I've been watching Phoenix Wright let's-plays for a while now, so I'd like some evidence that RP'ers become worse after joining as a human in Oren.

But then THAT new nation is engulfed by Oren ryno2. And when I see multiple new players that joined Oren calling everyone peasents, it makes me think that Oren influenced that.

The new nations seem to be doing not so good a job, then, of maintaining independence from Oren; they need to make a concsious effort of staying independent, rather than following instinct. Also, a human calling someone a peasant isn't bad RP. It's just something to deal with as a non-human.

It's still hunting rp. Conflict rp. It's always about either gaining power or making conflict, I've found. It's like those are every character's ambitions on the server.

If you think everyone is after power, get out of Arethor. Go find halflings, or join the Nawari, or become a writer or librarian, or become an underling of one of those guys trying to get power.

Well, I am an underling. But, I enjoy my character, and his personality... mostly because, well, he's so average. Like a guy you'd find on the street. I don't want to just dump him.

PvP default is only being tested. However, it's much easier for the GMs. It still has problems which will be worked out.

That one soldier must be a total effing boss.

So it's pretty cool when a soldier from any non-human nation dodges crossbow bolts, screams "roflstompt!!" when they win but cries a great river when they lose, then get the GMs in there... and this is why Oren does what it does.

No it is a storyline. The title of it is actually 'extreme genocide' but we figured that and House Ulfhaedyn are synonyms

It's a rule. We had a player who suicide PKed his character then after not receiving the same IC respect on his new one, repeatedly defied the despite three GMs telling him to stop. They eventually banned him, but I suspect it was more for blatant defiance than for the rule itself.

Both teams played well and deserve recognition but... the refs definitely affected the outcome of the game. Everyone has to agree that the holding call at the end of the game was bull.
