One boot crunched down on a crust of red sand, followed quickly by another. It would be recorded in NCR history that the first human to set foot on Mars was Janet Parker, biologist and doctor. “Confirmed, area looks secure,” she muttered to the rest of the S.P.E.A.R team. She held her Ares rifles loosely in one hand and looked around with wide eyes.

 

Here she was, walking on the surface of another planet. Not the moon, but another planet. However, her wonder would quickly wear off as the rest of the team stepped out of the shuttle for the first time in months. In quick order they would begin to establish a small base of operations and prepare themselves for the long wait.

 

A long wait, but they would not be idle. Already, the scanners had started picking up large swaths of radiation, however very little had been deducted and further investigation was necessary.

 

There was little tension among the twelve-man team. Whatever enmity had spread over the final months of the trip quickly faded away in the presence of a new planet, a new mission. Certain ties were already being sown between the three units. However, vigilance was not to be diminished. While S.P.E.A.R had calculated their landing zone to hit nearer to the previously NASA scouted areas, they aimed to be as far away from the predicted Japan landing zone as possible.

 

The Imperium of Britain is sent a short missive, an apology. S.P.E.A.R expresses its regrets but is incapable of diverting the course of their vessel in such a way as the recalculations, travel time and expense in resources would spread chaos throughout the whole mission and disrupt it, increasing the chances of failure. It goes unsaid that they do not wish to waste any more time than necessary. Japan had already reached Mars before them and that itself was not acceptable.

 

Back on the homefront, the NCR finally finished its project for solar roads, and nearly all streets, highways, etc are now converted. The power created by these revolutionary inventions will be able to fund many cities with all their necessary electricity and certain power plants are put out of commission throughout the country. However, most keep at least a token staff should there be any malfunction in the new system.

 

 

In Iberia, the NCR black operation cells continue to harass Caliphate supply lines where they can. They now also add isolated patrols to their hit list, as well as priority targets pointed out by helpful civilians or the Order. In such a way, they will now also try to target small convoys carrying important personnel when they can. The NCR now has at least 150 men and women on the field, operating in 7 man squads. These units will also send intel back to the Order.

 

Project Spartan nears completion and production begins incertain secret facilities in Northern California and Nevada. ((1 pages))

Meanwhile, the creation of modified jetpacks goes on smoothly. Certain brave test subjects agree to try out some first models and only a few suffer tragic deaths. Refining these machines will still take time but the lead scientists expect it to be over in under 2 years. ((3 pages))

 

Throughout the years, the National Defense Endeavour has not been idle. It’s agents across the world still work on gathering basic intel from their positions in certain administrations even though the NBC still remains a dark spot in their nearly all encompassing vision.

 

In Japan, the most long-standing agent is capable of retrieving the formula for the anti-laser armor used by their army. However, with this his position is compromised and he is ordered to make a quick retreat to Indonesia, from where he will evacuate into Australian controlled land. The chase is long and harsh and the Japanese intelligence agents track him like hounds. He leaves three fingers in Tokyo and an eye in Viet-Nam, courtesy of an exceptionally persistent agent.

 

 

Most other spies in various european and asian countries do not change much of their rhythm. However, one of the agents in the Caliphate does discreetly try to get a position in R&D in an attempt to get closer to the laser research facilities, or learn of their location. While the one in Britain turns towards the Space Program and tries to file for a position within it.

 

At the same time, the NCR agrees to meet with Britain and simultaneously issues a message to Japan, asking for a meeting between states. The message simply outlines the NCR’s concerns and claims that the New Californian Republic can not recognize Japan’s attempt at claiming the entirety of the moon for itself. However, they are willing to meet and perhaps build a mutually beneficial agreement off of this problem. ((skype if you want))

 

The Australian EMU mech data and blueprints are received by the NCR, and in a gesture of thanks they forward technical data and information concerning active cloaking to their sister-nation. Assets and expenses are now turned towards this project as they begin to adapt them to NCR specifications. With most everything built there only remains refitting and minor modifications. Improvements have continually been made on railguns, cybernetics and other technologies created by the NCR and much of what once was top of the line is now only average. Cybernetics have advanced and now encompass a larger scope of abilities. Strength, speed and sight are now significantly increased, though not to impossible standards. Added to this, improvements on reflexes and other more complicated aspects are worked on.

