Hearsay of Hanseti-Ruska - X

From a nook in the square, Klara Elizaveta can be heard laughing lightly as she holds a copy of Hearsay in her hands. "Well, they certainly are grasping at straws." Clapping her hands of dust, she wanders off to work on a mysterious project.

"Hrm," the Lord Palatine offered a single nod after he finished the missive, and immediately glanced at Maric, who was on the other side of the square. "Tsch."

Emma crumpled up the page, upon reading the commentary of her own family. She tossed it to her hermit crabs to use as bedding in their latest home. "Rotund? Rotund? By Godani, how many times do ea have to say she's WELL LOVED!"

The Duchess of Vidaus scoffed upon reading the missive. “Our boy will grow out of such a … phase. This nonsense only serves to stir drama in the courts!” Marie frowned, tossing the missive into the nearby fireplace.

Meanwhile, one ginger heiress eyed the missive with furrowed brows.

“This shite ‘appened years ago. Ah think Maric and Ah make a bonnie pair,” declared Isabel.

He places the missive into a stack, glancing over to another labelled 'Peralien.' Soon.

Princess Renata peered wide-eyed at the foreign gossip column from her chambers within the Savoyard palace. As she read and re-read the mentions of her future Barclay in-laws, she made sure to keep a mental note of their scandals.

When she arrived in the Haeseni courts, she realized, she would have to keep a closely guarded profile.

Erika Barclay read the hearsay before she merely let out a gentle scoff.

"Gut thing none of what the paper is trying to claim Ich said or did about the Karenina Accord is true then." She let out a loud chuckle

"And hey, if Ich did seem like Ich was arguing for such, then they should have remembered Ich was but a small child then. Nicht every child can talk well and formulate their sentences like an adult when they try and speak so things will be misunderstood." She then looked over to her father.

"Hey vater, was Ich kicked in the head by a mule when Ich was a child?" @Capt_Chief26
