    Admins: Someone who propagates roleplay and listens to players from all sides of the server. What's needed: More diverse staff teams, I understand wanting to work with your friends, but when you're working with just your friends it becomes bias and stagnant. Shake somethings up, do stuff, make mistakes, fix em. Sitting there and saying "we're working" means nothing to us.