 

Meanwhile, the NCR offers to send 50.000 men to Brazil to assisst the CSA. These would be some of the better trained ones in the first rotation, but as tours of duty switched they would go to other, less experiences groups as well to keep the NCR troops well trained. They would all be equipped with HATE armor, cybernetics and many would now have control chips in their brains. These would significantly reduce factors such as fear and empathy. The Cybernetics would help them with dark areas of the jungle as well.

 

 

Along with these would come DART teams and a few Death Korps units in their first true trial by fire. The infantry would be accompanied by standard Australian type EMU mechs, built before their deployment in small numbers to allow the NCR authorities to observe their effectiveness in new regions. While certain generals brought up the idea of giving them flame throwers, it was decided against. These specialized units would vie for control of the jungle with enemy guerrila. In the dark of night, Death Korps with active cloaking and DART teams would try to creep into bases camps to kill officers and important officials. Often, as a psychological effect they would gouge out the persons eyes after death. In the jungle, the only law was Darwinism. ((Mod plz))

 

In addition to this, once the Japanese intel on Starlite was decrypted, the NCR too would begin producing it. To any claim of theft it would say that it had also purchased the formula from the original creators. However, these dissapear shortly after the intel comes into NCR hands and are never to be found again. Thus, they are unable to dissprove these claims. While it will take time to apply it on important vessels and equipment, there is already talk of weaving it into HATE armor as well as vehicles, ships and even potentially sattelites. Greece

Within the Romanian government, there is a great worry about the security of each of their borders. The Greece, ever expanding to their West, and then the Caliphate which now sat to their East. Only Moldova sat as a buffer to them, and Moldova could at least be secure in security from Russia. With no other choice, the Romanian government chooses to become an autonomous province of the Hellenic Republic. 

The War in Brazil

As the days trudged onward, the casualties continued to pile up. The Amazon was rough, unforgiving, and deadly. The Brazilians knew their terrain, and used it well. The NCR Dart Teams and Death Korps, although their technology was superior, saw dozens die at the hands of the guerilla tactics utilized by the Brazilians.

Advances were made at a snail's pace, entire sections of the jungle being leveled by the tactics used by the invaders. The implications of this may prove unclear for now, but many international environmental organizations made huge protests in the CSA over the impact that this leveling of such a diverse ecosystem could have. Protests don't happen in the NCR because of the huge influence of Big Brother.

Japan

The mission to Callisto receives the sufficient funding, and several Japanese capitalists invest in the voyage, hoping to gain a piece of the moon in exchange for their investments. As a result, there is a surplus in the funding of the rockets and the Japanese become capable of retrofitting more equipment to their rockets.

China

The Chinese government's attempts at reviving their space program are met with thunderous excitement as the people of China watch other nations, mainly their rival Japan, reach higher and higher into the stars. The Builder Drone project also launches successfully. (5 pgs for revived space program, 4 for builder drones).

Australasian Federation

The "Tengu" exosuit project proceeds as planned though it will take some time for implementation, especially after the exhausting effort that was the successful EMU project. (10 pages).

THE IMPERIUM BRITANNIA

The Royal Gibraltar Regiment was performing military drills for the Empress at Windsor Castle, her retreat.

Refugees from the fallen Gibraltar territory, these soldiers had been among the first to fight the Muslims. The media had scoffed at them for being "cowards" and "yellow bellies", but this was not so. They had put the lives of British citizens above the importance of a tiny town, and had saved their lives from the Muslims.

The British had been saving their best weapon for last for deployment in Iberia: the British SAS.

A British C-130 filled with 50 SAS commandos soars over the Atlantic from the Azores to Iberia; as they reach Iberia, however, the air supremacy of the Muslims is obvious to the special forces. Flares are deployed from the C-130 to attempt to shake missiles.

But the SAS weren't planning to make a safe landing; after flying into enemy territory, they begin to parachute out of the plane with their supplies into the countryside before it's shot down, landing behind enemy lines near Porto.

The SAS begins to wreak havoc upon the Muslim troops, engaging in sabotage and guerrilla missions. After attacking or sabotaging a target, such as a lightly guarded airfield or a tank depot, they will retreat into the Spanish countryside, attempting to evade a frontal assault with the main forces of the Muslims. These elite commandos would steal attempt to steal vehicles if at all possible from the Muslims so as to aid in their efforts.

