Brendell Colborn cannot believe he's hearing about Matviy Kortrevich's death for the first time in a scandal column. How tragic.

This writer can only hope Her Highness is not impaired by this facade later in her life.

Her Highness will definitely be impaired by her father and brother's facade later in her life. For now, she could only cheer and clap whenever a horse went by the palace window.

The Queen Sofia of Hyspias gaze slipped over the scandal sheet that had been delivered directly to her office. She did like her fair share of tea, and this tea was piping hot. Some she knew already, naturally and some she seemed to know more details then even the Hearsays author but as she read the column, her gaze paused and lingered at the mention of her nephew, and what happened at the ballet. Now that, that she did not know.

Her perusal continued then, to the mention of what seemed to be herself and her family! It touched on her worries of Isabels future with what seemed to be the babies horse obsession and she sighed, eyeing down the gossip. "Que? Of course I have a baby bump, I'm six months pregnant!" The gossip column is then filed away for a later time.

Franziska poured over the contents of the latest Hearsay, the papers strewn across her bedspread as she lounged in comfort, kicking her feet up and down with a degree of joviality. She hums, non-pressed, and devours each and every syllable wherein her name was scrawled. An impassioned woman, the flame of life burned within her - it did not, however, enlighten the crevices of her mind.

Franziska thought long and hard, idly tapping the tip of her finger against the flesh of her bottom lip. Stefan was the father, wasn't he? The Hearsay even had her second guessing for a moment!

Then she remembered he was the only man she had ever been involved with. Crisis averted!

The Grand Princess read the title of the missive, and simply tossed the gossip column into the fireplace of her chambers.

One Liridona Amador chuckled at her cousin's reaction to the news, seeming quite intrigued with the paper herself! "Eam sure it will niet be... ve season is niet over yet! Ea wonder what will happen next..."

"Thank GOD for nepotism." Uttered the Ruthern as she held this latest Hearsay to her chest, lifting her head to the heavens and praising the Lord for her mother's royal blood.

My dearest readers, truly the utmost scandalous event has taken place! Our very own Prince Stefan has sought to marry a commoner, Franziska Morovar, also known as the Madame Raev! Furthermore, it has been seen that this woman is pregnant out of wedlock, as if having the gall to make a move on our own prince wasn’t shameful enough!

Andrik var Ruthern practises the song he will be forced to sing to an enraged Franziska.

Fabianin an uncharacteristic but perhaps understandable state since his father's death, chases the courier foolish enough to deliver a copy of the hearsay to his door out, whacking them upon the head with it repeatedly.

"A prinzenas is a prinzenas, nie matter how heavily with sinful child!

Having retreated back to the Barclay Manor, Josefina didn't even look up as the Hearsay was delivered to her. Leaning against a windowsill on the second floor, she held a small portrait to her chest of a family both long and newly dead.
