      Well, there are other ways to get ahold of a golem. The High Elven Golemancers are allied with the dwarves, so you aren't going to be able to get a new one, but there are a couple of wandering golems you might be able to 'adopt.'

      As for runesmithing, if the dwarves banished you you have no chance.
