The Seven Principles of the Ministry The Church is born of Exalted inspiration through the Prophets Horen and Owyn; the Ministry of GOD. Taking leadership of such an organization is not simply a position from which we direct priests and organize diocese. It is a position from which we administer the Faith on this planet, and we must steer from the secular bias and racial intolerance that have turned the Church into a mere tool for those faithless directives. If I am elected to this most Holy office, I shall serve it with as much action and calculation as I have within my diocese, and even previous to my ordination as a Priest. When I was Knighted a Holy Ser of the Black Sepulchre, I marched south, and assisted Nafis Yar in the removal of the heathenous leader, Faiz Kharadeen. My time in Vandoria as Lord Chancellor, and my time as Duke of Lorraine, proves that I have the capacity to administer the diplomatic affairs of the Church on both a small and a very large scale; such diplomacy being very core to the relationship of the Church to individual lords and monarchs. The First Inquisition The Destruction of the Alsascian Cult The realm of GOD's children is once again plagued with dark terror. For years a cult has schemed our demise, no doubt a collection of Iblees worshipers whose dark purpose is unknown. What is known, is that they are a threat to every GOD-fearing and good person of our Empire and the Empire's brother nations. The cult, first discovered in Alsace, Istria and again in Crestholm, Avar has been ousted from both locations, but it is the belief of the Church and the Emperor that they are far from decimation. However, we can not be certain where they are hiding, or how they will act next. Therefore, with the blessing of His Imperial Majesty, John II, we of the Church do declare inquisition. This inquisition shall continue till such a time that we can be certain of the absolute decimation of this cult which threatens the way we live and our very lives. We expect, and hope to see full cooperation from individual Lords in apprehending and eliminating the cult, and do swear to not infringe upon their Lordly rights.
