    Sounds like the beginning of something that will be horribly Powergamed to me. I bet two of my TAs, that most of the people won't RP the effects of losing 1 litre of blood (maybe acting a little tired). People will just run after the magic which can make them go super saiyan and jump 15 metres high and have naruto speed and stuff. Which reminds me. Concentration. Does this magic require concentration? Will the effects stop once the user is distracted? Can they cast when they cannot see? How long does it take to cast the magic and stuff?
