground forward in advance. Nearly one hundred thousand are committed to this offensive, as another three are planned to land in Venezuela to keep it safe. Their largest producer of oil was right there, and would keep them well supplied. After the whole sale destruction of Columbian coast, beachheads would be secured with marines. Paving the way for greater advances, CPNA troops start to build up for a coastal invasion.

 

The Panama canal on both sides is guarded with a standing CSA navy, and nearly half a hundred thousand men are garrisoned there. Most would head south under direct naval support to begin a northern invasion of Columbia. Veterans recently done with fighting in middle america would filter south to aid the offensive. CAMELS made it much more possible to move large amounts of troops, solar powered drones carrying all there supplies right there. With advanced tracks, it could traverse most land but jungles hindered them. Airplanes launched from CSA carriers began to clear swathed of Columbian jungle, as troops landed in these clearings via helicopter. War was erupting on all sides with an enemy who attacked with surgical precision, it was only a matter of time until Columbia was forced to negotiate as the lesser power.

 

At home the recruitment drive continued, CPNA numbers rapidly rising. They had the time to put their recruits through long training programs, that had them come out well prepared. Factories have been making millions producing the armor given by the Japanese, and it was sent off to Veteran units to wear. So much was being made that soon regular troops would have it too, adding to their list of advantages. Research goes into making a heavy tank, with the capability to be outfitted with rail-guns, which has already been studied by the NCR

THE UNITED KINGDOM OF ANGLO-IBERIA

 

 

The war wasn't going as well as expected, and the generals of Anglo-Iberia's High Command knew it.

 

All the time, while attempting to hold off the German forces, the reservist force sent to hastily cover the flank of the army clashes with the Romans, fighting ferociously and with great valor as they desperately attempt to prevent a disaster from happening.

If the Germans and the Italians forced the line to break, and the Anglo-Iberian forces could hold out no longer, their main armies in France would flee to Normandy, retreating orderly to the French coast as they attempt to ferry themselves across the English Channel to the safety of Great Britain and it's own fortified coasts, as well as to the protection the now highly alert and potent Australio-British navy.

Meanwhile, in Iberia, the battle continues to be waged on, the small number of tanks and airplanes mounted with LIONs slicing ferociously into the lines of the Caliphate. The two airforces struggle for dominancy, though Britain would conserve many of it's F-35 Lightnings in the event that they're forced to pull back to Britain.

 

The draftists aren't quite as well trained as the invading Islamic forces, but they nevertheless fight valiantly. After hearing of the slaughter of their comrades, the soldiers are appalled; British and Iberian soldiers alike begin to treat Caliphate positions in the same manner, if given the opportunity.

 

Meanwhile, in territory occupied by the Caliphate, the devoutly Catholic populace would take up civilian firearms and makeshift weapons, as well as scattered military stores, and attempt to resist the Islamic occupation with tooth and nail. The civilian resistance would be far greater than that in the Muslim countries, and the populace would intend to make it hell on earth for their Muslim enemies.

 

 

Finally, the stream of mysterious cargo ships stop flowing into Britain. Any German spy satellites in orbit would notice a peculiar sight indeed...

 

Russian tanks, troops, high-yield Intercontinental Missiles, and hypersonic bombers were unloading at the docks of Great Britain from these ships. They number about 700,000 in all, and are outfitted with advanced Iberian and British weaponry to help bolster their aging equipment.

 

The ground forces would be prepared to rush in and save the Anglo-Iberian forces, to either help them hold back the onslaught of enemy troops or buy them time to escape in France. They'd be prepared to travel to Iberia's northern coast, and assist the draftee army in fending off the Muslims at a moment's notice as well.

Deep in the Australian Outback, the last of the British crew was ferried to the Anglo-Irish space station aboard a Leprechaun class rocket. The rockets had been used for years by the Irish and the British to transport men and women to the space station, and by now this was a routine launch.

