    no ******* way staff is expecting us to build huge keeps and builds in survival right???? they remove pastes and LC plugin isn't ready for "the forseeable future" that is absolutely ridiculous and does not incentivise me to contribute to any vassals/lairs/etc builds because i will spend 10+ hours on a build server with room and infinite resources to make mistakes and undo them in the build, then i will have to spend perhaps double that gathering resources and rebuilding it by hand AGAIN on live with litematica, don't even get me started on terraforming in survival. if this is a continuing occurrence i forsee huge stagnation in terms of scenery on the server

      You gather more materials with the current system than how it used to be with sleepy resource pits. Just by clicking. Less effort, less grind. Capitals can still be pasted on request. You're making an issue about something that doesn't even exist.

       

      Feel free however to assist 60th to code paid LC, bet he'll love the help.

      @Cobblerit seems weird to bring up things being lore correct when we have metropolises littering the map with the populations of hamlets

      @LaeonathanPastes were a bandaide to the issue. We were promised time and time again a paid LC where each block was a cost to place and wouldve served as a great gold(mina) sink. 

       

      Organically slowly built cities were some of the best Ive ever seen. Rebuilds dont correct all the issues of a playerbase

    just wait for the m1 abrams azdrazi flamethrower smoggers to be sent in platoons in retaliation yes, bigmode is objectively the best augment with pretty much every drazi having it (including myself), the proposed changes are very minor buffs for very niche scenarios, i personally don't see an issue here and should've been in the rewrite anyway.

    i wish BM players would just stop spamming ensorcellments, the unique effects aren't cool if everyone and their nan has one. BM is literally one of the most open, creative and unique magics on the server and all you do is make your sword glow. use some of the other spells.

    hey mordu, it's been a bit since we've spoken properly bar the odd one or two line discord dms about Certain Things. just wanted you to know some of my rp with you has been the best on the server, that and your lore has done nothing but inspire me for my own endeavours in and outside of lotc, which sounds silly but it is completely true. i'll always hold you in high regards as one of the best rpers to have ever graced the server, and i'm still to this day very grateful you put so much trust in me with siliti. i don't blame you for leaving, whether it's temporary or permanent, it's better you leave whilst you have good memories than stay and create sour ones to overwrite them, but i do hope you can come back sooner or later and have another crack at it, because a serious hole will be left in rp and lore without you. enjoy your time away, permanent or temporary, cheers mate :)