A number of it's senior members having trained alongside the American SEALS and Russian Commandos years ago, they make up a formidable fighting force indeed as they attempt to make the lives of the Muslims miserable and perhaps distract them from the Saint George counteroffensives.

 

One of their first missions, notably, would be to attempt to set off an EMP bomb near Porto to relieve the city from the constant Muslim attacks. The SAS will conduct other missions behind enemy lines, and are put in contact with the Commandant of the Order of Saint George, using a highly encrypted and complicated messaging system to receive their new orders.

Britannia joins the UEDI! Pax Europa forever!

However, Parliament vows not to get involved in the Russian war, as the British can neither afford to get involved in a third conflict, nor do they wish to get involved in a war with Russia.

Britannia still possesses the Swiss 10 Billion Dollar restoration package, which it had accepted during the Euro crisis but didn't initially use, and government economists put it to good use.

Plans are put into place to shore up the British economy. The government invests widely in small businesses, the island-wide green energy program, the sciences, and agriculture, hoping to shore up the civilian economy and avoid the fate of the Baltics or the Slavs.

In the meantime, unemployment rates plummet as unemployed citizens that simply can't find jobs provided by the economic stimulus are either hired to produce war materials or are drafted into the Royal Army. As the Star Trek Ferengi once said, war... is good for business.

Britain begins on a series of new research projects.

The first project involves the creation of a new fighter jet to replace the F-35 Strikefighter. Known as the Churchill F-48S, upon completion, this fighter will be amongst, if not the, most advanced in the world, equipped with heavy anti-projectile and explosion armor, a targeting system operated by the advanced Australian AI, integrated dual LION weapons, and the ability to fly into space for short amounts of time, although it with it's limited fuel supplies it wouldn't be able to stay in orbit for any more than a few hours. The Iberian Combat Armor, fully employed by the British military long ago, undergoes a retrofitting process to attempt to keep in step with HATE, German, Caliphate, and Italian body armor. ((4 Pages))

The British, in response to hearing of the NCR wish to meet with the Japanese and the agreement to meet with themselves, offers to host the First Interplanetary Conference between the three spacial powers. Australia and the CSA would also be invited to participate, if they so wish, due to their involvement in the British and S.P.E.A.R programs.

The NCR agent would manage to land a position in the British Space Agency.

He is shortly afterwards assigned to a low ranking position as a trajectory consultant at Mission Command in Ireland. However, he would not be aware as to the situation on Europa, as this information is restricted to the highest levels of government. Only the Empress, the Prime Minister, and their cabinet, as well as the director of the BSA and those currently present at Mission Command when the message was received, currently know about the discovery of the newly dubbed "Atlantis".

Defensive LION weapons have now been mounted to Victoria Station, along with an AI tracking system. Several non-explosive rockets are also attached to it. This is done more out of defensive measures than anything, as the BSA fears a strike against Victoria, a station which they can't afford to lose.

The BSA still awaits news from Europa as to their further findings in the submerged city and as to the progress of the second expedition's travels. ((Mod please, for dramatic effect.))

Talks with all nations that have been contacted up to this point but India are going well. A column of British redcoats are televised performing the Japanese custom of turning away respectfully as the Empress of Japan's car approaches Buckingham Palace.

The NBC is now sending oil shipments to the Imperium Britannia, bringing the oil crisis to an end.

Germany and Britannia have repaired diplomatic relations again, having re-established embassies.

However, the meeting with the Indian leader didn't last 15 minutes before he was lead out of Buckingham Palace. Apparently, he insulted the Empress to her face and called the British the equivalent of Imperialist scum. Though relations haven't turned for the worse, they certainly won't be turning for the better any time soon.

Diplomatic relations are tapped with South Africa; Britain wishes to repair relations between their two countries, and possibly strike up a resource deal.

MI6 agents are sent out by the agency, attempting to implant themselves in agencies within the Caliphate, South Africa, and the United States. The South African spy, in particular, would be careful not to be caught, simply trying to gain information on the state of their government and their military status. Other agents practice counter-intelligence, attempting to root out foreign spies if at all possible, although degrees of success may vary.