 

But something was special about this particular launch...

 

 

The H.M.S Spirit of London was the first interplanetary vessel of the Australio-British space program, docked at the Anglo-Irish space station. Its mission: To travel to the Jovian Moon Europa, and act as a space station in orbit whilst the astronauts aboard established a base of operations and a series of mining facilities on Europa's surface, hopeful to reaffirm the beliefs of Oxford University that there was, indeed, oil in the Jovian Moons.

 

 

If this mission is successfully launched and executed, a series of long-range cargo ships would begin to be manufactured to transport any oil or resources found on Europa from the Spirit of London to the Anglo-Irish space station, and then in turn back to Earth for processing in the United Kingdom and Australia. ((Outcome to be decided by Pok; also to be discussed in further detail with moderators))

 

Ireland is publicly pleaded to join the Australian and British efforts in managing the space program, and also to rejoin the British Commonwealth as a realm. The British will not force the latter, but they highly recommend that the Irish do so for their own protection and for cooperation with other commonwealth realms.

The War in Europe




Iberia
The Arabs and Caliphate make significant advances through Italian controlled Southern Spain (Alex, you might have forgot that a lot of what is South Andalucia is owned by Italy, even though I didn't mark it on the battle map, but it is marked on the main map I'm fairly certain) unopposed as they are allied in the war. Once they march into mainland Iberia, they are swamped with heavy resistance from local militias as well as civilian resistance. Their advance on Madrid is slow and grinds to a halt roughly 30 miles outside of the city, but the city itself is vulnerable to massive artillery barrages and aerial raids.

Meanwhile, the Italian march through Iberia suffers a similar fate, but due to overextension, supply lines are easily cut by insurgents causing major logistical issues for the happy Italians.

France

The Great Parisian Blitzkrieg has come to an end as the city has fallen to the hands of the Germans. They march onward towards Normandy and the city of Nantes. Should Nantes fall, the entire Northern half of France would fall with it, essentially breaking British supply lines in Southern France until Naval power could be diverted. The British and Iberians appear to have entrenched themselves in a series of well fortified defensive positions, and await the next lightening round of German warfare.

Eastern Europe

The Western Slavs push heavily into the shattered lines of East Ukraine, Belarus, and Northwestern Russia. The NBC also pushes hard into the Northwest, liberating Karelia and marching towards the city of Saints Petersburg.

The Australasian Federation

 

Military of the Federation

The Federations efforts in expanding its military so it can properly defend its sphere of influence in Oceania and Polynesia. The Australasian Forces are reformed into 'State Armies' in which each state supplies men to their own formal army all of which are supplied by the main Australasian Governments Ministry of Defense. However the staff officers of each 'State Army' often come from the Australian mainland. To most it just seems as if the old regimental structure has simply been reformed into something that allows more patriotism from each army. However all state armies are under the command of 'The Australasian Federal Defense Force' which now hold a killswitch for most equipment used in the state armies in order to stop a rogue general to pull a coup in their respective state. The Polynesian Territories are formed into one State Army due to the relative small size of each nation, while New Zealand, Australia and the Special Administrated Region of New Guinea all are given mandates to reform their former defense force into their own 'State Armies'. All of the State Armies are still paid for by the Australasian Ministry of Defense and not by the nations they hail from, this measure was taken to ensure the loyalty of the troops in the region despite all troops joining democratically. However the navy and airforce is kept separate from the state armies and being part of the Australasian Federations Ministry of Defense and Australasian Federal Defense Force respectively in order to keep each state army reliant on being part of the Federation. The Specially Administrated Region of New Guinea's state army is controlled and staffed mostly by Australian Officers due to the inexperience of the New Guinea people.

