If someone is doing this and refuse to stop/interrupting RP contact a moderator. It is "metagaming" and should be treated as such. At the least it is similar to using the RP chat for OOC conversations. AKA not allowed.

It sounds silly outside of the orcs. Orcs are big scary tribal killing machines, dark elves are... elves with black skin. I'd rather not have this race become another "violent territorial" thing

Dark elves are not as "violent" as people think. Its because of some making them seem that way. Dark Elves are the more "warrior" of elves because they are lore wise, stronger. They believe strongly in family, honor and strength. They only are hostile towards "paleskins" because of the hatred they get by all of them. (like the roses)

Aren't all other elves paleskins to them? Also, is wood elf culture just following the aspects? Cause that is basically all I see the wood elves changing is that they talk about them a lot more.

So many GMs have told me different things. I was told as long as you have a region owner's permission , you don't need the house owners.

If it's unregioned they can smash it. If it' regioned, they aren't allowed to use GMs to bypas the region.

I did not specifically enjoy the temp map, as well.

The temp 2.5 map gave mixed experiences. For the majority of the Druids, we agreed that Kalos RP was far better than Asulon's, well at least for us.