Socialist Union of Federal Russia

 

After both wars ended against Russia, the internal politics of the country would finally be organized. Former prime-minister of the Putin Regime, Dimitry Medvedev, would be the first chairman of the S.U.F presidium. With the vast oil reserves of Russia the economy was back on track, but sincerely fragile rather quickly. With many fatigued countries Russia wasn't that behind, but it did lose its economic supremacy. The Chairman was asked what he would attempt for a new, socialist Russia.

 

"--The Russian people have defended the integrity of our country in a remarkably heroic manner. We must thank the fallen, the survivors and the fighters that made such a sacrifice. We must bring sustainable economic policies on the table and work with our corporate counterparts on creating a proper economic climate for both entrepreneur and consumer. The Government reconstructs housing and creates new apartments for its citizens. He goes on the streets gaining PR by communicating with various citizens on how they would want a new Russia to be. Basic networks are established for television and internet, schools and hospitals are in service and a new police is established. Though, the biggest investments are put in the industry. Most of it was in the east, meaning that the production and logistics was there to rebuild the west.

 

 

Production of military and consumer products are rapidly on the increase, people have the mutual understanding that hard labor must be performed for the reconstruction of Russia. With more jobs in the increasing industry, the administrative sector gains more authority as a communist approach to employment and housing is made.

 

 

The Russians had for long dominated the British and Iberian markets, due do their former solid presence for almost decades. The Russians knew those markets well, too well. Investors take their Rubles and start investing into the right manufacturers, often buying minor but necessary businesses in rural areas. Although diplomacy was non-existent, the enduring markets of Russia's former allies were a new opportunity for Russia in the eyes of the Chairman.

 

 

Agents are meanwhile send into Germany and the NBC with the retreats,  they would infiltrate banks and other economic businesses as asylum-seekers with very useful , but fabricated experience in former Russian corporations like Gazprom and Rosneft.

In Europe

 

The Emu Mech Testing in Iberia was well underway having smuggled the Mechs into Northern Spain it was time to see how well they fared in real combat and giving the Federation plausible deniability in doing so. Three hundred mechs in Northern Iberia may be enough even to tip the scales if deployed well enough. A few Military advisers are sent from the Australian State Army as they have the most experience with testing the Emu Mechs off the field. The Mechs arrive on the back of trucks partially covered.

The Mechs rise up, shaking the sheets that were covering them, letting out a loud groan as if sounding like a cattle, the Mechs were ready to see their first intense combat testing without the Federation even entering a war at its own risk. The Emu's had a fail safe to allow the Acid that builds up through the use of the Biomechanical legs to destroy the entire mech never providing anything to salvage. It also wipes its data before destruction disallowing any of the Australian Advanced VI/AI tech to be stolen.

 

 

In the Pacific

 

The Pacific Territories of the Federation go well under new administration, the Militarist Faction in the Federal Parliament is keen to keep the newly conquered Union territory at the level of Specially Administrated Regions under the watchful eye of the State Armies of the Federation. The Militarist Faction continues to grow much power in the Australasian Parliament it is unsure how they will keep on going but internal tensions begin to rise in the Federation.

 

Colonel Mac Author of the New Guinea State Army is given Governorship of New Guinea due to an increase in Governmental corruption within the Special Zone and productivity in the Gold and Silver mines being effected. The Military is quick to clamp down on the corruption. Many of the Officers from the newly joined nations of the Federation join the fast growing Militarist Faction however ultimately the entirety of the Federal Military is split between the Loyalists, Militarists and the Neutrals, the latter taking up roughly 60% of the Military with the other 40% keeping their tensions cooled.

 

Expeditions within the Micronesian and Melanesian Oceans look for resources like Natural Gas or Oil in order to further strengthen the Federations resource hording. (( Mod Approval ))

 

In Australia

 

The Federal Parliament finally agrees that the invasion of Western Canada is not a viable option for the Australasian Federation, it is predicted losses would be terrible and generally seen as not worth it. In response the foreign Ministry sends a missive to the Union States to ask for peace to be made with no reparations being paid due to the Union lacking the ability to respond in the Pacific and the Federation lacking the ability to successfully invade Western Canada.

 

The Federal Parliament officially sends a request for peace to Russia, following that a declaration of war was issued but no conflict ever happened a white peace is offered.