The Australasian Federal Defense Force also controls the anti-air, anti-missile and radar, sonar defense grids through the V.I controlled system that is only accessible through physical contact and the bio-metric data of the sit in Prime Minister. It is finally installed across the entire Federation thus ensuring a near impenetrable defense grid in the air and against missiles and a good early warning system for incoming naval forces. Air Raids against the Federation have been made inadvisable due to the early system warnings provided by the automated V.I system and the Anti-Air, Anti-Missile defense grid automated by the V.I system.

Politics of the Federation

The mine of New Guinea's gold mining rights are handed over to several state owned mining firms and the minimum wage is enforced in the Special Region in order to help its people earn more money, with the Federal Intelligence Services watching for corruption many of the officials in the region are elected, eventually the Federation hopes to elevate the region so it may be a Satellite Nation of The Federation.

 

The Conservative Parties popularity has not ended due to the gains made by the Dorahy Administration in forming The Australasian Federation which in on itself is an economic powerhouse bordering on becoming what the old world use to refer as a Superpower. The Military has begun to mimic its British Counterpart with a lot of pomp and ceremony, with parades and ceremonial uniforms being redesigned. The Federation is becoming heavily reliant on its Military thus a Militaristic wave of thought has run throughout many of the member nations of the Federation.

 

The Federation chooses not to export any of the oil it extracts from its Antarctic Operations and keeps it for personal use for its military and for civil purposes. The Parliament and House of Lords of the Federation choose to end all plans of military operations against Russia, although they do not try and make peace with the Putinist Regime, they vote in favour of sending humanitarian aid to the Japanese Empire to help strengthen ties and aid the effort of saving Civilians the Russians targeted.

 

Politically the rising Aristocracy and the Peerage system is allowing for wealthy landowners to become prevalent in both a new cultural element forming and the politics of the Federation, with Aristocratic Peers from each member nation holding a seat in the House of Lords the Aristocracy of the Federation is beginning to solidify its power, however they still support the democratic regime and status quo of the political system.

 

Diplomacy

Envoys are sent to India to begin renewed relations with the industrial state, it is hoped by the Federation that both the Australasian Federation and the Indian Nation can enjoy relations and trade together due to Australasia's strengthened ties with other member nations of the Eastern Bloc.

 

Envoys are sent to Germany albeit carefully, they are sent to attempt to plea to the Kaiser to stop his foolish war in Europe as it is amounting to nothing but the destruction of European Cultural Nations and increased destabilization in the general region. The Envoys are instructed to propose a peace conference be set up in the Economic City of Sydney Australia to try and make peace between the European powers. They would also instruct the Kaiser to invite his allies should he accept.

The United States of America

 

A wry smile appeared on the face of the American President. He watched and saw the NCR fortifying their position. Not that he cared, anyways. It was funny that the NCR prepared for an American invasion right after negotiations with Japan. It all worked out, safe and sound. The U.S had no interest in the NCR - at least, not anymore. Now they shifted their eyes to a much larger and more viable target. But first, he had to wait for the project to be completed.

 

World War Three had come, and to be prosperous, America had to do what needed to be done and secure its place in the world yet again. It ends relations with the United Kingdom. It gives the order for a retreat of American troops from Europe - the official excuse being that they were needed for an American front. The military fortification in Washington holding Project RHINO together finally finishes testing. The results are very satisfying and new technologies to add on to the suit also start being developed. The original suit is mass-produced through America's wartime factories and is sent to American troops to be worn- about 500,000 wear them. It is in combat-testing phase and not complete. The second, more promising part of Project RHINO is sent to the Pacific Islands and begins an installation project on America's Carriers there. The Nimitz finishes repairs and installation and is sent out into the sea once again.

 

As America's Conscription reaches its eighth year, the target military personnel amount is nearly reached. General Patterson apologizes to the NCR and welcomes Channing Tatum back to the negotiations table. The United States agrees to stay out of all NCR affairs, if they agree to stay out of the Union's. General Patterson also sends a message to the NCR that the United States will not invade or attempt an invasion or conflict with the New California Republic as long as they remain neutral towards American affairs.

