      Felsen is decently active I guess but it mostly consists of either watchmen or people who don't live in Felsen so it's not really actually a good location to create/base a character out of. Actual Felsen civic/domestic rp is dead. If you just want to make a watchman/guard you can join the Felsen Watch but there are probably better choices out there for military guys like nauzica or golden corps.