 

​A missive to the Caliph is sent, apologizing for the appearance of Emu Mechs in Iberia and remarking on how they were stolen from the now defunct Emu Company PMC. It however reminds the Caliph that as it was a matter of the Private Industry the Federation will not pay any reparations nor divulge any secrets on the Emu's.

Utilizing advanced technology in the field of drones of all sizes, Brightsword Defense hopes to revolutionize the battlefield with indirect deployment of force, and more daring attacks without risk of loss of skilled soldiers and technicians in the field of battle.

The doctrine employed by Brightsword contractors consists of keeping the technician behind the drone's operation safe and away from the conflict. Technicians would receive up-to-date information of the battlefield from high in the sky with a Reconnaissance Drone, allowing him to assign commands, direct movement, and designate targets for heavier-weapon toting drones.

The drones themselves use a sensor mounted within them to determine civilian from soldier, and subsequently gun down enemy assailants.

As well, Brightsword maintains a healthy fleet of various combat aircraft, remotely piloted from a forward base where the planes would be launched from. However, the classical troop deployment "black helicopters" remain manned, to facilitate deployment of contractors and their drones to where they are needed.

Just as in every other territory within the state, the Romanian peoples are advised on different manners of administration and laws to bring their territory up to the line of the rest of the country - experts and government advisers are sent into the Romanian Parliament to help with these changes, for the good of the Hellenic people.

 

The slow process being undertaken in the territories of Macedonia and Albania is finally complete, the local administrative bodies for these areas now entirely incorporated into the direct Hellenic Parliament - which in turn is commanded by the leading members of the Χρυσή Αυγή, the efficiency of these areas greatly improved by circumventing the former cumbersome administrative bodies. This is accompanied by the eventual finish of the sweeping reforms taking place in these areas with terrible economies. The steady stream of business grants, a renewal of infrastructure, and surge of industry has allowed these locations to now no longer be a drain on the overall economy but now have a positive effect.

 

A message is sent to Brightsword Defence Incorporated, the missive is blunt and to the point and expressing a desire to purchase a fairly solid quantity of these military grade drones, if they prove to be better than Greece's current standard, or if possible an offer is extended of the Hellenic Republic purchasing the company out, if such were to occur a large sum of money is promised to the executives. If they were to accept such an offer they would be able to continue all their current operations, but have to provide equipment to Greece free of charge along with the regulation of which countries/organisations they dealt with.

 

Following the rather drawn out wars in other areas of Europe, the Hellenic Republic found itself with a larger degree of economic power than in previous times - the boost to the economy made by a successful war and the seizure of valuable territories lending strength. Following such, an investment programme is developed - the target being safe assets in markets abroad which could expand the wealth of the Hellenic Republic and make it a larger power on the economic stage. 

 

Germany's generous offer to include the Greek peoples into the UEDI is accepted, mass celebrations being held after this move which should herald greater peace-time. However, these celebrations come with a far sadder day. The aged δικτάτορας had passed away in his sleep, Aegeus Kommens, the man that had helped lead the Hellenic Republic to such great success. From his close cabinet emerges one clear successor, Ioannis Caras, the former  'Minister' of Economic and Industrial Growth. However, there are undertones of civil unrest as the head of the largest concentrations of the armed forces, the ones located at Thessalonica and Constantinople led by Alexandros Balis, begins to mobilise his troops - with those in higher echelons of government fearing he is going to attempt to make a grab for the δικτάτορας'l title.

 

Thankfully, no outright tensions begin in the most volatile period of the power hand-over, and most expect that that should herald a time of relative peace under this new regime.

"Hello...I'm Doctor Rudd of the Federal Design Agency for the Federal Defense Force....I'm seeking to defect to another nation after designing a project known as REX. I need to get out....things are getting too dangerous for me and the two Colonels here are seeking to force me to work on newer and even more dangerous projects. My location is in a region known as the Cape York, Northern Queensland Australia...its a jungle wilderness and you cannot come in force....you'll need an agent to get me out. As for air defense, the defense grid I will be able to make a blindspot at 30,000 feet to make a Halo Jump possible. This message was sent on an older military channel enabling many nations intelligence agencies to pick up the message and do with it as you will, the Iron Range is a region with Mountains, tropical rain forests and savannas making deployment difficult and it would have to be either a relatively small team or a solo convert sneaking operation if a nation should go in to try and take Doctor Rudd the lead Scientist on the completed REX Project.