General Patterson, smiling, agrees with his joint chiefs. The American troops are ready. The Americans amassing in Washington invade Victoria, Canada with lightning quick speed and precision. Union troops stand ready in Oregon in order to repel a NCR counter-attack, if one happens. A New York offensive is launched as well and American troops would quickly move to take Canada's capital, Ottawa, and then proceed to invade through Canada. A second front would be opened through Alaska, and troops there would march and conquer Northern Territories. The best part about the plan was that Canada had open borders with the United States and was easily accessible, and offered little chance of resistance. The capital was only a few miles from the Union's most populous city and accessible. The invasion, Patterson hoped, would go well. ((Mod needed)).

The Islamic Caliphate

 

 

On the Eastern Front, the armies of the Caliphate have as of now encountered no resistance from the Russians. They proceed to swing around the Black Sea and begin to press into Ukraine, having been civilly occupying everything between Islamic lands and their current positions. The same cannot be said of the forces in Iberia. 

 

 

The men on the other side of the lines called Saeed the "Caliph's mad dog," and they were right to do so. Since his unleashing on the Iberian Peninsula, the war has devolved to a point where any notion of respect for the enemy is a ridiculous notion. Since his army first met serious resistance around the city of Toledo, there have only followed months of what can only be considered the most brutal fighting in living memory. Nothing is sacred. Civilians who resist are slaughtered along with their entire families in broad daylight. As Islamic and Spanish forces battle for weeks over the capital, the city of Madrid is reduced to a pile of rubble and ash under merciless artillery and airstrikes, with innumerable civilian casualties. So complete is the destruction of the city that when Saeed finally breaks through the defending lines at great cost to his own strength, he sees no need to occupy it, instead merely treating the useless ruin as another feature of the countryside.

 

The only real threat to the more experienced and fearsome invading army comes from the British LION weaponry, which quickly proves its worth on the battlefield and in the air. Saeed's daily reports usually feature at least one encounter with one of the tanks, and often their appearance precedes the immediate loss of a position. But well-armed or not, they are just tanks, and there are only so many. The minute the Islamic Air Force wrests control of an area from the RAF, even temporarily, the LION tanks become the very first targets, and usually do not last long.

 

Many are now dead, and the entirety of the peninsula is engulfed in the inferno of war. The enemy was fighting valiantly, but their trained men were gone, their actions becoming more and more desperate. One last blow, and their resistance would shatter. One final push, and Saeed would have his victory. While most of the fighting had been occurring in Spain, another full half of the invasion force had managed to surround Lisbon, and now they descended upon the city. The first artillery shells scream through the air and smash into the very center of the town, and a panic spreads as it becomes clear that the assault has begun. Outmaneuvered and hopelessly outnumbered, some of the defenders may be able to flee to the ocean, but for the majority there is little choice but to stay and face their fate at the hands of thousands upon thousands of bloodthirsty jihadis. At the same time Saeed's personal half of the army, which has by now lost one in every three men, regroups and mounts an attack toward the north, aiming to reach the Bay of Biscay itself.

Little is heard from the NCR as the war in Europe continues. It seems to have fallen back behind the impressive walls ringing the country and gone silent. All research projects and other plans conitinues as foreseen and for a few years, nothing is heard of the New Californian Republic.

~Switzerland~

 

There was little the Swiss could do in times of war, other than watch and listen to the war raging around them. The war being so close on these days, the mountains echoed the blasts of rockets and gunfire. The people despised this, but knew they could do nothing about what was going on outside their mountainous home.

 

As the attempt to find their last research as effective failed, the scientists now begin work on home defensive systems, beginning in government buildings, electric defenses would be placed. The Defense President called in a military draft to all the Swiss, to simply be ready if Switzerland was attacked. The draft called for every able bodied Swiss to have governmental access to a gun in a time of homeland defense.

