Ive been ignored so many times native that it seems like all I can do is be rude about things to get my words heard.

I think a lot of people just tend to RP with their little group and ignore others. I've experienced this first hand a few times, where I try to RP with someone or join some RP, only to be completely ignored. No emote answer, nothing, while they keep RP'ing with their friends.

That really discourages any random RP in my opinion.

Gallmore was made to try to meld cliques and RP from empires. Our Embassy District is just a large tower with embassies. Ambassadors and visitors from other empires can RP in a (supposedly) "RP safe haven"

Even our roads and streets are made to be circular and not to end so people are constantly passing eachother and RPing with one another.

I will admit, I personally want the War-Claim team to be much harsher in their regulation as well as attempting to inspire better roleplay during wars. That being said, I think the War-claim team already know that I will be very f-cking strict.