Slavic Confederation

 

-As the war against Russia has been withdrawn but at the cost of unstable of the Slavic Confederation's economy. They had made bold moves to put less investment to the troops and withdrawn them from the field as well as on duty. Any projects to do with the military are left on hold. "This looks interesting" is the resounding response at the latest board meeting over this Australian scientist's predicament "He looks to defect to a nation... I wonder if he would enjoy total freedom from national affairs?"

Brightsword immediately begins drafting a team of former Brazilian soldiers, acquainted to working within the jungle to drop from the prescribed altitude along with a high-altitude Reconnaissance Drone to provide them information, and a small complement of lower-altitude drones to assist with assault on the compound. The infantry team itself would be equipped with sniper weapons to avoid direct confrontation with military personnel in the field of battle. Drones would clear guards while the jungle fighters advance and raid the compound, ideally extracting the scientist and disabling the defense grid before flying in their own helicopter to leave, or that is the intended plan of attack.

Brightsword refuses to sell it's autonomy or technology to the Hellenic Republic for any amount of money.

Edit: After preliminary scans of the Australian base, the original smash and grab plan is immediately deemed ineffective. The aerial defense grid would not down fast enough to make the drones more useful then a distraction. A gross waste of resource for the retrieval of one scientist. ECM available to Brightsword also seems ineffective, so the entire plan is scrapped, instead to be executed by Australian mercenaries, ideally trained in infiltration to enter the base and extract the scientist covertly through whatever means necessary.

The Horizon mission landed without issue, and the historic landing marked the beginning of massive celebrations in SPEAR member states. Meanwhile at Horizon base in Hephaestus Valley, the scientists and explorers began to settle down and prepare for their mission.

Day 4

A modified dune buggy, constructed by S.P.E.A.R scientists for exploration purposes, speeds through the valley. A crew of four members sit inside, each one looking in a sort of awe at the landscape around them. The land was barren, but in many ways it felt strangely like home.

The buggy drove for hours, simply scouting the terrain, some of the crew slept while others kept watch, and for miles around them all they saw was sand. Then, as they approached the edge of the valley. They found something. A thin, column poking out of the sand. The buggy hastily came to a stop, and the crew exited the vehicle, slowly approaching the column.

The scientists come quickly to the realization that this column was not natural, and resembled the large pillars that might support the temples of Ancient Greece. The discovery was astounding, and the crew prepared to radio back to Horizon base. Then they heard shouting, the shouting of one of their own. Not a frightened shouting, but one of shock and discovery. As they peered out over the steep hills of the valley, they saw it. A city. An entire city. One couldn’t make out many of the buildings, long eroded to time and space, but the foundations were certainly there. Buildings, massive buildings at that. They rivaled the size and scope of some of our greatest, and these were not the ancient buildings like those found just a moment ago, but appeared to be the foundations of buildings from the modern age. Trace amounts of eroded steel could even be found when sampling the dirt.

This news is kept very quiet, and after careful consideration the crew does not decide to radio back to Horizon, fearing their communications could be intercepted. Instead, they mark the location on their mapping systems and return to Horizon base to tell of their discovery.

“We found something out there,” one of the crew members speaks to the mission’s senior officer. “It’s a city, but not something like a few stone columns or anything. It looks like home, sir. It looks like ******* Los Angeles or something. The buildings, the foundations, they look like the barebones of our own society. Not some Greek or Egyptian things. But they’re clearly hundreds of years old. How they survived, I do not know.”

The senior officer stood slack jawed, staring at the crewman. He couldn’t believe it. They may have made one of the greatest discoveries in the history of all mankind, and their names would become even greater than those of Columbus or Magellan. The officer begins to send encrypted messages back to the NCR Space Command, informing them of their discovery.

Colonel Cobar of the Federation and Colonel Lente of the NCR are in command of the Queensland Research Base where Doctor Rudd is being held, unaware of the message that got out they continue with their original mandate in testing on the Original REX Prototype to see if newer models of the same design will be viable in future. The Prototype is superior to the Mass Production Model in some regards due to it being more carefully constructed over the course of several years rather than being in an automated factory, Colonel Cobar was the original pilot for testing REX. Trucks come and ago from the base, getting inside is not a difficult task so long as it has a plan, however infiltrating the entire base will be difficult, as will be finding Doctor Rudd.
