I am tired of people like Aeric taunting the Elf community OOCly. It is very childish, and trollish. I would doubt that you would insult a large group of people to their faces. It is not an Achivement to be a jerk, but if you think it is, you are a sad person. Dont get me wrong, it is good RP, but find it stupid to brag about it OOCly. And now my anger is out for the month. *walks away, farting rainbows*

This is an IC issue being brought into OOC, and in terrible taste. Its true the humans should just stop the joke if the elves are getting so annoyed. To you elves on the other hand, I think you should really stop bothering about these statuses, this is just a game after all, and its not harming anyone.

No, for once I seem to be agreeing with Tavari. We're in a bloody fantasy world. We're not going to carry over our real life morals and ethics - it's stupid to play a liberal and accepting high elf, in my opinion, for a number of reasons. Why not just have a wood elf character? Your characters acts just like one. Keep OOC and IC separate, and refrain from judging characters with our modern-day ethics.

I get it, you are so wise for experiencing the real world. That's nice. But some people actually enjoy their time spent on the internet. That's why they use it in the first place. When you join a community you make bonds, I consider everyone here a friend in some aspect. And that's not how I would talk to a friend lol.

The 'blessings' for the elves and humans are rather... Well, ineffective. Every other race (orcs, dwarves - excluding kharajyr) can live for centuries, even thousands of years - making the long lifespan of elves ineffective cos, well, that's pretty much just limiting the elves to live for [x] hundred years while these orcs and dwarves can be 2000. The ability to breed like rabbits also are shared with all the other Descendant Races. So, err... Yeah.

The curses are fine and balanced. People Rp the curses well enough. Elves are infertile, dwarves are greedy (not hard to Rp lol most people are greedy ooc), Orcs just wanna klomp stuff, and humans don't live too long. However, the blessings are somewhat inbalanced. The elven age is pretty much useless because of how fast time passes on the server. It's rare, but you can find a non-lorebreaking human that has been alive since Aegis. The human blessing isn't even a blessing it's...
