Make her like my Adunian. My Adunian is, excuse the punn, an ice queen. She doesn't show emotion to people or mercy ... But she's an amazing doctor and she shows care to certain people.

At the end of the day, only you can make the decision. What sometimes helps me is I think about what I would do in the situation and either do the opposite or spin it off Into other ideas. There is so much you can do with what's happened to her.

Actually, although the staff made some bad decisions, I will tell you that I saw the biggest problems with the rest of the community rather than the staff. The staff seems to get all the blames though because of people's failure to self analyze. Not saying the staff did nothing wrong, but it is not 100% their fault.