 

The Economic President continued on his electric campaign of fueling the daily lives of the Swiss with electricity to conserve oil. Countless windmills stood across the mountains, and even more so solar panels placed on every building possible. Military defensive units were issued to defend each powergrid from intrusion of any kind, security check ups to go into the power grid must have direct permission of the Defense President, via video panel.

 

Likewise to power grids, all government buildings required direct permissions from a chief of staff in the building to enter, if it was a worker, the chief must know them already and if a citizen, they are escorted in.

 

As the other Presidents continue their work to defend the country, the Foreign President sits in his lounge, sipping a hot cup of tea. After some time however, he makes a proposal to the nations at war in Europe. 

 

"Two distinctive groups fight on these days in Europe, one whom claims they were cheated, when the other was trying to defend its continent from greed and foreign influence. Thus, the Swiss give both sides a proposition to negotiate peace, this war has claimed many, and will only succeed in seeing the victor being the last one standing, which is not always the one who was right. We propose that the leaders of these nations at war, come to Switzerland to negotiate a final attempt at peace. If you do not accept any attempt at making peace, it shows no honor upon you, for a good enemy will offer the chance of life to their foe, a bad one will simply end it."

 

The proposal holds slight propaganda within it, of which is a public proposal. The use of 'honor' in such a way is meant to sway the Chinese region, whom have honor as a deep root of their society in the area. The use of what the fight was over, is to portray one as good and the other as bad, to sway the public to call their governments to ask for peace.

Republic of Kazakhstan

 

With wind power plants now completed, all across the country huge wind turbines can be found en masse, spinning lazily in the distance from every road and city. Although the project had been very costly and had drained much of the oil fund, the country now needed no other power plants or other sources of power. The wind turbines would pay for themselves in the following decades since Qasimov's government didn't need to purchase and use coal, gas and oil anymore and would therefore be saving a whole lot of money. 

 

Now that the military had reached its goal of 150,000 standing men, the need for new weapons, tanks and aircraft was more sore than ever. Although an alliance had been obtained with Germany, no blueprints of use had been for sale. The military is put through hard training in the meanwhile, hoping to compensate slightly for the inadequate equipment with tougher troops. Work on a new military research project begins using the newly educated researchers from the National University - the K-1 tank. The K-1 is not an overly complicated project, but rather a basic improvement on the average tank design. Advanced depleted uranium armour and a high-mobility turret together with a double cannon would ensure that the K-1 will be able to outclass most other tanks in the world. 

 

After extensive diplomatic work involving Kazakhstan's neighbours (Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan & Kyrgyzstan), an alliance has been secured and the nations grow ever closer by the day. Pushed onwards by threats of foreign invasion from the North and East, Qasimov proposes a huge step forwards for the Central Asian nations - the Central Asian Union (CAU). The Union would work as a federation of states with each state receiving equal rights and the right to elect their own representatives to the national congress, while also having their own local councils and leaders. ((mod needed for who joins/who doesn't join))

* The alien nation of Al-lastri-toco, located on Alpha Centuri. Their planet running out of places to put their rapidly growing population. They look upon earth, having the technology to turn back the clock to when this planet had resources. Their leader, Ha-hi marches out looking upon his alian brethren "Ash da ta shku, Earth do sta cha ta kha. To ta shay sma sta lu ki." * A large holographic image is displayed, the alien populants looking upon it, seeing earth. All at once they yell "La sho ka!" * The alien armies mount up their great warships, armed with their negaton bombs. Slowly launching their ships, they now arising. It shall take them who knows how long to reach earth, but upon reaching them, Al-lasti-toco shall wreak destruction. They plan on eliminating all the humans, then to proceed planting the Chrono synthesizers. They end a scout ship VIA boom tube into the earth's atmosphere. It shall take the Alien warships years to arrive, but they shall send small forces through boom tubes slowly. Currently having 3 scout ships, mapping out the earth. The nations would, perhaps, see these UFOs travelling.
