Caeliae Liberatae

For the last 20 years, the four of us have lived in Aaun seeking a better life, ever since we arrived we’ve been beaten, ridiculed and maimed.

We arrived to find a better life, to find a place to settle our families and end the wandering of our people, instead all we found was hatred.

-To Reinmaria Vlterior known as Mintiz-

We had left you due to your aggression and hatred for our people. From the start your hatred coalesced into frequent personal attacks against us directed at our people. Forcing our young men into your abridged version of the Canonist faith and it’s barbaric self harming rituals. The only good to come from your hovel is the children dear Flavia had, Sentius and Lucius from her relationship with one of your kin.

Under the watch of your warband Marcus lost his arm, and dear Flavia the mobility of her legs and her eye.

-To Regnum Aavnicvm-

The first 5 years of our settlement in your ‘royal’ capital has shown to us that no king is worth following. Dark spawn and Voidal Magii freely traverse the insides of your ‘holy’ capital.

On one expedition brave Caelians came across a poster to one “Boon & Bane’s” in an apparently evil place, when confronted the two rallied the support of the entire kingdom to try and attack us and anyone who showed any sympathy. In said incident they banished Gofdazz an Orc who had been training the children of Aaun particularly the Haverlock youth and our own Lucius.

The targeting of our people has not stopped and has gone as far as driving us from the land and expressing the wish to lead expeditions in attempts of wiping out our women and children. The Aavnic ‘Legion’ will claim that the Caelian youth Lucius attacked a guard in their city, when he and the Orc Gofdazz was attacked in the city center. They target our children and want the blood of our people.

If you wish to wipe our people from the face of this plane then so be it, I hope to see you all personally on the fields of Belldevm.

sic semper tyrannis,

Vivat Patria gens Caeliae

Res publica supra que Rexus

"Goodness!" Echoed Isavella as she heard the news, thinking back to the previously witnessed scene within the Aaunic capital. "Claimed?! The stab wound in poor Dietrich's chest would say otherwise, I bet!

The Prince of Merryweather, Heinrich II Lothar, snorted loudly at the missive "They cause trouble, incite residents to aggression and bring that awful orc of theirs everywhere. It was high time they left our Royal City." The Alstreim said to his men with a smirk "Make sure they do not return." He added

Dietrich Faust rolled his eyes, having survived their cowardly attempt to kill him in the streets of Whitespire, finding the post nothing but laughable as he had no reason to them seriously after the previous night's debacle, "Man up.He scoffed, showing the missive off to his rangers, "Cowards going on about how strong their grunt is, yet needed three people to kill only me."

Boon let out a deep sigh, furrowing his brows as his brother read out the missive on his behalf. "Bloody Hells! They're tryin' tae claim we attack people? Are they havin' a laugh? Gofdazz tried tae kill me and multiple people of Aaun! Let's not even mention those fellas tha' wanted tae shove Azhl down yer throat, Bane!" The plump merchant's cheeks flush with frustration, stomping a foot against the cobbles. "'Course we ain't gonnae be happy after bloody assassination attempts and attacks in broad daylight, are we!"

5 minutes ago, Gandhi said:

"How pathetic - run back off to your pagan faith and leave us in our Godly ways." Alfred Barclay scoffed - at the Caelian missive.

"These are the people you really need to avoid.." Leutwin commented to Alfred, "They cause problems, and then try to name themselves as victims." He scoffed, shaking his head, "No one is making them stay here."

Tar-Númenatâr scowled as he read the missive, glancing over at his heir and daughter, @AstriaS "Bloody pagan vagrants- Anyone who slanders Brandt's house in my presence loses their tongue." He said, he was (probably?) exaggerating.

Julietta Haverlock scoffed at the missive. She had warned Lucius not to attack and he did not listen. "They did this to themselves, all we have done is gone about our lives and they have time and time again tried to disrupt the peace of such. They started this, and we will finish it." The princess muttered, crumpling the missive in her hand before burning it over a candle flame.

Princess Caraneth who had been present for the incident, rolled her eyes hard enough that they near popped from her head. "Shoot a man in the back and still claim the moral high ground. Bloody idiots."
