Make the field like...5-10x larger, use ice instead of grass, enchant sticks with knock back x10(or w/e the max is I forget) and then another stick with 1/3 the max so...3 for fine tuned hitting of the 'ball', the ball is a player in full armor(we used diamond when it was still allowed), surround the field with 1x high fences, in the middle of the field on either side have ramps to get back in(players will be knocking each other out during the course of the game, if the 'ball' is knocked out restart from the middle)....all I can recall, we used to play this alot when were were bored.
