    So I'm not really up to date on the whole VA thing. If I had a VA from before the changes for 2ac on a character, what do I need to do to add full evils, or minor evils, respectively? As in which specific app, and do I need to re-do anything?

      Mini VA. you will not need to do an Account VA, in fact they will deny for an account VA. You just need to make the Mini for adding/detracting evils or adjusting your reasoning.

      You could make a sandwich or take a walk with that 10 minutes. Or maybe you could just play a villain and enjoy RP for that 10 minutes, without writing an app and waiting for someone to judge whether you're competent enough to role-play something as exotic and mysterious as a villain!

    If I had a VA for one character accepted on the old format, and now have used the min-app to add to those evils, do I still have to make an Account-VA if I want evils for another character? Or just make a character VA?

      You have to make an account VA before you add or detract any evils whatsoever.

      You can make a mini-va but it has to be for that one character you were accepted in the old format. Any other characters would require you to make an account VA.
