ancient ally Norland

Alara Camian, who had picked up a history textbook before, was unable to make it past the first sentence of the missive without doubling over in laughter. "Ancient ally? One would think the dwarves, priding themselves on their centuries-long memories, would at least remember something as recent as the fallout of the Iron Accord – surely they remember the Krag? Avar? Ah, but who cares about the truth when there's war to be had?"

During the coronation of His Royal Majesty Balon, the dwarven people rallied in great numbers to join in the revelry with an ancient ally Norland, one which dwarves have fought alongside during the Wig Wars. The dwarves came bearing gifts to partake in the two people's many similarities.

Blanca, who had been far too busy with her little ones to attend the coronation blinked at this news.

"No. That certainly doesn't sound like Balon or Hilda... why is everyone trying to make our nation seem so aggressive?" She frowned, holding onto her youngest and watching over her two older kids.

At last she smiled and nodded, Hilda and Balon had a good reason for whatever happened that day, she was sure of it.

Kenswey Fiscere, a thane of yore, frowns at the mention of honorless norlanders and reperations. “They insult us and demand an appology?” He murmured, confused by this “ancient ally’s” ignorance of the importance of pride and honor to the Norlandic people.

"I remember the time the now-deceased King of Balian entered Celia'nor. I miss the good old day sometimes, where an elf could set aflame an annoying monarch, once they broke laws." Lord Raziel sighed in a faked and jesting manner as he spoke, before adjusting his Gambeson and prepared to help his newly won Norlandic allies with his voidal powers, just to troll them.

Norli Starbreaker rolls a few dice to decide who he'll blame for the injustice. He was later found confidently accusing the Epiphytes of mind-controlling Bakir into attacking elves as part of a druidic secret war.
